A simple yes would do unless they ask specifically if you’ve had the COVID vax. I can say “yes” to the question because I was vaccinated when I was a baby and up through grade school and, finally, in the US Army back in the mid 90’s. I’ve had a tetanus shot or 2 since then as well.
We all know that it either directly infects the recipient or, at a minimum, facilitates infection when exposed to the virus.
