2-reg planes are all registered in Guernsey., a well known place for financial do-baddery. Lots of shell companies doing naughty financial stuff on the and also Jersey and Isle of Man.

2-reg planes are linked to Business Aviation Services, www.basg.gg who are deeply sketchy people that offer aviation services. Theya re like Grand Theft Auto of the air.

They aren't alone, there is also CAI in Italy, Starwings in Germany and Emperor Aviation that seem to be in Australia/SouthAfrica/Gave up trying to work it out.

There seems to be an international network of these 'ghost' planes that have military rating when they shouldn't have. Why is that? So that they can bypass normal customs, security and immigration checks at airports, because 'military'.

Dos that explain it well enough?

Hmm. Lots of military planes have visited Rabat in Morocco recently and the 2-planes have been known to go to Marrakesh.

It stinks of plotting and skullduggery.
