no i get that its a joke and getting turned into a meme, my thought is more that if this was indeed a FF, terrorist thing like many have speculated, that he was under the control of the Fed's at least at some point. Because he should have been in jail for many of the things long term that were listed on his list, he should not have been out for any of those things let alone on a thousand dollar bail.
