I don't think they see the cost. Immunizations and boosters are 'free,' no insurance, no ID. It's all government money so it is all good. Many might not be paying the taxes to support it, but many are. At some point when they (again) raise the taxes on the middle class, maybe some will put 2 and 2 together. Until then, someone else is paying.
