If you go back to the breads around the day this HI event happened and shortly afterwards you'll see we kicked around a lot of theories. No one is 100% sure what exactly transpired, only that the mainstream media's "button oopsie" isn't the true story. Among the theories are:
-
that there was an attempted attack (black hats) foreknown and thwarted (by whitehats) and explained as a mistake [this seems less likely because Huma and Bill Clinton were there at the time - however it could have been a simulated "attack" to make it look like Trump had exacerbated things with NK through his "bigger button" schtick.]
-
that there was a "scare" orchestrated (by the whitehats) as a way to a) trigger emergency backup protocols of NSA data they needed, kept separately at Hawaii NSA facilities, but backed up automatically to the country's main servers in the case of a genuine emergency which could risk it being lost entirely and/or b) to monitor who BC and Huma contact when they are scared and think they may have 12-15 mins left to live.
There are other theories, but those are just two to whet your whistle, which do involve the possible use of a sub (and either real or simulated attack) to set it in motion. Our hearts go out to all who were put through the emotional wringer in Hawaii that day, and who (like us) would be keen to know the FULL story.
I find something along the lines of the second idea fairly plausible (in the context of Q's drops about it).
All that we do know from Q, was that though regrettable (and stressful for those involved), it sounds like it was somehow "necessary" for strategic purposes. (And that we should trust that ultimately patriots were/are in control.) Hope that helps.
