are two different things.
Mueller and RR are both dirty.
Mueller is apparently cooperating and RR seems to be flip-flopping around.
RR probably agreed to cooperate and then was threatened (Brennan for example)
and pulled back not cooperating recently.
Just like earth, there are massive amounts of varying
degrees of light and dark behavior.
