So unprofessional. How do they let a eprson speak on air without letting him know it is live?
Maybe this is part of the movie.
I might have read some curious stuff about Racine before myself. So I am not argueing that it's a major center of swamp-shit, etc.
But to say "it all started" in Racine WI just feels like quite a hyperbolic stretch.
It was going fast enough.
Even a medium sized deer can cause a surprising amount of damage.
In this case, there were multiple people hit. Twenty or more.
It very well could be the vehicle.
I'm sure the police could figure it out pretty darn quick, regardless.
