The DOJ will not stop until all Americans are either under indictment or locked up for loving this country. Federal prosecutors are now looking into Sidney Powell’s fundraising activities.

Federal prosecutors have issued a subpoena demanding, as part of a criminal investigation, the financial records of several fundraising organizations founded by former federal prosecutor and Trump attorney Sidney Powell in the wake of the 2020 presidential election.

The grand jury subpoena was issued by the U.S. attorney’s office for the District of Columbia in September and demanded communications and other documents regarding the fundraising of several groups, including Defending the Republic, according to The Washington Post.

Defending the Republic, which claims 501(c) 4 nonprofit status, was one of the sites founded by Powell to collect donations after she alleged that the 2020 presidential election was stolen from former President Donald Trump…

…The subpoena was reportedly signed by Assistant U.S. Attorney Molly Gaston, who is also a part of the investigation into the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol. She was involved with the contempt of Congress charges leveled against former Trump adviser Steve Bannon, who refused to appear for a deposition in front of the House Select Committee to Investigate the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. Bannon also failed to hand over requested documents in the face of the committee’s subpoena, according to DOJ.

Howard Kleinhendler, an attorney who represents Defending the Republic, dismissed the claims about the group in a statement to the Post.

Antibody neutralizing all Covid variants found, Chinese scientists claim

Chinese scientists claim to have isolated an antibody which can effectively neutralize all strains of Covid-19, referencing both lab experiments and those performed on a living organism.

In a study published on Tuesday, Chinese scientists from a variety of institutions, including Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou and Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, suggested that they may have the panacea to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The authors claim that monoclonal antibody 35B5 has been shown in both in vitro (laboratory or test-tube experiment) and in vivo (performed on living organism) studies to neutralize wild-type Covid-19 (without mutations) as well as variants of concern (VOCs). The in vivo tests were carried out on humanized mice.

The scientists noted that the antibody also works on the highly mutated Delta variant, which has been responsible for deadly waves of infection around the world since it first emerged in India earlier this year.

“35B5 neutralizes SARS-CoV-2 [Covid-19] by targeting a unique epitope [part of the antigen molecule which the antibody attaches itself to] that avoids the prevailing mutation sites,” the study explains. In other words, 35B5 targets a unique part of the virus that does not change during the mutation process.

By targeting part of the virus which is not impacted by the mutations identified in circulating VOCs, antibody 35B5 demonstrated capacity for “pan-neutralizing efficacy” across multiple strains. These findings, the scientists argue, could be “exploited for the rational design of a universal SARS-CoV-2 [Covid-19] vaccine.”

The part of the antigen targeted by antibody 35B5 is also present in the Omicron variant, the researchers note.

The research could prove particularly valuable amid the spread of Omicron, which is highly mutated. Leaders and scientists around the world are concerned the mutant virus could evade vaccine-induced immunity and immunity gained from previous infection.

Mass vaccination fails to halt Covid transmission rates – study

The epidemiological relevance of the COVID-19-vaccinated population is increasing

High COVID-19 vaccination rates were expected to reduce transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in populations by reducing the number of possible sources for transmission and thereby to reduce the burden of COVID-19 disease. Recent data, however, indicate that the epidemiological relevance of COVID-19 vaccinated individuals is increasing. In the UK it was described that secondary attack rates among household contacts exposed to fully vaccinated index cases was similar to household contacts exposed to unvaccinated index cases (25% for vaccinated vs 23% for unvaccinated). 12 of 31 infections in fully vaccinated household contacts (39%) arose from fully vaccinated epidemiologically linked index cases. Peak viral load did not differ by vaccination status or variant type [[1]

]. In Germany, the rate of symptomatic COVID-19 cases among the fully vaccinated (“breakthrough infections”) is reported weekly since 21. July 2021 and was 16.9% at that time among patients of 60 years and older [[2]

October 2021 (Figure 1) providing clear evidence of the increasing relevance of the fully vaccinated as a possible source of transmission. A similar situation was described for the UK. Between week 39 and 42, a total of 100.160 COVID-19 cases were reported among citizens of 60 years or older. 89.821 occurred among the fully vaccinated (89.7%), 3.395 among the unvaccinated (3.4%) [[3]

In Israel a nosocomial outbreak was reported involving 16 healthcare workers, 23 exposed patients and two family members. The source was a fully vaccinated COVID-19 patient. The vaccination rate was 96.2% among all exposed individuals (151 healthcare workers and 97 patients). Fourteen fully vaccinated patients became severely ill or died, the two unvaccinated patients developed mild disease [[4]

UK wants military to help jab against Covid as Omicron spreads

The British prime minister has said that the UK is aiming to offer Covid-19 booster shots to the entire population before the end of January, noting that the armed forces will be aiding healthcare workers with the rollout.

“The target that we have set ourselves is to offer a booster to everyone eligible by the end of January,” Johnson said at a government press conference on Tuesday. “As with the first jabs, we will be working through people by age group,” he added.

Johnson also said that the British armed forces would be involved in the administration of vaccines. The government had previously vowed to bolster the booster campaign in light of the spread of the Omicron variant of the virus, which appears to have a significant number of mutations.

Earlier on Tuesday, the prime minister said it was overwhelmingly likely that the booster shots would provide the required protection against the Omicron variant. Moderna Chief Executive Stephane Bancel had claimed on Monday that Omicron could cause a “material drop” in vaccine effectiveness, sending shockwaves through the stock market.

On Monday, the UK’s Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation said that all adults would shortly be able to receive their booster shot. The booster campaign is currently only open to those aged above 40.

Meanwhile, the country will also soon start making second Covid vaccine doses available to children aged between 12 and 15.

To date, the UK has only rolled out the mRNA vaccines as booster shots. The Novavax shot, which is awaiting approval, may also be used as a booster jab.

Greece To Fine Elderly $114 For Every Month They Remain Unvaccinated

On Tuesday Greece rolled out its first vaccination mandate order targeting the elderly portion of the population, with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis announcing in a televised statement that the COVID-19 jab will now be required by law for people aged 60 and over.

He cited the national "vigilance" now required as the new omicron variant has emerged, and also lamented the huge numbers of still unvaccinated elderly in the country. But more shocking is the penalty unveiled for not being in compliance, which will take effect starting next year. The prime minister said that for every month citizens 60-years and up go without a coronavirus vaccine, they will be slapped with a 100-euro ($114) fine.

In Orwellian fashion Mitsotakis said "It is not a punishment," but instead, "I would say it is a health fee." He said that to avoid the fine, "Greeks over the age of 60… must book their appointment for a first jab by January 16," according to his statement to the cabinet.

He underscored of the demographic, "Their vaccination is henceforth compulsory." Lawmakers will likely approve it after a parliamentary vote, given officials have lately sounded the alarm over the overstrained health system, also as data shows over a half-million people over 60 remain unvaccinated. Greece's overall vaccination rate stands at about 63%.

Over the course of the pandemic, more than 18,000 Greek citizens have died due to Covid-19. Mitsotakis cited the rising numbers while saying the new mandate "tortured" him, but he still felt a "heavy responsibility in standing next to those most vulnerable, even if it might fleetingly displease them".

The fine, which over the course of a full year would tally to a hefty 1,200-euros, is seen as particularly steep for the over-60 population. As Forbes noted, citing Greek media figures:

The fine would represent a "hefty chunk" of the average monthly pension payment, which is about €730 ($830), the outlet reported.

PM Mitsotakis said further in the prepared statements Tuesday: "Unfortunately, of the 580,000 unvaccinated of our fellow citizens over the age of 60, only 60,000 set up appointments to get vaccinated in November." He added, "But it is mainly people over 60 who require hospital treatment and sadly lose their life. These deaths are unnecessary."

The opposition left-wing Syriza party slammed the government for in effect shifting its own failings and blame for pandemic woes onto the common people. It said in a statement that Athens is now "targeting people over 60 … with punitive and financially debilitating measures that haven’t been implemented anywhere else in the world."

Indeed such a monthly assessed fine levied on older citizens is unprecedented, and it's also entirely uncertain just how government authorities will identify the unvaxxed on a monthly basis. Should the drastic policy and law in the end result in seeing the target group get the vaccine in droves, it's very likely other European governments would take note, and roll out their own similar punitive measures.

Jussie Smollett reportedly held a 'dry run' ahead of staged hate crime — and it was caught on video

The Jussie Smollett trial is under way in Chicago this week, and things already don't appear to be going in the defendant's favor.

During opening arguments on Monday, special prosecutor Dan Webb claimed that the former "Empire" actor orchestrated the entire alleged hate crime incident, even going so far as to perform a "dry run" of the attack before it was carried out. Moreover, the practice session was reportedly caught on surveillance video, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Smollett — who is black and gay — made national headlines in 2019 after claiming to be the victim of a racist and homophobic attack carried out by two Nigerian brothers who supported then-President Donald Trump.

But following an ensuing investigation, authorities determined that Smollett had staged the hate crime in an effort to boost his acting career. Smollett is now being tried in court on six counts of felony disorderly conduct.

Prosecutors argued in court on Monday that the surveillance video and corroborating testimony from the brothers, Abimbola and Olabinjo Osundairo, amount to critical evidence proving their case against the actor. Here's more from the Tribune:

Webb said Abimbola will testify that days before the incident, Smollett texted him asking for help “on the low.” The two later talked in Smollett’s car, with the actor telling him specifically he wanted them to shout a racial epithet and “MAGA!” to make it seem like the assailants were racist supporters of President Trump.

“I want you to attack me, but when you hit me, I want you to kind of pull your punches a bit because I don’t want to get seriously hurt,” Webb said Smollett told the brothers. Smollett also instructed them to put a rope around his neck to “make it look more like a lynching, like a hate crime,” Webb said.

The three men went on a “dry run” before the attack, part of which was captured on surveillance camera, Webb said. Smollett’s Mercedes can be seen circling the Streeterville intersection, showing the brothers the area where he wanted the attack to occur, Webb said.

The Chicago Sun-Times also reported that text messages between Smollett and the Osundairo brothers sent after the incident further implicate the defendant.

According to the outlet, Chicago detective Michael Theis testified in court that Smollett texted the brothers after their arrest, telling Abimbola Osundairo that he had his back and instructing him to call after their release.

It Begins: Biden to Announce Mandatory Quarantines for Americans, Even Fully Vaxxed, Punishable by “Fines and Penalties”

Thanks to America’s complacency and willingness to sacrifice freedom for the illusion of safety, the Biden administration is reportedly bringing down the hammer this week. According to a report out of the Washington Post, on Thursday, the president is expected to announce extreme testing and quarantining requirements for all travelers in the United States — including fully vaccinated Americans.

As we are seeing across the planet, governments, unable to understand the seasonality of COVID, are turning to police state measures in futile attempts to contain the virus. Countries all over the west have implemented draconian mandates, locking down the unvaccinated and even issuing fines and penalties to those who refuse the jab.

As we reported last month, Australia began forcibly quarantining citizens in internment camps over the virus and now, because many Americans have stood idly by, this policy is coming home to roost.

Those who thought taking the jab would give them their freedom back are about to find out that they were conned and they will be subject to the same medical tyranny as the unvaccinated, even if they test negative.

As part of an enhanced winter covid strategy Biden is expected to announce Thursday, U.S. officials would require everyone entering the country to be tested one day before boarding flights, regardless of their vaccination status or country of departure. Administration officials are also considering a requirement that all travelers get retested within three to five days of arrival.

In addition, they are debating a controversial proposal to require all travelers, including U.S. citizens, toself-quarantine for seven days, even if their test results are negative. Those who flout the requirements might be subject to fines and penalties, the first time such penalties would be linked to testing and quarantine measures for travelers in the United States.

As we reported this week, the media has waged a massive fear mongering campaign over the “omicron variant” in spite of the fact that the doctor who discovered it, who is a Covid-19 adviser to the South African government said that symptoms linked to the omicron coronavirus variant have been mild so far.

Barry Schoub, chairman of the Ministerial Advisory Committee on Vaccines, told Sky News on Sunday that while South Africa, which first identified the new variant, currently has 3,220 people with the coronavirus infection overall and while the variant does appear to be spreading rapidly, there’s been no real uptick in hospitalizations. His narrative is in direct contrast with that of the western mainstream media which is pumping out 24/7 fearmongering and doom.

Despite the facts, because Americans have become resolute with the idea of sacrificing freedom for a false sense of security, the United States is on its way to becoming a medical police state.

According to the report, Janet Hamilton, executive director of the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists, said that such measures are “a critical step for reducing transmission of SARSCoV-2, whether we are dealing with a newly emerging variant like Omicron or working to reduce transmission of already circulating strains.”

Hopefully, more states choose to follow in the footsteps of Florida and Texas by refusing to follow these tyrannical and unconstitutional dictates from the federal government. Resistance is our only hope.

Omicron: Don’t Socialise Before Christmas Unless Necessary, Says UK Health Chief

The prime minister’s office has clashed with the UK’s Health Security Agency chief over her recommendations for people to socialise less before Christmas — going beyond the official guidance — with a Number 10 spokesman stating “she is not a government minister”.

On Saturday, Prime Minister Johnson announced the reintroduction of the mask mandate in shops and public transport with other traveller restrictions over concerns of the new Omicron variant of the Chinese coronavirus, saying that the measures would be reviewed in three weeks’ time, not long before Christmas.

The UK’s Health Security Agency (UKHSA) Chief Executive Dr Jenny Harries spoke to BBC Radio 4’s Today programme on Tuesday in relation to possibly lifting the measures just before the holy period, saying: “A critical point, here, is that even if our vaccines appear to be effective, but we find that the variant is more highly transmissible, having lowish grade infection, but in very large numbers of the population, [it] could still be a significant impact on our hospitals.

“And of course, our behaviours in Winter, and particularly around Christmas, we tend to socialise more so I think all of those will need to be taken into account.”

She continued further on working from home and interacting with others in general, recommending: “If we all decrease our social contacts a little bit, actually that helps to keep the variant at bay.

“So I think being careful, not socialising when we don’t particularly need to, and particularly going and getting those booster jabs which, of course, people will now be able to have at a three-month interval from their primary course.”

While on a trip in North London, Boris Johnson was asked whether he agreed with the UKHSA chief that Britons should curb their socialising, responding: “I think it’s always sensible to be careful. But I think what Jenny is saying there is right, we’ve been living with a pandemic for a long time, people should continue to do things like make sure they have lots of fresh air, they wash their hands and take normal precautions, I think that’s entirely reasonable.”

“But we’re not going to change the overall guidance. We don’t think that’s necessary. We don’t see anything to suggest that we need to go, for instance, to Plan B,” Prime Minister Johnson added.

Mexican President’s Son Allegedly Profits from Biden-Backed Program to Grow Cacao

Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador lashed out against a well-known magazine and an independent journalist over reports about his son abusing a prominent government program for profit. The politician previously criticized the country’s news organizations for trying to favor a “conservative regime.”

An article based on lies, a work of the media mafia, and a hit piece were some of the translated labels used by Lopez Obrador (AMLO) to refer to the article “Sembrando Vida y la Fabrica de Chocolates” (Planting Life and the Chocolate Factory), a joint collaboration between Revista Proceso and Carmen Aristegui, which claims that one of the president’s sons is benefiting from a government program to fund a chocolate venture.

During a recent news conference, AMLO claimed his family was not involved in the project and the property described in the article is one his sons inherited.

Prior to the publication of the article, Lopez Obrador touted his project, Sembrando Vida, as a way to stop illegal immigration and claimed the administration of President Joe Biden agreed to help fund its expansion into Central America. According to AMLO, the program provides a stipend for migrants to plant trees to curb deforestation, fight climate change, promote regional growth, and incentivize poor migrant families into staying in Mexico rather than trekking north.

Soon after the publication of the article, a journalist from Proceso posted on Facebook a photograph of a menu during a presidential event which featured Rocio Chocolates, the one allegedly belonging to AMLO’s son.

Pakistani Migrant Found After Breaking Leg near California Border Wall

El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents rescued a Pakistani migrant who broke his leg while illegally crossing from Mexico into California. The injury occurred when the migrant fell from a border wall section.

El Centro Sector Chief Patrol Agent Gregory Bovino tweeted an image of Border Patrol agents providing emergency medical care to a Pakistani migrant suffering a broken leg. The chief reported that Border Search, Trauma, and Rescue trained agents provided assistance after the man fell from the border wall while crossing the border from Mexico.

Agents responded to the area after a group of 18 migrants illegally entered the U.S. from Mexico. When the agents arrived, they found one of the migrants, a Pakistani male, who broke his leg. After treating the migrant, the agents arranged transportation via helicopter to a hospital in Palm Springs, California.

Border Patrol officials classify Pakistani migrants as Special Interest Aliens because of terrorist activities in that nation.

Chief Bovino also tweeted a video honoring the men and women of the U.S. Border Patrol who continue to serve our nation over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

I deleted all my social media apps. This is what happened

Zapier’s Jake Murphy says he only intended to try it for a week but three weeks later he’s still off Facebook and Instagram and doesn’t plan to return.

Lots of people talk about deleting their social media accounts. I actually did it.

Deleting Facebook and Instagram made me social media app-less, aside from LinkedIn, which I don’t tend to doomscroll on anyway. I’d been considering the idea for months, and I’m honestly not sure what pushed me to do it.

I only intended to try it for a week to see how things went. But here we are, three weeks later, and I still haven’t re-installed either app—and don’t plan to. Here’s why.

The experience

For the first couple hours after I deleted the apps, I found myself in the land of muscle memory. I’d wake my phone, go to tap the place where the apps used to be, and see that they weren’t there. I’d remember why, set my phone down, and move on with my day.

I did this four times.

It’s remarkable how those pathways had been built in my brain over time. It’s kind of sad, actually: I didn’t even have to consciously make decisions each time I opened one of those apps. My brain was so wired to spend time scrolling mindlessly through social media that I was doing it without even realizing it.

The habit seemed to subside within a couple of days. There were a couple of times where I wanted to check something on Facebook, but instead of instinctively going to open the app, I’d think about it, realize I didn’t have it anymore, and the mental debate came to a close.

The pros outweigh the cons

With my retrained brain and regained time, I was able to spend my time on things I personally feel are more valuable. But that’s not to say I don’t miss certain aspects of each app. For example:

Facebook Marketplace. We basically furnished our home with goodies off of Marketplace. Lots of great deals to be had. My wife still keeps tabs on this, but if she weren’t on Facebook, we’d have to look elsewhere.

Major life events of friends or family. I’m no longer the first to know, but enough of the friends and family I talk to outside of social media (yes, they exist!) keep me in the loop.

Funny posts. I used to get a chuckle or two out of ridiculous memes and videos. I now rely on my friends and wife to send me the best of the best, which is kind of nice, actually—curated humor!

News. I used to use both Facebook and Instagram for my daily dose of news. Luckily, there are plenty of alternatives for this including, you know, newspapers.

But the benefits have outweighed the losses by miles so far, and a few weeks in, I can safely say that I’m not missing it as much as I thought I would. With the extra time I’d otherwise have spent on social media, I’ve started reading more and taking care of things around the house—things I’ve been putting off for longer than I’d like to admit. I feel relieved and much more in control of my time.

My work focus has also improved tremendously, and I had one of my most productive weeks (ever!) the second week. All because I deleted two apps.

I’d really encourage you to get rid of your social media apps, even if it’s just for a couple days, or a workweek. I’m going to keep going, one day at a time, and I have a feeling that after a while, I won’t even feel those occasional pangs. And at the very least, I won’t have those dirty dishes giving me the side-eye each time I walk past the sink.

If you’re not wanting to take the leap, there are alternatives. For example, you could turn off notifications for social apps. Or, you could use distraction blocking tools during the workday. iPhones and Androids also have Focus features to help.

An Impolite Message To Those Who Got The Covid "Vaccine"

NOT SATIRE: Germans wanting to die now have to get “vaccinated” for covid first before receiving euthanasia

New guidelines issued by Germany’s euthanasia association now require that all Germans who want to end their lives first get “vaccinated” for the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19).

A statement put out by the Hamburg-based group explains that assisted suicide and the preliminary examination of patient’s ability to make decisions “freely implies physical closeness between people.” Because of this, Germans wishing to commit suicide must first get jabbed for the Fauci Flu as a “precondition for the spread of Covid.”

The new rules follow a February 2020 decision by Germany’s top court that overturned a nationwide ban on euthanasia, calling it unconstitutional.

Many areas of Germany are now off-limits to the unvaccinated. In certain regions, only the “fully vaccinated” are allowed to enter restaurants, museums and similar venues. The unvaccinated, even if they are able to present a “negative” Fauci Flu test, are not allowed to enter.

The German states of Saxony and Bavaria have both cancelled their Christmas markets as well due to mainstream media reports about a “surge” in new “cases” of the Chinese Flu, which is primarily spreading among those who took the shots.

According to German Chancellor Angela Merkel and her fellow party members, the latest “wave” of the Chinese Virus in Germany is far worse than any of the previous ones, even if people cannot see it while going about their daily lives.

The government knows best, Merkel insists, and strict measures are needed, she says, to keep the Chinese Virus from spreading any further throughout Germany. Unvaccinated migrants, however, can do whatever they want.

Germany’s health minister Jens Spahn has also promised that all Germans – except for the migrants, of course – will be fully vaccinated by the end of winter. Either that or they will be “dead,” he said.

These threats of tyranny come as 404.5 German people per 100,000 are now testing “positive” for the Wuhan Flu using fraudulent PCR tests that were designed to test for seasonal influenza.

Many commenters at RT pointed out that all of this rhetoric coming from Germany’s current leaders echoes back to that of some of its former leaders, including those who ruled during the 1940s.

Another questioned why the government is so hellbent on injected even people who are on the verge of dying. Is this some kind of satanic ritual where it is more about getting these things into people arms, even if they are already on the verge of passing?

Ghislaine Maxwell Allegedly Appears with JonBenét Ramsey in Resurfaced Photo: Then She Disappeared

The trial for Ghislaine Maxwell, the alleged partner of Jeffrey Epstein in his massive underage sex trafficking operation, began on Monday. But just before the trial, a viral photo re-emerged on social media.

According to Rolling Stone, the photo depicts JonBenét Ramsey, a child beauty queen who was found murdered in her Colorado home on Christmas Day 1996. In the background, a middle-aged woman with dark hair can be seen smiling.

In the days leading up to Maxwell’s trial, the photo began to make the rounds on Twitter.

Some more motivated users even went as far as to compare known pictures of Maxwell to the mysterious woman in the background of the Ramsey photo.

The photo originated in an April 2019 documentary entitled “Hunting JonBenét’s Killer: The Untold Story,” Rolling Stone reported. It is a legitimate picture of Ramsey.

As the outlet pointed out, however, the similarity does not in any way confirm the woman in the background is Maxwell. Even if it was Maxwell, it would not be nearly enough to say she was involved in Ramsey’s murder.

However, the buzz around the rumor was so great that Rolling Stone and other outlets, including Marie Claire, published stories detailing it in July 2020.

In all likelihood, the woman in the photo of Ramsey is not Maxwell. While it is certainly possible, it seems much more likely that the individual is one of the millions of other middle-aged women with dark hair in the world.

With that said, it was Maxwell’s own actions that caused her to be seen in such a negative light. As the old adage goes, “If you lie down with dogs, you wake up with fleas.”

Maxwell was the girlfriend of one of the most infamous criminals in the world, and she is now on trial for her alleged involvement in his sick sexual schemes.

That does not bode well for her public perception.

In an August article for Psychology Today, Kelli Palfy, Ph.D. — a trained trauma therapist and expert on male sexual abuse — wrote about how sex offenders groom their victims for abuse.

“Grooming techniques are the deliberate, carefully orchestrated acts and gestures offenders engage in. The acts are all legal and not harmful in themselves but later recognized as offenders’ preparation process, designed to win the affection, trust, and loyalty of potential victim and their parents,” Palfy wrote.

Indeed, this description of pedophile grooming equally describes how corrupt public educators are corrupting American children.

Exposing Children to Child Porn

Perhaps the most egregious example of schools using these sorts of tactics was seen over the past few months when numerous reports from across the country revealed that books containing child pornography had been made available in various school libraries.

Two of the books in question — “Gender Queer: A Memoir” by Maia Kobabe and “Lawn Boy” by Jonathon Evison — were disseminated to schools across the country on the recommendation of two prominent national school library associations — the School Library Journal and the Young Adult Library Services Association.

Both books contain various cartoon-style depictions of pornography, some of which involve children performing sex acts on one another.

Parents across the country were predictably outraged and quickly pressured schools to remove the books from circulation. As of Wednesday, however, schools in Fairfax, County, Virginia began reintroducing “Gender Queer” in the name of diversity.

Underage children should not be exposed to pornography. They especially should not be exposed to child pornography (depictions of children having sex).

Why? Because this makes them believe having sex is normal for kids their age.

A key witness for the prosecution in former prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s trial testified Wednesday that police interrogators threatened to destroy his relationships with his family members if he did not turn on his ex-boss.

“The threat was clear. If I did not give a version [they were looking for], they would destroy my family. This was said dozens of times,” former Netanyahu family spokesman and confidant Nir Hefetz said during his cross-examination, as the former premier’s defense team continued in their efforts to undermine the witness’s testimony, arguing that statements made under duress should not be held up under the law.

Hefetz also said Wednesday that his access to food and medical care was extremely limited while he was in police custody, and that at one point he had even feared for his life.

Nonetheless, Hefetz said Monday that despite the heavy pressure, his testimony is “unequivocally the truth.”

Judges on Tuesday rejected Hefetz’s request to hold in private parts of the cross-examination discussing a police maneuver during his interrogation that played a part in him agreeing to become a state witness.

Most details of the maneuver are under a gag order to protect Hefetz’s privacy, although the media has reported that it involved Hefetz’s wife being called to the police station, as well as another woman.

Hefetz has provided prosecutors with key information as an interlocutor between Netanyahu and Bezeq’s controlling shareholder, Shaul Elovitch, as the prime minister sought to positively influence coverage of his affairs through the Elovitch-owned Walla news site. Hefetz was often the one communicating the premier’s wishes to Walla management and has testified on the nature of this relationship.

Now-adult man claims Arnon Giladi paid to have sex with him 10 years ago, when he was 15, has since tried to pressure him to repeat; Giladi released from arrest, denies allegation

Arnon Giladi, a former deputy mayor of Tel Aviv who is still a member of the city council, was named Wednesday as the suspect in a case in which a man is claiming the councilmember paid to have sex with him ten years ago, when the accuser was just 15, and tried to pressure him into similar sexual encounters years later.

The Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court released Giladi from custody Wednesday, prohibiting him from leaving the country or making contact with his accuser for 60 days.

Giladi, who is a member of the city council for the Likud party, has denied the accusations, which were revealed in a series of Hebrew media reports over the past two weeks.

He was arrested on Monday. Giladi’s defense team raised no objection Wednesday to his name being reported in the case.

Giladi allegedly paid for sex when his accuser was working as a teenage male prostitute who had left his home in the south of the country and claims he turned to the sex trade to survive. Giladi also had contact with the now-adult alleged victim three years ago, and again a month ago. The more recent encounters were recorded by the alleged victim.

In the recordings, Giladi can be heard offering to pay the man for sex, Hebrew media reported.

“This is a suspect who has much power and influence. His alleged actions are very severe,” said a police representative during the hearing.

Giladi denies having sex with minors or those he had reason to suspect were minors at the time, according to reports.

However, according to leaks from a police-arranged confrontation between Giladi and his alleged victim reported by the Kan public broadcaster Tuesday, the latter claimed that he told Giladi his age at the time.

The alleged victim filed a complaint with police two weeks ago. Giladi responded by filing a complaint against the man for blackmail and invasion of his privacy.

2 US Army soldiers found dead in Alaska

Two U.S. Army Alaska soldiers were found dead in their vehicles over the holiday weekend in separate incidents that investigators believe did not involve foul play, the U.S. Army first announced late Tuesday.

On Sunday, Sgt. Miles Jordan Tarron, 30, was discovered dead in his car in Anchorage, Alaska. Officials are investigating Tarron’s death, but no “foul play” is suspected, U.S. Army Alaska told American Military News in an email.

Days earlier on Friday, Spc. Isaiah Nicholas Oneal, 22, was found dead in his vehicle in Fairbanks, Alaska. Alaska State Troopers and the Army Criminal Investigation Division are investigating the cause of death, but “foul play is not suspected.”

Tarron was an Army Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) weapons and Weapons of Mass Destruction specialist with the 6th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), 25th Infantry Division at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson.

From Indianola, Okla., Tarron joined the Army in 2016 and trained at Fort Jackson and Fort Bragg before transferring to Alaska in March of this year.

“Sgt. Tarron was more than just a disciplined paratrooper,” said Lt. Col. Justin Pritchard, 6th BEB commander. “He was also a dedicated husband, father and friend whose infectious smile and light-hearted demeanor made all those around him feel welcomed.”

Tarron’s service included deployments to Afghanistan and Kuwait. His awards and decorations include the Army Commendation Medal with “C” device, the Army Commendation Medal, two awards of the Army Achievement Medal, the Army Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, the Army Service Ribbon, the Parachutist Badge and the Combat Action Badge.

Oneal was an Army wheeled vehicle mechanic with the 25th Brigade Support Battalion, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division at Fort Wainwright.

From Tyner, N.C., Oneal had enlisted in the Army in November 2017 and trained at Fort Bragg before reporting to Alaska earlier this year.

US Physician Assistant Reveals She Was Told to Stop Reporting Covid-19 Vaccine Injuries

On a recent episode of The Sharyl Attkisson Podcast, a physician assistant said that after she saw a flood of Covid vaccine victims in the ER where she worked, she was told not to report them to VAERS, the US government’s official Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.

Deborah Conrad, a physician assistant who worked at the United Memorial Medical Center in New York for around 17 years, said that she saw “heart attacks, cardiomyopathies, arrhythmias of the heart, blood clots, [and] pulmonary emboli” in the months after the vaccine was rolled out.

Her role at the hospital meant that she had to log any incident reports to VAERS. At first, she saw “just a few patients” with suspected side effects linked to the jab. However, she soon saw “all these people coming in,” so she started notifying her “administrative leaders of what was going on.”

She said that the administration “didn’t feel that there was a whole lot to worry about.” Eventually, “the emergency room started catching on” to the rise in post-vaccine patients, and her colleagues started “giving [her] patients to report.”

However, Conrad’s administration told her that she was “over reporting,” as it was their impression that many vaccine injuries were not caused by the Covid jab at all.

Podcast host Sharly Attkisson has had past experience in investigating adverse reactions linked to vaccines. She told Conrad that “I was assigned to cover vaccine-related issues I knew nothing about, but I went down the rabbit hole at CBS News.” Attkisson said that she had seen evidence of “cover-ups” in the early 2000s when investigating the relationship between big pharma companies and the US government.

She said that there are doctors who question whether they should report adverse reactions to the jab rather than ignore it and try to link injuries to something else.

The physician assistant said that she tried repeatedly to report what she saw to higher-ups, but “they absolutely refused to do any reporting.”

Instead, Deborah Conrad was told to “support the vaccine effort” because “they want vaccines in every arm.” She also said that she called foul on the frequently repeated claim that the vaccines are “100 percent safe and effective.” Conrad said: “That’s just … ridiculous … because nothing is 100 percent safe and effective.”

Following speaking out, Conrad was terminated from her position as it was very tense in her workplace when she tried to raise her concerns with her boss. Although, after the vaccine mandates were introduced in New York, Conrad had to leave her position for good.

Dying COVID-19 Patient Recovers After Court Orders Hospital to Administer Ivermectin

After an Illinois hospital insisted on administering expensive remdesivir to an elderly COVID-19 patient and it failed to work, the dying man’s life was saved after a court ordered that an outside medical doctor be allowed to use the inexpensive drug ivermectin to treat him over the hospital’s strenuous objections, according to the family’s lawyer.

Medical doctors are free to prescribe ivermectin to treat COVID-19 in people even though the FDA claims its off-label use could be harmful in some circumstances. Clinical human trials of the drug for use against the disease are currently in progress, the agency says.

The drug “most definitely” saved the man’s life “because his condition changed right immediately after he took ivermectin,” attorney for the family, Kirstin M. Erickson of Chicago-based Mauck and Baker, told The Epoch Times in an interview.

Ng’s only child, Man Kwan Ng, who holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering, did her own research and decided her father should take ivermectin, which some medical doctors believe is effective against COVID-19 despite the FDA’s guidance to the contrary.

But against the daughter’s wishes, the hospital refused to administer ivermectin, and denied access to a physician willing to administer it.

The daughter went to court on her father’s behalf and on Nov. 1, Judge Paul M. Fullerton of the Circuit Court of DuPage County granted a temporary restraining order requiring the hospital to allow ivermectin to be given to the patient. The hospital refused to comply with the court order.

At a subsequent court hearing on Nov. 5, Fullerton said that one physician who testified described Sun Ng as “basically on his death bed,” with a mere 10 to 15 percent chance of survival.

Ivermectin can have minor side effects such as dizziness, itchy skin, and diarrhea at the dosage suggested for Ng, Fullerton said, but the “risks of these side effects are so minimal that Mr. Ng’s current situation outweighs that risk by one-hundredfold.”

The judge issued a preliminary injunction that day directing the hospital to “immediately allow … temporary emergency privileges” to Ng’s physician, Dr. Alan Bain, “solely to administer Ivermectin to this patient.”

The hospital resisted the order on Nov. 6 and 7, denying Bain access to his patient. The hospital claimed it couldn’t let Bain in because he was not vaccinated against COVID-19 and that its chief medical officer wasn’t available to “proctor” Bain administering ivermectin.

The daughter’s lawyers filed an emergency report with the court Nov. 8 and Fullerton heard from both sides. The judge admonished the hospital and restated that it must allow Bain inside over a period of 15 days to do his job. When the hospital filed a motion to stay the order, Fullerton denied it, again directing the facility to comply.

Apparently, the ivermectin worked and Sun Ng has recovered from COVID-19. He was discharged by the hospital on Nov. 27.

“My father’s recovery is amazing,” his daughter, Man Kwan Ng, said in a statement.

“My father is a tough man. He was working so hard to survive, and of course, with God’s holding hands. He weaned off oxygen about three days after moving out of the ICU. He started oral feeding before hospital discharge. He returned home without carrying a bottle of oxygen and a feeding tube installed to his stomach. He can now stand with a walker at the bedside and practice stepping. After being sedated for a month on a ventilator in ICU, his performance is beyond our expectations. Praise the Lord.”

Attorney Erickson said the “happy” end result here provides “hope for the nation.”

“We get calls from all over the place,” she told The Epoch Times.

“People that want to sue hospitals after someone’s passed, they wanted to get the medicine and couldn’t. Obviously, that’s a different, difficult case because a medical malpractice case is very difficult.”

People just want to do what is best for their family members and “find ivermectin themselves” and have it on hand “and use it when someone starts to develop symptoms,” Erickson said.

Erickson said her legal team and client were “really thankful” that Ng recovered and “we salute” Judge Fullerton, as well as Dr. Bain and others, as well as the hospital for abiding by the court order in the end.

Rights groups in Israel have called on the country’s top court to repeal the recently announced measures to use the counter-terrorism phone tracking system to track carriers of the Omicron variant of the coronavirus. The groups raised privacy concerns.

On Saturday, Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett announced emergency measures including phone tracking to locate those infected by the Omicron variant, which is thought to be more contagious.

The Shin Bet counter-terrorism agency’s phone-tracking technology was to be used to enable to surveillance.

Rights groups have said that the emergency measure is a violation of the Supreme Court’s rulings on such surveillance, which has been used by the country’s domestic intelligence agency since the beginning of the pandemic last year.

“Operation of the Secret Service to trace citizens violates the basic trust between the citizen and the government,” the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI), one of four groups who petitioned the court, said in a statement to Reuters.

On Sunday, a senior official in the health ministry said that the use of the phone tracking system would be used carefully, and was only to be used on confirmed and suspected carriers of the new variant.

The phone tracking system can match the carriers of the virus locations to other phones nearby to identify people that might have been exposed.

The CPAFFC has been dubbed the “public face” of the United Front Work Department – a billion-dollar effort executed by the Chinese Communist Party seeking “to co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party” and “influence foreign individuals and the policies of foreign states to serve Beijing’s interests,” according to the federal U.S.-China Security and Economic Review Commission.

Also referred to as “avowedly an arm of the party-state,” CPAFFC has been flagged by the U.S. State Department for its campaigns to “directly and malignly influence” American officials.

Former Spy Details Israel’s Main Motive Behind Epstein’s Sexual Blackmail Operation

MintPress speaks with Ari Ben-Menashe, a former Israeli spy who worked closely with Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine Maxwell’s father, as part of their work with Israeli military intelligence and had frequent encounters with Jeffrey Epstein.

MONTREAL — In recent weeks, renewed attention has been brought to the allegations that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell’s sex trafficking and sexual blackmail operation was run on behalf of Israeli military intelligence. Those claims revolve around statements made by a former Israeli military intelligence official turned public relations consultant Ari Ben-Menashe, whose allegations regarding the Epstein scandal were reported by MintPress this past October.

Ben-Menashe’s claims related to Epstein first surfaced in an interview between Ben-Menashe and Zev Shalev of the independent news outlet, Narativ. As detailed in a MintPress summary and commentary of that interview, Ben-Menashe claimed to have seen Jeffrey Epstein in the office of Robert Maxwell, Ghislaine Maxwell’s father, several times in the 1980s.

At the time, Ben-Menashe was in close contact with Robert Maxwell regarding their work mutual work with Israeli military intelligence. Maxwell, in addition to heading a media empire and being a one-time member of U.K. parliament, was a longtime operative for Israeli intelligence, so much so that his 1991 funeral was attended by no less than six serving and former heads of Israeli intelligence as well as several high-ranking Israeli politicians and prime ministers.

Maxwell is alleged to have recruited Jeffrey Epstein for Israeli intelligence and later introduced Epstein to Ben-Menashe and another operative, Nicholas Davies. Epstein was introduced to Ben-Menashe as having been pre-approved by leading figures in Israel’s military intelligence directorate, known as Aman.

MintPress recently conducted its own interview with Mr. Ben-Menashe as part of an ongoing investigation on the life and connections of the now-infamous Jeffrey Epstein.

Part of that interview is provided below with relevant commentary, particularly regarding claims related to the relationship between Epstein and former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, Epstein’s trip to Tel Aviv immediately prior to his first arrest, and the reasons for Israeli military intelligence’s interest in orchestrating and financing a major sexual blackmail operation targeting top U.S. politicians.

MintPress News first asked Ben-Menashe about Robert Maxwell, a known asset and operative for Israeli intelligence, having recruited Jeffrey Epstein. Ben-Menashe =confirmed this to MintPress and also noted that, after their initial meeting, Epstein was frequently present in Maxwell’s office in London.

During the 1980s, as MintPress previously reported, Epstein claimed to have been an intelligence operative and so-called “bounty hunter” in the world of shadow finance. During this time, he was known to have developed close relationships with several British arms dealers, particularly Sir Douglas Leese. Thus, Epstein appeared to frequently be traveling between the Middle East and London, which is also supported by Epstein’s now-infamous Austrian passport which he was believed to have carried during this period of time.

Ben-Menashe told MintPress that he had not only met Epstein after Epstein had been recently recruited by Israeli military intelligence, but had seen him on several occasions thereafter as Epstein “used to be in [Robert Maxwell’s] office [in London] quite often” and would arrive there between trips to and from Israel.

European Money Mule Action leads to 1 803 arrests

Investigation reveals money mules were laundering profits from online fraud schemes such as business email compromise and Forex scams.

Today saw the conclusion of the anti-money mule operation EMMA 7, an international action coordinated by Europol in cooperation with 27 countries, Eurojust, INTERPOL, the European Banking Federation (EBF) and the FinTech FinCrime Exchange. The operation resulted in 1 803 arrests and the identification of over 18 000 money mules. It also revealed that money mules were being used to launder money for a wide array of online scams such as sim-swapping, man in the middle attacks, e-commerce fraud and phishing.

Over roughly two and a half months of operations, EMMA 7 saw law enforcement, financial institutions and the private sector, including Western Union, Microsoft and Fourthline, cooperate in a concerted effort against money laundering in Europe, Asia, North America, Colombia and Australia. As well as targeting the laundering of profits through money muling networks, investigators also sought intelligence on the sources of these illicit profits, shedding more light on the size and nature of the criminal economies that money mules serve.

1 803 arrested individuals;

2 503 investigations initiated;

7 000 fraudulent transactions reported;

Collaborating in the fight on money laundering

This was the seventh iteration of the European Money Mule Action, or ‘EMMA’, which was established in 2016 on the initiative of Europol, Eurojust and the European Banking Federation. It is the largest international operation of its kind, built around the idea that public-private information sharing is key to fighting complex modern crimes. Around 400 banks and financial institutions supported the action, reporting 7000 fraudulent transactions and preventing a total loss estimated at nearly €70 million.

EMMA 7 works based on private sector actors reporting incidences of suspicious or possibly illegal financial conduct to national law enforcement authorities. Similarly, law enforcement can ask financial actors to look into its own intelligence on potential money mules. With these inputs, law enforcement can paint a picture of laundering networks and then decide in each case how to react to the possible money muling activity.

Border Patrol Agents Arrest 3 Convicted Sex Offenders

DEL RIO, Texas –Border Patrol agents assigned to Del Rio Sector arrested three convicted sex offenders between Nov. 25-27.

On Nov. 25, Carrizo Springs Station agents identified a man from Mexico who was previously convicted in Texas of injury to a child with intent of bodily injury and sentenced to three years confinement in 2013. He was last removed from the United States in June 2019.

On Nov. 26, Eagle Pass South Station agents identified a man from Nicaragua who, in 2016, was convicted of non-responsive cruelty to a juvenile in Louisiana and sentenced to eight years hard labor, which was later suspended. He was last removed from the United States in October 2019.

On Nov. 27, Brackettville Station agents identified a man from Mexico who was a member of the Paisa Gang. In 2001, he was convicted of sex with a minor under the age of 16, in California, and sentenced to two years in prison. The subject was also convicted of driving without a license and driving under the influence in 2006 and sentenced to three years’ probation. In 2008, he was convicted of inflict corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, driving while license suspended, and driving under the influence. He was sentenced to three years’ probation and 45 days in jail. He was last removed from the United States in August 2021.
