I remember back in the nineties when Oates became popular on the early internet.
And it sounds implausible, but once you understand that the brain works in both forward and backwards modes (future and past), then you can see that our subconscious minds are actually speaking words and phrases backwards in accordance to what we are addressing with "forward" speech (despite if it is true or not).
