CIA Chief Warns Russia of Consequences if Involved in ‘Havana Syndrome’

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Director William Burns warned Russia about the consequences if the country is linked to presumed acoustic attacks that are been referred to as the "Havana Syndrome," the Washington Post reported citing US officials familiar with the matter.

Burns delivered the message during his recent visit to Moscow, where he discussed the issue with senior officials from Russia’s intelligence agencies, the report said on Wednesday.

The CIA director warned the Russian officials that causing harm to US diplomatic personnel and their family members would go beyond the bounds of normal behavior, the report said.

The warning does not mean that Washington accuses Moscow of those malign activities, but the fact Burns delivered such a message shows the CIA has concerns about the Kremlin’s possible involvement, the report added.

SEX ED: Trump Admin Tracked Teacher Sexual Abuses … Biden Wants To End That

November 24, 2021

When a sports instructor, religious leader, or Scout leader exploits a child for sex, the public is rightly outraged. Shouldn’t we be just as outraged when a teacher does it?

Maybe the answer to that question depends on how much political clout the teachers (and their union) have over your political party.

For a government that wants every scrap of information they could possibly collect about us to decline to collect information — specifically, information that had begun to be tracked during the Trump administration — the obvious follow-up question would be ‘why’.

Why is there a sudden change of direction in collecting information about incidents of teachers sexually exploiting children?

More importantly, is this change making it easier for accused teachers to slip away and get hired elsewhere, potentially endangering other children?

Just to remind our readers that this is no mere hypothetical question…
