Both are. The images he posts are saved and catalogued (full gallery in OP always), as well as screenshots. The direct links to his images in the offsite gallery PLUS direct links to the images in the threads themselves are on the spreadsheet, for every single post. Screenshots are vital as well, and they show the filename of the images he posts, so they can be checked that way, also.
We keep records because it is inevitable that there will impersonators, those who fudge Q posts/images, and those who want to quibble. Multiple records, multiple types of records, multiple formats of records in different locations.
