This is fucking brilliant and should be implemented nationwide immediately.
Ten minute vid on how to legally and financially destroy your local school board member, city/town councilman, country commissioner and other bureaucrats if they are not doing their job as described in their legal job description.
Gist is that all of these bureaucrats have to have a surety or performance bond in place to protect the citizenry, who they work for, from their fuck ups. When they fail to do their job and cause school enrollment to drop or fail to protect the citizens interests or property by letting criminals out of jail or not prosecuting or refusing to punish a criminal, citizens can file suit, practically for free and move against their surety bond that is paid for by the local employer and paid out by a big insurance company.
You can do this with or without a lawyer for basically filing fees and court costs plus you time. Once a bureaucrats bond has been paid out they are no longer allowed to be employed by the local govt they work for. The beauty is that the bonds are sold by just a handful of large insurance companies so we could destroy them as well and/or force city managers etc to hire, appoint or elect new bureaucrats that WILL do the job correctly.
