In Chicago, it is a standing joke that the elections are rigged. Dead people vote, some ballot boxes are stuffed and others are somehow "lost". No one has been able to stop the cheat in Chicago. I used to say, "if you don't vote, you can't complain", but I've changed my thinking. Now I'm of the opinion, if we just quite playing their Game of Illusion, their Game is Over.
