Nope,
they had other reasons.
They had to learn how to act dumbed down,
for one.
They also had to use American tax payers' money to conduct their nefarious research at these institutions,
and those institutions were being given funding to research nefarious activities,
shielding the foreign students/researchers from blame.
Very interesting.

but the name "Michael Flynn" isn't rare.
Anyhoo,
falsely accusing others,
