Sadly, the end won't be for everyone. The only way to maintain sanity is to develop a dark sense of humor, and take frequent breaks. Disconnect from everything, leave the phone at home, go outside and get some fresh(ish) air and some sunshine as needed. Do something that normally gives you joy. Shake your brain out and come back when you're ready.
