Even here in John it claims "His Son Jesus Christ". HIS SON!!!! It doesn't say God in the form of the man Jesus Christ, it says HIS SON, God's Son Jesus Christ!
Speak what the word says, not what the man-made religions want you to say about what God says!!!

If you read that entire chapter IN THE CONTEXT, you will see that he's talking about they are one in intent, in thought, in purpose! It does not mean that they are one in the same person. Are you going to ignore all the, over 200 verses that say that Jesus Christ is the Son of God? Are you going to ignore the verse when Jesus Christ gets baptized where God proclaims - THIS IS MY SON IN WHOM I AM WELL PLEASED!!!???

Of course, because God has foreknowledge. He already knew that Jesus Christ, a Saviour would be needed for save us from our sins.
If Jesus Christ was God, he could not have saved us. Why? Because blood was needed in order to save us. It is so crucial that you believe the truth that Jesus Christ 'was a man, tested on all points', suffered and died for our sins to be forgiven and so that we can then be born again of Holy Spirit.
See, the man-made religions do not want you to know that because then you wouldn't need them.
If Jesus Christ was God, then why did he need to go and pray to God all the time??? Why did he 'ask' God of things???? Why did he implore God to 'take this cup from me' in the garden if he was God and could have done whatever he wanted???
Stop being led by man and let God lead you through his Word of Truth!!!!
