Something I've learned the past few days. You cannot register a vehicle if you don't have a permanent address. So if you become homeless you cannot register your camper van or renew a driver's license. At least in my State.

Been looking at alternative lifestyle for me and pup. Rents are untouchable as are rooms being rented. Would have actually enjoyed doing the camper van life, do some traveling while I still can.

This really sucks.

Probably always been like this. I just never knew.

What an amazing man! Wow just wow. He is free!

I'm a bit aged to follow his lifestyle but that man is truly innovative. Thanks for sharing!

PO boxes do not qualify as a domicile. They want to track you to a physical home!

I've seen some of those ideas. Someone mentioned legality of it if it constituted insurance fraud.. Would need to have a lawfag weigh in on that.

The only other option right now I might have is use my son's address. But I'm in SE and he's in Oregon. Haven't asked him yet.

Do not want to have to deal with that State. So it will be last tesort.

You could use a family address. I just don't have anyone. Except my son in Oregon, across the country. Don't like the State. So will only ask him if all else fails.
