Probably because the back wasn't damaged enough to hide the plate for news media… Someone pulled the bumper down to hide the plate. I'm guessing feds.

Or feds remote controlled the car with a similar looking fed, and then got out, then arrested him as a fall guy? Just one thought. Anyhow. I hope truth will come out. So far it's looking bad for him with his support for BLM & Black Panthers. I do give him kudos for seeing Obama for who he was, but other than that, if he did do this and isn't the fall guy, may he rot in hell.

I think it was to hide the plate, but anons here bystepped that by noticing he looked like a local rapper and watched some of his videos noticing the car was in it then comparing the police scanner audio with what they saw in the video (same with 4chan).
