Today, U.S. research laboratories are de facto extensions of the Chinese Communist Party’s fused military-civilian research program.

It is a consequence of “scientific chain migration,” a pattern of research program infiltration by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) that has been replicated across the United States for forty years.

Successive waves of CCP and PLA scientists would establish themselves in U.S. research institutions and then invite other CCP and PLA scientists into their U.S. laboratories to access American knowledge, skills, technologies and U.S. government funding, which in turn would be fed into China’s research and development programs, including military.

In 1979, President Jimmy Carter and CCP leader Deng Xiaoping signed a historic agreement for science and technology exchange of which the China-United States Biochemistry Examination and Application (CUSBEA) program was a part.

The CUSBEA program involved over 60 U.S. universities and soon afterwards thousands of Chinese students and scholars began flooding into the United States, many obtaining permanent positions and becoming U.S. citizens., but maintaining allegiance to the Chinese Communist Party.

As described in a May 27, 2021 Gateway Pundit article, President Bill Clinton expanded the Carter-Deng Xiaoping agreement inviting Chinese military scientists into U.S. Department of Defense research centers including the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick.

In 2011, President Barack Obama extended indefinitely the Carter-Deng Xiaoping U.S.-China Agreement on Cooperation in Science and Technology.

The New York Times on Saturday reported that a firm founded by Hunter Biden assisted a Chinese company in purchasing one of the world’s richest cobalt mines in Congo from an American company for $3.8 billion

It took the fake news New York Times until November 2021, over a year after the stolen election to report this data.

An investment firm founded by Hunter Biden assisted a Chinese company in purchasing one of the world’s richest cobalt mines from an American company for $3.8 billion – helping the conglomerate gain a massive share of the key metal used to make electric car batteries.

The president’s son was one of three Americans who joined Chinese partners in establishing the Bohai Harvest RST Equity Investment Fund Management Company, or BHR, in 2013.

The Americans controlled 30 percent of the company and made successful investments that culminated in aiding China Molybdenum purchase the Tenke Fungurume cobalt mine in the Congo from the American company Freeport-McMoRan in 2016, the New York Times reported.

The news comes after President Joe Biden had warned that China could use its dominance of mined cobalt to disrupt America’s development of electric vehicles.

It also adds to the scrutiny Biden and his father have faced for his dealings with Chines and Ukrainian companies while Joe was vice president and later running for president.

CDC and Big Pharma Data Confirm that More Children will Die from COVID Vaccine than from the COVID Virus

The world has gone mad. We knew when ‘experts’ decided to vaccinate children that there would be more deaths from the vaccination than from COVID. Now we have support for this based on CDC and Big Pharma data.

We’ve known since the first data was released, that healthy children were virtually unaffected from COVID-19. The elderly over age 75 were a different story. (See USA Today chart below from October.)

But now the powers that be want to give the COVID vaccines to children. The problem with this is that more children will die from the vaccine than will die from COVID in the first place and there’s proof.

The CDC “Guidance” document describes 21 things that every health economics study in connection with vaccines must do and the FDA risk-benefit analysis violated at least half of them…

…First a little background. The Number Needed to Treat (NNT) in order to prevent a single case, hospitalization, ICU admission, or death, is a standard way to measure the effectiveness of any drug. It’s an important tool because it enables policymakers to evaluate tradeoffs between a new drug, a different existing drug, or doing nothing. In vaccine research the equivalent term is Number Needed to Vaccinate (NNTV, sometimes also written as NNV) in order to prevent a single case, hospitalization, ICU admission, or death (those are 4 different NNTVs that one could calculate).

Pharma HATES talking about NNTV and they hate talking about NNTV even more when it comes to COVID-19 vaccines because the NNTV is so ridiculously high that this vaccine could not pass any honest risk-benefit analysis.

Rogers goes on to share some estimates on COVID NNTV from experts:

Various health economists have calculated a NNTV for COVID-19 vaccines.

Ronald Brown, a health economist in Canada, estimated that the NNTV to prevent a single caseof coronavirus is from 88 to 142.

Others have calculated the NNTV to prevent a single case at 256.

German and Dutch researchers, using a large (500k) data set from a field study in Israel calculated an NNTV between 200 and 700 to prevent one case of COVID-19 for the mRNA shot marketed by Pfizer. They went further and figured out that the “NNTV to prevent one death is between 9,000 and 100,000 (95% confidence interval), with 16,000 as a point estimate.”

The data shows the following, the Bjornscoff(?) studies of 24 European countries, the lockdowns did not reduce the deaths during the pandemic. That was a spring 2021 study. A January 2021 study from Stanford’s Ben David and colleagues, lockdowns failed to stop the spread of the infection. In fact, one of the authors said it was pro-contagion, increasing infections. And the most important study was the National Bureau of Economic Research by Rand, in June this year. Everybody should look at it because they showed analysis of 43 countries and all the states that lockdowns increased the excess deaths during the pandemic. Earlier lockdowns increased the deaths during the pandemic. And when the lockdown was instilled, deaths were coming down and deaths started increasing when lockdowns were implemented. So the Birx-Fauci lockdowns that was the advice of the task force the entire year failed to stop the spread of the infection. They failed to stop the dying and they destroyed millions and millions of people, particularly low income families.

Ghislaine Maxwell Child Sexual Abuse Case Opens with Little Attention from the Media

The biggest child sex ring case in history kicked off this week with little attention from Big Media.

When Ghislaine Maxwell leaves Manhattan federal court at the end of each day of her upcoming sex abuse trial, the British socialite will return to a Brooklyn jail cell that she says is plagued by vermin and the scent of raw sewage.

Since her July 2020 arrest on charges of grooming underage girls for now-deceased financier Jeffrey Epstein to sexually abuse, Maxwell has been held in isolation at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC), a jail where, according to several defense attorneys, conditions are substandard.

Maxwell has said raw sewage seeped into her cell, that she was given moldy food and deprived of water, and that guards shine flashlights at her at night, court filings show. Her attorney Bobbi Sternheim compared her cell to Hannibal Lecter’s, a far cry from Maxwell’s pre-arrest life of luxury.

Maxwell cited the jail’s conditions in three of her four bail requests, all of which were denied by U.S. District Judge Alison Nathan, who called Maxwell a flight risk. Those denials were twice upheld on appeal.

Maxwell has pleaded not guilty to six counts of sex trafficking and other crimes. Jury selection is underway, with opening statements scheduled for Nov. 29.

Some people are questioning why the biggest child sex ring case in history is not well covered by the Big Media.

Maxwell was the groomer for Jeffrey Epstein who died in jail in what appeared to be murder but was labeled a suicide. Together they pushed underage girls onto celebrities and political figures for years.

"We'll Never Give Up" - Protests Erupt Across World Over Gov't COVID Tyranny

AP News calls them "far-right," but tens of thousands of freedom-loving people marched against new tyrannical public health measures, such as partial and full lockdowns and health passports and mandatory vaccinations, across Europe.

Demonstrations against new virus restrictions were observed in Austria, Croatia, Italy, Northern Ireland, the UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands. Outside of Europe, protesters were seen in several cities across Canada, Australia, Japan, and even the US. Some marked Saturday as part of a "Worldwide Freedom" rally to protest COVID-19 restrictions and vaccine mandates.

Some of the most intense rallies, which turned into riots, were in the port city of Rotterdam. Clashes between protesters and police began Friday and continued through Saturday night.

The pushback against totalitarianism is spreading across Europe. Usually, "Europeans generally are more compliant than Americans when it comes to government orders. But even there, citizens are protesting governments seizing power in the name of public health," said American Thinker's Thomas Lifson.

Three States Sue Biden Administration Over Memo That Curtails Arrests of Illegal Immigrants

The attorneys general of three states have sued President Joe Biden’s administration over a memorandum that ordered immigration agents not to arrest many illegal immigrants inside the United States.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen, and Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, all Republicans, assert the directive from Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is “a brazen display of contempt for Congress’s statutory commands.”

Mayorkas, a Biden nominee, wrote on Sept. 30 that being in the country illegally was not enough cause for agents to carry out an arrest.

Estimates of illegal immigrants inside the United States range from 11 million to over 14 million.

Mayorkas said agents don’t have enough resources to track down so many illegal immigrants and urged Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to use discretion when making arrests.

Only illegal immigrants who pose a threat to national security, pose a threat to public safety, or pose a threat to border security should be targeted for removal, according to the guidelines.

In the new suit, the attorneys general say the memo amounts to halting the enforcement of federal immigration law, with few exceptions.

“Despite a clear mandate of federal statutory law, defendants believe that there are literally no constraints whatsoever on their authority, and they may release individuals, including those charged with or convicted of crimes, even when immigration courts have already ordered their removal from the United States,” they said.

The suit lays out concerns that illegal aliens charged with or convicted of crimes will be released as a result of the memo, further stressing facilities like hospitals that are already stressed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Montana law enforcement officials fear the guidance will lead to an increase in drug trafficking, while Ohio officials believe that they will have to “confront rising crime as aliens are released from criminal detention.”

The suit asks the court to declare the guidelines violative of federal law and permanently enjoin the federal government from applying them. It was filed in federal court in Cincinnati.

Emma Riley, the White House Communications Chief of Staff for Joe Biden quit on Friday, announcing her move on social media.

“It was an honor and privilege to serve POTUS and the American people at the White House, she wrote.

Riley announced she would leave the White House to work with Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh and the Department ofLlabor.

Riley appeared excited that the House of Representatives finally passed Biden’s Build Back Better agenda, sharing Mean Girls memes on her personal account to celebrate.

But the White House communications team faces a different set of problems as the president is suffering low approval ratings and questions about his health and mental abilities.

Riley previously worked as the Deputy Communications Director for the Biden-Harris campaign in Pennsylvania and also worked for Walsh as an associate press secretary when he was Mayor of Boston. She also helped Hillary Clinton’s failed 2016 campaign as an organizing director.

Riley’s departure from the White House is the second in just a week for the Biden-Harris team.

Vice President Kamala Harris’ communications director Ashley Etienne also quit on Thursday, as the vice president continues struggling with bad headlines.

Greece: NGO Workers Face 25 Years in Prison for Aiding Illegals

The trial of 24 NGO workers accused of aiding illegal migration, espionage, and people trafficking opened in Lesbos, Greece, on Thursday.

The 24 NGO workers from the group Emergency Response Center International (ERCI) could face up to 25 years in prison for their alleged activities.

The suspects were involved in transporting migrants attempting to cross illegally by boat to the island between 2016 and 2018.

Greek prosecutors, however, alleged that the group is a criminal organisation and claim that they have been involved in money laundering, espionage, disclosing state secrets, and human trafficking, according to I Kathimerini.

Rights groups have criticised the legal proceedings, including Amnesty International which called the charges “grotesque” and claimed that the case “shows how far the Greek authorities are willing to go to discourage people from helping refugees and migrants”.

The group Human Rights Watch (HRW) claimed the trial was “politically motivated”.

Syrian migrant Sarah Mardini is one of the defendants in the case and had been placed in pre-trial detention for three months in 2018. She became known in 2015 after helping to rescue 20 passengers of an adrift boat along with her sister. Mardini lives in Germany and has been banned from entering Greece and will be represented in court by a lawyer.

German national Sean Binder, a trained rescue diver, was also arrested in 2018 and spent 107 days in a maximum security facility in pre-trial detention. Binder later left Greece but has since returned to stand trial.

The ECRI is not the only NGO to face accusations of aiding illegal immigration to Greece in recent years. A police investigation last year named several NGOs as having members who have aided people smugglers in Turkey.

The pro-migrant activists were said to have recorded communications between Greek officials and used the NGO Alarmphone to coordinate the positions of migrant boats to avoid Greek authorities.

13 Bodies Hung from Overpass in Mexican State Plagued by Cartel Violence

Cartel gunmen hung the bodies of 13 men from two separate highway overpasses in the Mexican state of Zacatecas. The gory executions come as the state is seeing a record-setting number of murders as rival cartels fight for control of a series of highways that connect border states with the rest of Mexico.

The discoveries took place this week in Zacatecas beginning on Monday in the town of Fresnillo. Gunmen hung three bodies from a bridge. The second case took place on Thursday in the town of Cuauhtémoc, where gunmen hung ten bodies. According to Mexico’s Proceso Magazine, in the second case, only 9 bodies were hung, while the 10th was only thrown on the side of the road.

New study from Germany confirms higher vax coverage → higher excess mortality

The Harvard study showed vaccination makes things worse as far as cases goes. This new study from German shows that the more you vaccinate the more people get killed. Not a surprise to me.

I just got a new study from a friend in Germany (Max Langen).

What this new German study shows is: The higher the vaccination rate, the higher the excess mortality.

I can’t say I’m surprised. These are the deadliest vaccine in human history by a factor of over 800. But it is always nice to get confirmation from multiple sources who have no conflicts.

The authors write (translated into English): “The correlation is + .31, is amazingly high and especially in an unexpected direction. Actually, it should be negative, so that one could say: The higher the vaccination rate, the lower the excess mortality. However, the opposite is the case and this urgently needs to be clarified. Excess mortality can be observed in all 16 countries…”

In plain English: vaccination makes things worse, not better.

Pedophile supporters of the country, unite! At least that seems to be the case as far-left American Marxist college professors from across the county are circling the wagons in defense of an obviously confused Old Dominion University professor who was rightfully put on leave after coming out in defense of pedophiles, Breitbart reports.

Of as he/she calls them, “minor-attracted persons” in order to “destigmatize” them.

The professor who is a biological female who now goes by the name of Allyn Walker, made the sick claim that attraction to children “is not always immoral.”

In a petition being circulated to reinstate Walker, they petitioners claim the outrage against him/her is “based on nothing more than misinformation and stigma, all fueled by some individuals’ desire to virtue-signal their hatred of pedophilia rather than support evidence-backed child protection initiatives and research.”

Actually, it’s fueled by the fact that adults who are sexually attracted to children are depraved scumbags who need to be locked up for an exceptionally long time.

Continuing, the petition read:

“As a result, many members of the prevention community have taken to Twitter to express their disappointment at how the students and administration at Old Dominion University handled the situation.”

Rep. Fred Keller: 195 House Republicans, 50 Senators Support Measure to Nullify Biden’s Vaccine Mandate

A stunning 195 House Republicans, as well as all 50 Republican senators, support a measure introduced this week to nullify President Biden’s federal vaccine mandate, Rep. Fred Keller (R-PA) told Breitbart News Saturday.

“We’re working to undo the illegal mandates for vaccines by Joe Biden. [It’s] clearly an overreach of authority to have OSHA, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, come to private employers and dictate to them whether or not their employees have to be vaccinated to have a job,” Keller said.

“In America, we have personal liberties and freedoms, and this is an overreach. And what we’re doing is we’re working to strike down that mandate and we know we’re on the right path,” he said, noting the stay placed on the rule after a flurry of legal challenges.

Keller introduced the Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution last week, and at the time of its introduction, it had over 160 GOP members supporting it. Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN) introduced a companion bill in the Senate, which has the support of all 50 Republican senators.

The Pennsylvania Republican explained the process of CRA, noting it must be passed by both chambers and land on the president’s desk. Keller said they want to bring it up for a vote and send it to Biden “because what it will say, it will say, if there’s a member of Congress who does not support this, you’re basically saying you’re with authoritarian rule [and] taking away people’s personal rights and liberties.”

“And if you sign on with it and join us, in striking down this mandate with the Congressional Review Act, you’re standing with the American people in making sure that the government doesn’t become too big and take your rights and liberties,” he said.

Ultimately, Keller said they are “pushing to do everything we can to get this out of the Senate and House and, quite frankly, get the president to veto it. This is where it’s at.”

Mere days after introducing the resolution, a 218 majority in the House is in sight for Keller and the GOP.

“Anybody that doesn’t sign on to it can’t claim to want to protect your liberties and freedoms. We took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, which guarantees us rights. It tells us we limit the power to the government, we the people, not the other way around,” he said.

This particularly applies to a vaccine mandate “of telling people what they have to do to keep a job or get a job,” he said. It is “clearly” illegal and “should not be done at all,” he added, noting there are Democrats in districts that will not put up with this. He warned that they better join Republicans in trying to repeal the mandate.

When asked if he would try to attach the measure to other legislation, Keller said their goal “is to gain that support simply by saying this is how clear this case is.”

2,620 Dead Babies in VAERS After COVID Shots – More Fetal Deaths in 11 Months than Past 30 Years Following ALL Vaccines as Scotland Begins Investigation

Fetal deaths following COVID-19 shots injected into pregnant women continue to increase, as there are now 2,620 fetal deaths reported in VAERS (the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System).

When we run the exact same search in VAERS and exclude the COVID-19 shots, we find 2,225 fetal deaths following ALL vaccines injected into pregnant women for the past 30+ years. (Source.)

We are currently on pace to see a yearly total of 2,838 recorded fetal deaths following COVID-19 shots, while the yearly average of recorded fetal deaths following the vaccination of pregnant women for the past 30 years has been an average of 74 fetal deaths per year.

Last month (October, 2021) the New England Journal of Medicine admitted that the original study used to justify the CDC and the FDA in recommending the shots to pregnant women was flawed. (Source.)

Since then, researchers in New Zealand have conducted a new study on the original data, and concluded:

A re-analysis of these figures indicates a cumulative incidence of spontaneous abortion ranging from 82% (104/127) to 91% (104/114), 7–8 times higher than the original authors’ results. (Source.)

The CDC and FDA recommended the shots for pregnant women, even though a correct analysis on the original data shows that 82% to 91% of pregnant women will suffer miscarriages if their unborn child is less than 20 weeks old. (Source.)

And yet the CDC and FDA continue to recommend the COVID-19 shots, which now also include booster shots from Pfizer and Moderna meaning a pregnant woman can now be injected with 3 COVID-19 shots during her pregnancy (if it lasts long enough).

Of the 2,620 fetal deaths in VAERS following COVID-19 shots, 2,015 of these fetal deaths follow Pfizer injections, and 689 of them follow the Moderna injections. (Source.)

VAERS is a passive system that is severely under reported. A group of parents at a Texas school district are voicing their concerns over what they argue is a lack of oversight by administrators regarding literature made available to their children.

During a board meeting of the Clear Creek Independent School District this week, parents took the stand, voicing their concerns about a number of books they say are inappropriate for their young children to be reading.

Mark Callahan was leading the charge, as his child attends one of the CCISD's 45 schools. "There’s an army of parents doing a deep dive into all things literature in CCISD," he said, urging the board to do better when it comes to overseeing which books students have access to.

"Because, ultimately, the buck stops with you guys, the school board," Callahan said. "The board of trustees.”

One particular book that has drawn ire of many is titled "Sex Is a Funny Word." According to author Cory Silverberg, the book targets 8 to 10-year-olds, and is "the first sex education book for this age group that is inclusive of lesbian, gay, and bisexual experience as well as gender creative and gender-nonconforming children."

Dr Fauci says Covid hospitalizations are rising among fully vaccinated people who have not had a booster

The nation's top infectious disease expert says that COVID-19 hospitalizations are rising among people fully vaccinated who have not had booster shots.

Dr Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said waning immunity from the initial shots is leading to a rise in severe cases among immunized Americans.

'What we're starting to see now is an uptick in hospitalizations among people who've been vaccinated but not boosted,' he told NBC News in an interview on Tuesday.

'It's a significant proportion, but not the majority by any means.'

It comes as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) reviews applications from both Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna for emergency use authorization of their booster shots, and could grant them as soon as this week.

Fauci did not specify during the interview by how much the rate of hospitalizations for fully vaccinated people is increasing.

But he has stressed in the past that he is worried that declining efficacy of vaccines could lead to a new surge in the winter.

A recent study from the Public Health Institute in Oakland, California, found that the overall effectiveness of the three Covid vaccines available in the U.S fell from 87 percent in March to 48 percent by September.

The Moderna jab was the most effective, but still fell with the risk of infection being reduced from 89 percent to 58 percent.

The Pfizer shot's efficacy decline from 87 percent protection to 43 percent and the J&J shot saw a drop from 83 percent to 13 percent.

Most breakthrough cases are not severe with fewer than 0.1 percent of fully vaccinated people hospitalized or dying from the virus, according to the CDC.

During a press briefing on Wednesday, Dr Rochelle Walensky, the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said the agency has seen waning vaccine efficacy, particularly among high-risk groups such as the elderly and those long -term care facilities.

'Although the highest risk are those people who are unvaccinated, we are seeing an increase in emergency department visits among adults aged 65 and older, which are now again higher than they are for younger age groups,' she said.

She added that recent data have shown that COVID-19 cases are also lower among nursing home residents who have received a booster compared to those who have not.

Walensky also noted that the risk of hospitalizations and death is still greatest for those who are unvaccinated.

'Studies show that those who are unvaccinated continue to be more likely to be infected, more likely to be in the hospital and more likely to have severe complications from COVID-19,' she said during the briefing.

Currently, the seven-day average of new Covid hospital admissions is 5,400, up 5.4 percent from the 5,100 the week prior, CDC data show.

However, it's not clear how many of those are breakthrough cases. The latest CDC data is from August 28 showing 4.5 hospitalizations per 100,000 vaccinated people.

Arizona man convicted after threatening Pelosi with ‘I’m coming to kill you’ message

An Arizona man who left a message telling House Speaker Nancy Pelosi “I’m coming to kill you," was convicted Thursday, federal prosecutors said.

Steven Arthur Martis, 77, of Bullhead City, was convicted on one count of communicating an interstate threat, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona said Friday.

Martis left the voicemails with Pelosi's office on Jan. 17. One contained the threat to kill Pelosi, D-Calif., and the other said “you’re dead,” according to a criminal complaint.

About a year earlier, the FBI had interviewed Martis about a different message to another member of Congress and warned him that conduct is against the law, an affidavit filed in the case says.

Online court records show that the jury was deadlocked on two other counts, a mistrial was declared and that a new trial date was set for those charges in January.

Martis' attorney, Dave Eisenberg, said Martis will be retried on those counts after the jury did not come to a unanimous verdict.

Sentencing is set for January. The maximum sentence on the count is five years in prison.

Eisenberg said he will advocate that Martis, who has been held since his February arrest, is sentenced to time served.

In a different case involving threats to elected officials, a 52-year-old Laramie, Wyoming, man was sentenced to 1 1/2 years in prison for making threats to two Republican members of Congress and a state senator, prosecutors said Tuesday.

Christopher Kent Podlesnik pleaded guilty in August to four counts of transmitting threats in interstate commerce and was sentenced to 18 months in prison and a $10,000 fine Nov. 5, according to court records.

He pleaded guilty to counts that he made threats to U.S. Sen. Cynthia Lummis, R-Wyoming; U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Florida; and Wyoming State Sen. Anthony Bouchard, also a Republican, according to court documents.
