Rather than disease or illness, how about we just call it a figment of a figment. Designed to kill as many deluded people as possible, with disgusting injections. They called flu covid to help swing it with the stunningly weak minded public. Now they are springing (as many predicted) the equally imaginary omicron as the excuse for the massive wave of "vax" deaths about to hit. The lives of the dark side toadies are at stake, and they will never stop until they are carried out. It's us or them.
