Q: was it a real trial or trial theater?

was he promised something in exchange or something else?

there is a lot we don't know

Lin W says he can account for every penny of money given. Timing of when bail was possible can be checked as well. Defamation lawyer - would he be in charge of bail? Not likely. Criminal lawyer would be in charge.

Do Kyle's lawyers have the same documentation at Lin? Can they prove what Kyle has said? Why did he do an interview IMMEDIATELY upon release. Not at all typical.

Or does it matter? if the object is to throw patriots into disarray when they are trying to getauditsdone, won't matter if six months from now, Kyle's claims are shown to be baseless.
