One modification I'd suggest:
I'd stay off the Advil and for pain just rely on aspirin. Covid can cause organs to shut down, Advil can negatively affect the liver. Using aspirin would help with pain plus stave off any clotting issues.
I took Alka Seltzer 1-2 times a day when I had covid, it was the only thing containing aspirin that we had in the house.
