Ivermectin paste for horses gives the chart weight of how much to take. Ex: my horse weighs 750 lbs you look at chart and on the syringe type device it gives you the increments to pull out the syringe for that weight. For a colt, 300 lbs it would hardly deliver as much ivermectin as for the larger horse. Figure how much you weigh probably the lowest you can pull out the syringe for and you are good to go. Once you reach the increment the syringe stops feeding you the ivermectin. I hope that makes sense
