My sister's been on psych meds for years and I don't think she's any better . She claims to hear voices telling her to harm herself and others.
I got off that stuff 20 years ago when I stopped consuming aspartame. That stuff will mess you up.
I've been through a really rough time the past 10 years and I found the best therapy to be serving at church. No meds, no headshrinkers, and I'm fine.
