Already happening. So many restaurants were forced out of business by the unnecessary lockdowns the liquidation auctions have been awesome. I have been able to purchase several items I could never afford before. Stainless commercial sinks, flat tops, cook tops, rotary slicers, mini reefers, mixers, containers, utensils and more. It inspired me to build an attached "farm kitchen" to utilize it all.
Now I can process all my vegetables, meats, fish, canned goods, dry goods, pickling, vacuum sealing and more outside the regular kitchen in the house. It made me one happy farmer to further distance myself from the corporate food chain.
