was digging around and watched a mouthy buddha related video which has a quick image of Meighan Island, weather news clip.
found a defined area on the island via wikimapia.

When clicking on the area is shows the name:
translated: Nasser Al Zaabi's house
lat/long: 80°2'58"N 99°13'50"W
Nasser Al Zaabi is probably the spokesman for the Ministry of Community Development (cv19 and such).
But there is also a Muhammad Nasser Al Zabbi… mileage may vary.
Thought that was odd.
Also, during the same video there is the image of Maggie Nixon.
Who later in the video regarding her time spent with Sylvia Earle mentions "Hope Spots".
Not sure if these spots are related as my eyeballs got tired.
