So a "Business Leader Unvaccinated" friend in the Medical Industry, who was expecting to lose their job on Friday, just got this e-mail. See, it's easy to pull the Vax or out card when you are the GOVt, it's hard to sue the GOVt, but easy to sue a business. Funny that some can not figure this out…

Per breaking news from our lawyers, there has been a federal block now of all 50 states in United States regarding the mandate. This may be reversed in the next few days, but per legal counsel and per Kim Brandt, “ move forward with the exemption process and all vaccinations. However, do not follow through with the suspensions Monday morning as of yet“.

This news literally just came across the wire and our lawyers are all over it. Please do not get overly excited and tell staff they do not need to be vaccinated. However you can let them know that we are going to try to hold off on the suspensions Monday morning until the court is more clear on what this actually means.
