It’s true. Evil. Anons, this is what worked for me. I typed it out and will paste below. Feel free to save, pass on, whatever.

I weigh about 100 lbs. From symptom onset to mostly feeling better, took 14 days for me. I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice. It's based on the I-MASK protocol.
At onset of symptoms I took daily and continued 14 days:
Vitamin C 1000 mg
Zinc 50 mg
Vitamin D3 at 2000 IU
Ivermectin 12 mg tablet (I stopped after 5 days, but had to restart two days later)
Tea tree 1-2 drops in water, deep gargle (no swallow), morning and night.
8+ glasses of water a day, flavor with lemon or lime (or what you like).
No sugar if possible.
Melatonin 3 mg - nighttime.
Not required but helpful to have:
Advil - for aches and headache
Aspirin - (if tendency toward clotting)
Mucinex - for daytime to make cough productive - helps keep your chest and lungs clear and open
Nyquil - for night to knock you out if you need it, and quiets cough. Helps with anxiety if you have trouble breathing.
TIPS:
I had severe headache and bone aches days 1 - 6. Advil helped. Eat to tolerance.
Day 10 my breathing trouble started. It felt like I couldn't get air and couldn't get a final top deep breath. My throat felt small and closed and my lungs felt like they wouldn't inflate. Breathing, which is something we don't think about, became a weird conscious effort and scary. STAY CALM. Do patterned breathing and deep breathing (research). Have someone with you to calm. It's easy to panic, which causes shallow breathing. You may feel pins and needles. This is your body getting anxious. Ride the waves, breathe slowly and remember if you can cough, you can breathe. Take the nyquil at night.. it will knock you out and you will breathe, and sleep.
Try to get outside for 5 minutes a day and do really deep breathing/coughing. Look up and be thankful for all the good in your life.
Try to get up out of bed at least once every two hours to stretch and move around.
Above all else, no fear. Spend time with those who care about you. If you don't live with anyone, make sure you have people you can call or who can stop by at the drop of a hat.
This is very much a mental thing and above all else, it's important to stay positive.
