I think the parade was crime scene 2. Where was crime scene 1 (stabbing?)? Why did they issue shelter in place? To protect a crime scene, or to protect the crime of making crime scene 1 go away? Who, in anytown america, shoots a barricade breaker unless they had advance knowledge of the vehicle's intention, say on the radio during a chase after a stabbing? Don't let them get away with this. It'll be so easy for them to get away with it if we let them.
