>>15105166 (me) Montauk article discusses Duncan Cameron's ability to time travel and manipulate reality. Looking a little further, there is mention of his being enrolled in the Silva Mind Control Program.
"From 1960 to 1970, many children throughout the United States, were enrolled in the Silva Mind Control program. It was offered to the public, as early as 1960, offering improved learning abilities and IQ scores. Most of the children who were enrolled, usually came from parents with military backgrounds. Men in Black evaluated all of the children who were enrolled in the program, at least by the early 70s. When they determined which child would best serve MKULTRA programs, they would abduct those children at the appropriate age." AND "It was later discovered that Cameron's father had a level 7 clearance with the Pentagon in the 1980s."
Needs different/moar substantial sauce, but interesting that Silva Mind Control was possibly a pre-MKUltra program .

Since Sylva reminded anon of "Sylvan Learning Centers", took a left hand turn. Sylvan Wiki lead to an article from 1998. Michael Bloomberg, Hopkins and China all make an appearance. Also making an appearance is that whole "dropped out of college to become gorillionaires" theme. Sylvan touts its nearly 40 years of 'proven' methodology which puts it near the Sylva mind control program time frame. Haven't found a direct relationship but is slightly suspicious, especially if MKUltra candidates can be screened/chosen through an 'eduational' venue - parents paying for it, no less.
