Racine County Sheriff Files Criminal Charges Against 5 of 6 Members of Wisconsin Elections Commission – First Material Charges Country-wide Related to 2020 Election Theft

The Sheriff of Racine County Wisconsin has filed charges against five members of Wisconsin’s election commission. These are the first material charges filed country-wide related to the massive 2020 Election fraud.

Massive fraud occurred across the country in the 2020 election. Wisconsin was in the middle of it.

On November 4, 2021, Sheriff Schmaling recommended charges against five members of the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC). Yesterday it was reported that the charges have been filed.

The sheriff of Racine County has announced that they are filing criminal charges against five of the six members of the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC).

In a release issued on their Facebook page, Sheriff Schmaling said that the charges have been referred to the Racine County District Attorney, Patricia Hanson.

The Sheriff’s Office has called on state attorney general Josh Kaul to launch an investigation into what they called illegal directives issued by the WEC, most specifically, the directive to not use the Special Voting Deputy process as required by state statute 6.875.

In part, the Facebook post stated:

“Based upon the failure of Attorney General Josh Kaul to initiate a statewide investigation, I have forwarded charging recommendations to the Racine County District Attorney’s Office for their review. The recommended charges are for Commissioners Margaret Bostelmann, Julie Glancey, Ann Jacobs, Dean Knudson, and Mark Thomsen.”

The recommended charges are the same for each commissioner, and include:

• Misconduct in Public Office in violation of Wis. Stat. § 946.12(2) (Felony)

• Election Fraud – Election Official Assisting with Violations in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(2)(b)7 (Felony)

• Party to the Crime of Election Fraud – Receive Ballot Non-Election Official in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(3)(n) (Misdemeanor)

• Party to the Crime of Election Fraud – Illegal Ballot Receipt in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(3)(p) (Misdemeanor)

• Party to the Crime of Election Fraud – Solicit Assistance in violation of Wis. Stat. § 12.13(3)(s) (Misdemeanor)

The reasons for the recommended charges were clearly explained during the October 28, 2021, news conference and in the supporting documentation.”

These are the first charges of their kind in the country related to the massive 2020 Election steal. The DOJ and FBI chose to allow all the crimes that occurred and have done nothing to date. WHO warns about unintended effect of vaccines

The World Health Organisation (WHO) chief has warned vaccinated people to remain cautious when it comes to catching Covid-19 and not fall into a “false sense of security.”

“In many countries and communities, we are concerned about the false sense of security that vaccines have ended the pandemic and that people who are vaccinated do not need to take any other precautions,” the WHO’s director general, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said Wednesday at a press conference on the Covid-19 crisis in Europe.

Tedros warned that “no country or region is out of the woods” and underlined the importance of making sure that the “right measures are in place to avert the worst consequences of any future waves.” He also called for proper sharing of the “fruits of science.”

On Tuesday, the WHO starkly predicted that more than 2 million people might die of Covid-19 in Europe over the coming winter and that most of the countries could see their health systems overwhelmed by the surge.

In light of coronavirus numbers spiraling across the region, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) made the decision to change its previous stance on booster vaccines, now recommending them for all adults.

Austria has already entered a new national 10-day lockdown while other countries, including Germany, are mulling new restrictive measures and even mandatory vaccination. This week, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued travel advisories telling Americans to avoid travel to Germany and Denmark due to the high-risk Covid situation.

Civilians killed in ‘Israeli strike’ on Syria – state TV

At least two civilians were killed and several soldiers wounded in an alleged Israeli air raid in central Syria, according to the country’s state media, which noted Syrian air defenses were activated to repel the attack.

“The Israeli enemy carried out an air attack with bursts of missiles from the direction north-east of Beirut, targeting some points in the central region,” a military official told the state-run Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) early on Wednesday morning, adding that another two civilians were “seriously injured” alongside the two killed.

Six soldiers were also wounded in the strikes, which came around 1:30am local time and also inflicted “some material losses,” the officer went on, though did not elaborate.

Unconfirmed footage circulating online purported to show one of the munitions in mid-air over Homs, however no Syrian interceptors were seen in the brief clip.

Though the Israeli military rarely confirms such operations, Damascus has repeatedly accused Tel Aviv of carrying out periodic strikes on Syrian territory throughout its decade-long war with rebel jihadist groups, with another air raid near the country’s capital reported as recently as last week. However, Israeli officials have acknowledged some of the missions, with former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu once claiming Israel had launched “hundreds” of strikes on Syria in recent years in order to deter Iranian troops and militia groups stationed there.

Apple Customers In Turkey Can No Longer Purchase Devices From Official Stores After Lira Crashes

Apple has temporarily halted online sales of some of its devices on official stores in Turkey after the country’s currency, the lira, crashed 15 percent on Tuesday against the dollar.

Currently, consumers looking to purchase Apple products including iPhones and Macs from the official Apple store in Turkey are able to view the products on the website. However, customers are unable to add the devices to their virtual shopping cart at this time.

Consumers can, however, still view and purchase such products from popular e-commerce sites in the country, including Hepsiburada and Trendyol. Apple has not officially announced that it has temporarily suspended sales in the country and it is unclear when consumers will be able to purchase the company’s products again.

The Epoch Times has contacted an Apple spokesperson for comment.

It comes after the Turkish lira nosedived 15 percent on Tuesday in its second-worst day ever after President Tayyip Erdogan, who has led the country since 2003, said that he would not be deterred by rising inflation and defended recent sharp rate cuts, declaring an “economic war of independence.”

The currency has fallen 45 percent this year, including a near 26 percent decline since the beginning of last week, largely in response to a series of interest rates cuts by the central bank governor, Sahap Kavcioglu.

Erdogan has put pressure on the central bank to slash interest rates in a move he firmly believes will boost exports, investment, and jobs within the country. But critics fear this will further erode the lira, and trigger further inflation, which currently stands near 20 percent in the country.

Many economists have called the rate cuts reckless and urged the president to reverse course, while opposition politicians have appealed for early elections, which are set to take place in 2023.

Yesterday saw the Basel-based Financial Stability Board release its latest annual rankings of systematically important banks. JPMorgan was moved back up to the highest tier and now stands alone as the world's most important bank. (Chinese banks which are generally bigger have explicit state support and as such as broadly viewed as less risky).

Also yesterday, JPMorgan Chief Executive Officer Jamie Dimon quipped that his bank is likely to outlast China’s Communist Party:

“We hope to be there for a long time,” Dimon said of China on Tuesday.

He relayed a “joke” he made during a recent visit to Hong Kong:

“The Communist Party is celebrating its 100th year. So is JPMorgan. And I’ll make you a bet we last longer.”

Dimon made the remarks while speaking Tuesday at a panel discussion at the Boston College Chief Executives Club (and admittedly he did reiterate his company’s commitment to the country in wide-ranging comments).

When asked for comment at a regular press briefing on Wednesday, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesman Zhao Lijian said:

“Is it really necessary to cite such remarks that are merely to attract people’s attention?”

Apparently that did not go down well in Beijing as this morning Dimon has issued a quick statement, apologizing for his comments:

“I regret and should not have made that comment,” Dimon said in a statement from the bank Wednesday.

Democrats To Introduce Law Allowing Cops To Confiscate Guns From US Troops: Report

A report out of Military.com notes that House Democrats are aiming to pass legislation that would allow police to confiscate firearms from active duty troops.

The report notes that the legislation would permit civilian police to take the action against any military service members if they are accused of ‘domestic violence.’

California Democratic Rep. Jackie Speier, who chairs the House Armed Services Committee’s subcommittee dedicated to personnel said “Domestic violence is a forgotten crisis in the military, and that’s why I offered an NDAA [National Defense Authorization Act] amendment to ensure that service members have access to military court protective orders that are as strong and enforceable as protective orders issued by civilian courts.”

The report explains that the law as it currently stands means that civilian law enforcement does not enforce military court orders, and commanders have no authority to seize guns from troops if they are kept off base.

The Democrat legislation would “create a system for military courts to issue protective orders,” the report notes, adding that “Military court protective orders would be fully recognized by state and local law enforcement under the proposed law.”

Critics of the proposal point out that it is similar to so called ‘red flag’ gun confiscation laws that allow police or family members to petition a court to remove firearms from anyone deemed to be a danger to themselves or others.

A former Mitt Romney staffer turned Congressional candidate who is backed by disgraced anti-Trump Republican Liz Cheney posted a photoshopped image of himself beside the 45th President in a seemingly desperate effort to tie his own bid for office to the extremely popular Donald Trump, who his own backers and bosses tried to remove from office.

In a recent Jim Bognet for Congress campaign ad run on social media, Bognet digitally altered images of himself and President Donald Trump, in a process colloquially referred to as photoshopping, to display himself next to the 45th President with a message that implies President Trump has offered Bognet his support.

Specifically, Bognet’s ad contains the words “I’ve heard good things, Jim” written above President Trump’s head. In the campaign ad, the phrase doesn’t even include quotation marks, seeming to indicate that the compliment from President Trump is as fake as Bognet’s doctored photograph.

Users who click on the Bognet campaign ad are directed to the webpage of WinRed, the controversial GOP fundraising site pushed by establishment Republicans that has been accused of using deceptive tactics to fleece Republican voters.

Jim Bognet, a former staffer for noted Trump hater Mitt Romney, was the GOP’s 2020 nominee to Congress in Pennsylvania’s 8th District, but lost his bid to Democrat Matt Cartwright. Among Trump voters, Bognet was largely seen as an establishment pick meant to block 8th District conservatives from actually having a voice within the GOP.

Lab Leak Denier Daszak Gave A ‘We’ve Done Nothing Wrong’ Interview And An Insect Literally Escaped a Cage In the Middle of It.

Peter Daszak – a longtime collaborator of the Wuhan Institute of Virology and recipient of grants from Anthony Fauci – spoke with Science magazine for a story attempting to absolve himself from blame for his alleged role in the creation and cover-up of COVID-19 where an insect escaped from a cage during the interview.

The insect’s escape from a terrarium in Daszak’s office follows the EcoHealth Alliance President serving as one of the loudest critics of the “lab leak” theory, which enjoys support from several former high-ranking public health and intelligence officials.

As the Science article chronicling Daszak – “Prophet In Purgatory” – recounts:

He is gregarious, funny, and unguarded, an avuncular type who can make complicated ideas engaging to nonscientists. But during a 7-hour interview he’s also intense and at times prickly when discussing the flood of allegations. After a cricket that has escaped from one of the terrariums in the office—home to a dozen snakes and lizards—hops by his feet, I make a joke about lab leaks. He is not amused.

Claiming “we have done nothing wrong,” in reference to the work of EcoHealth Alliance, Daszak uses the interview to lament the attacks on the group’s collaboration with the Chinese Communist Party-run Wuhan Institute of Virology, including work on viruses he described as “killers“:

Daszak is exasperated. “This is an antiscience attack and, unfortunately, we’re the target,” he says. New Zealand Announces 3-phase Plan to Reopen Border to Vaccinated Nationals

New Zealand will reopen its borders to international travelers vaccinated against the CCP virus in the opening months of 2022, the government announced on Wednesday.

Under the new plan, the border will open in three phases, Chris Hipkins, the country’s COVID-19 response minister, said during a press briefing on Wednesday.

First, only vaccinated New Zealanders and residence visa holders in neighboring Australia will be able to return to the South Pacific island nation from Jan. 16. About one month later, starting at midnight Feb. 13, New Zealanders and other eligible travelers can return to the country from all other destinations.

From April 30 onwards, the borders will reopen to allow vaccinated international travelers to enter the country, Hipkins said, noting that those tourists will be asked to self-isolate for one week.

“Today, I am confirming that fully vaccinated New Zealanders will find it easier to come home from January, and foreign nationals follow from April onwards, as we remove the requirement for Managed Isolation and Quarantine (MIQ) for most travelers arriving into New Zealand,” the minister said.

“There still will be carefully managed processes for recent arrivals, including a mandatory seven-day self-isolation period for people who are not required to enter MIQ,” he added.

A new court filing from lawyers representing Project Veritas in the federal investigation regarding the alleged theft of Ashley Biden’s diary – published by National File in its entirety last year – reveals new information about how the diary from Joe Biden’s troubled daughter was obtained.

In a new court document, Project Veritas now claims “a tipster” called the media company around September 3, 2020 claiming that “a new occupant moved into a place where Ashley Biden had previously been staying and found Ms. Biden’s diary and other personal items” upon arrival. According to Project Veritas, the “tipster” described the diary as “pretty crazy” and “worth taking a look at.”

“Project Veritas learned that Ashley Biden’s other abandoned personal effects in the sources’ possession included an overnight bag with the ‘B. Biden Foundation’ logo and miscellaneous personal items,” wrote the outlet’s lawyers. “The source who found Ms. Biden’s abandoned diary and another source brought the diary to Project Veritas in New York. The sources arranged to meet the Project Veritas journalist in Florida soon thereafter to give the journalist additional abandoned items.”

As National File reported, a whistleblower from within Project Veritas provided the diary to National File after learning the the company did not intend to publish it. According to National File’s whistleblower, the document was thoroughly vetted in a process that included hand writing analysis and a phone call made to Ashley Biden in which she confirmed the diary was hers.

In the diary, Ashley Biden wrote about the “probably not appropriate” showers she shared with Joe Biden when she was a child, and suggested that early childhood sexual trauma or molestation may be the cause of the drug and sex addictions she faces as an adult.

Sweden’s First Female Prime Minister Resigns After Less Than Eight Hours

Sweden elected its first-ever female Prime Minister on Wednesday morning, but she resigned just seven and a half hours later after her coalition government lost a key budget vote.

Magdalena Andersson, leader of the Social Democrats, was selected in a Riksdag (Parliament) vote as Sweden’s 34th Prime Minister on Wednesday morning, replacing outgoing migrant-crisis era leader of the Social Democrat Stefan Löfven. Yet just hours later the Speaker of Riksdag announced the search for another new Prime Minister would begin after Andersson’s government collapsed before she’d even had chance to be sworn into the role.

The Budget for the Andersson government was up before Parliament Wednesday afternoon but failed to pass. The chamber instead elected to pass a so-called opposition budget written by right-wing minority parties, which had the government stayed it would have been forced to implement. The prospect of working to a budget that had been approved of by right-wing populists the Sweden Democrats was too much for coalition partners the Greens, however, who pulled out of the government in protest.

The withdrawal means Sweden’s Prime Minister is seen as no longer leading the government legitimately and therefore had to tender her resignation. Andersson said as much in her remarks Wednesday evening when she said, per Sweden Television: “For me, it is about respect, I do not want to lead a government where there may be grounds to question its legitimacy.”

Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet reported further comments when the outgoing Prime Minister said: “Of course, I fully understand that this appears to be messy. A party that this morning voted for a prime minister who formed a government with that party has now changed its mind.”

The numbers were always stacked against PM Magdalena Andersson — she only avoided having her selection as Prime Minister on Wednesday Morning blocked by just one vote, and the budget vote coming later that day looked likely to fail.

Sweden’s Centrist party, which had generally supported the left-wing Left-Green coalition in the past voted against the budget today, robbing it of the votes it needed to pass. This triggered the Green withdrawal from the failing government, and by the convention of the Swedish system, this means a new Prime Minister must be selected again.

In the Swedish system, the government proposes a budget for the parliament to pass, but the opposition parties can also put forward their own alternative budget. Parliament then chooses which it wishes to pass, which can lead to the strange situation where a government can be forced to implement a budget proposed by its enemies. Such is the case in Sweden after today’s vote.

The opposition budget, proposed by the centre-right Moderates, the Christian Democrats and the populist Sweden Democrats (SD) has seen major opposition from government coalition member the Greens. The left-leaning Greens say they refuse to implement a budget that was created with the approval of the populist-right Sweden Democrats and have threatened to leave the coalition government with Andersson’s Social Democrats.

If the Greens withdraw, the government could collapse — altogether a serious state of affairs for the first day in the job for Andersson as Sweden’s new Prime Minister.

The Moderates have also stated that they may call for yet another vote for a new Prime Minister if the Greens leave the government coalition, with party parliamentary leader Tobias Billström arguing that changes in the composition of the government would require a new vote on who should be Prime Minister.

“The fact is that Magdalena Andersson will probably need to have negotiations with her new government base. I do not know which parties will make it, you have to ask her about that, but you can imagine that the Left Party that has had a few things to say in the last few days will have a say in that then as well,” Billström said.

'Gender is a fact,' Dave Chappelle delivers more trans jokes at NYC documentary screening

During Monday night's screening of his documentary project Untitled, comedian Dave Chappelle delivered more jokes about transgender people a little over a month after backlash began over jokes made in his Netflix special, The Closer.

"Week four of being cancelled, it's crazy," Chappelle said, before going into story about having to get an order of protection against a racist neighbor who came to his house a few months ago, according to The Daily Beast.

Chappelle said that his wife had recently gifted him a pearl-handled .22 caliber pistol. He joked that the last thing someone would say to him before he had to use the weapon would be "f****t."

He continued on to state that if he end up going to jail for murder, he would claim to be a woman.

He noted that he offered to pay for the man's rehab or therapy, "because clearly the man was not mentally well," according to The Daily Beast. He added though that the payment would be kept secret, because those without health insurance would come asking for medical treatment help, joking that trans people would come to ask for help in paying for their gender reassignment treatments.

Chappelle also joked about pronouns, saying when introducing the musician H.E.R, "It's a pronoun you don't hear much!"

Later on, he joked with comedian Jon Stewart that he's form a transgender tribute band named "They."

The Daily Beast noted that a leaked version of his set in Ohio showed Chappelle delivered a similar joke about the racist neighbor, but eliminated much of the transgender jokes.

In The Closer, Chappelle defended writer JK Rowling, who has expressed on social media anti-transgender stances that have had the Harry Potter writer labeled a "TERF," or trans-exclusionary radial feminist.

"Effectively, she said gender was a fact, the trans community got mad as fuck, they started calling her a TERF," Chappelle said in The Closer, adding, "I'm Team TERF. I agree. I agree, man. Gender is a fact."

A Judge Stands up to a Hospital: "Step Aside" and Give a Dying Man Ivermectin

A Chicago-area judge saved a grandfather's life with the single question that exposes hospitals blocking doctors from using a safe, FDA-approved drug: Why?

Sun Ng, a retired contractor from Hong Kong, traveled to Illinois to celebrate his only granddaughter’s first birthday. He got covid and was near death in a Chicago-area hospital. All other options were exhausted, but the hospital refused to give Mr. Ng a generic, FDA-approved drug with an extraordinary safety record that a doctor believed could safe his life.

Finally, a judge asked the right question about ivermectin.

“What’s the downside?”

Put another way: If a man is dying of covid in an ICU and all else has been tried, why not order a hospital to give a safe, last-ditch drug?

Edward Hospital, located near Chicago, offered three arguments as to why Sun Ng, seventy-one, should not be given ivermectin:

There could be side effects.

Ordering ivermectin would violate its policies.

Forcing the issue would be “extraordinary” judicial overreach.

On each argument, DuPage County Circuit Court Judge Paul Fullerton firmly disagreed.

“I can’t think of a more extraordinary situation than when we are talking about a man’s life,” he said in a November 5 decision that is a model of rational decision-making in an irrational era.

“I am not forcing this hospital to do anything other than to step aside,” he continued in a Zoom hearing. “I am just asking—or not asking—I am ordering through the Court’s power to allow Dr. Bain to have the emergency privileges and administer this medicine.”

The hospital ultimately stepped aside. Dr. Alan Bain, an internist, administered a five-day course of 24 milligrams of ivermectin, from November 8 through November 12.
