Yes, came across him through George Ure's site back in ~2006(?). Paid him in junk silver for some of his ALTA and Shape of Things to Come reports back then.
The gist is, that he noticed that people "leak" future information through unfiltered spontaneous language, expressed as deltas in emotional values.
Not pimping him here, but he's not claiming to be psychic, just what weirdness comes out of the data. And he's had some pretty extraordinary hits in the past 15 years.
The size of the emotional impact is proportional to how far ahead it appears. The number "1.248 Billion dead" appeared back in the late 90's, along with a lot of other markers that are showing up now.
