Took a flyer and ran 'Interlocken Center for the Arts' thru USAspending.gov. Interesting. USG funds to the center:

But then….miracle of miracles. In 2021, they rec'd $10 MILLION dollars…b/c they are considered a "shuttered venue" (anon assumes CV-19 related). Coincidence that this big payoff began in July of this year AND that it is non-reimburseable?
