Biden, and Psaki earlier today, talking about all the workers needed to 'rebuild back the country', pointing to trade schools and technical colleges. I get the idea that they aren't looking at the existing workforce, but to the hoards of illegals and 'refugees' pouring into the country to get those jobs.
