Ah… now I think I know how the d's are timing things… on the statutes of limitations. When the time of a particular crime comes to the end is when the D's come out to get ahead of the charges they suspect are coming. I was wondering how and why they always seem to know when something was coming and thought they had inside info but they may just be going by the statutes timing only. Interesting.
They are going by the pattern that SC Durham as set to go by.

Wouldn't this also mean that a lot of statutes of limitations are coming up on a lot of crimes at the same time or a possible "flood" of them at some point?
