Justice Clarence Thomas has been a reliable Constitutional conservative on the Supreme Court for 30 years, but he has been known for his silence on the bench.

100 Percent Fed Up – Before Justice Scalia’s death, Thomas went 10 years without asking a question during proceedings. This week, Thomas broke his usual silence to ask a question that has pro-abortion activists livid.

” Does a mother have a right to ingest drugs and harm a pre-viable baby? Can the state bring child neglect charges against the mother? “ he asked.The Supreme Court is currently reviewing a Mississippi law that would ban nearly all abortions after 15 weeks. The attorney representing Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the organization attempting to overturn the law, had this to say:

“That’s not what this case is about, but a woman has a right to make choices about her body.”

Clarence has expressed his frustration with the court’s refusal to take up abortion cases in the past. In 2019, he wrote a scathing opinion about the court’s refusal to hear an Alabama case banning gruesome dismemberment abortions. “The notion that anything in the Constitution prevents States from passing laws prohibiting the dismembering of a living child is implausible,” Thomas wrote.

“This case serves as a stark reminder that our abortion jurisprudence has spiraled out of control,” he further wrote.

Thomas has long been a target of liberal pro-abortion activists, as he is one of the most outspoken pro-life justices to ever sit on the bench.

If the Supreme Court were to uphold Mississippi’s ban on abortions after 15 weeks, it would lead to abortion bans across the country. The pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute estimates that 26 states would impose further restrictions on abortion or outright bans. It’s no wonder the left is terrified of Justice Thomas.

Australian Police Arrest 3 Teens for Allegedly Fleeing CCP Virus Quarantine Facility

Australian police have arrested three teenagers on Wednesday who allegedly broke out of a CCP virus quarantine facility earlier that morning, authorities said.

The teens, aged 15, 16, and 17, all tested negative for COVID-19, the disease caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus. The trio was asked to quarantine at the Center of National Resilience at Howards Springs after being in close contact with one or more people who recently had tested positive, Sky News reported.

“The health risk to the community was very low, so that does give cause for comfort,” Northern Territory Chief Minister Michael Gunner said, referring to the trio testing negative.

Northern Territory Police Commissioner Jamie Chalker said the teenagers, at about 4:40 a.m. local time on Wednesday, allegedly climbed over a fence at the quarantine facility near Darwin in the Northern Territory.

The center is an open-air facility and one of Australia’s main quarantine centers for people returning to the country. The facility was recently also used to house people who tested positive for the CCP virus in Katherine, a town in Australia where officials said an outbreak of COVID-19 erupted last month.

Chalker said police took the trio into custody after officers chased them on foot. They are currently being questioned but it appears they have not been in close contact with the broader public.

Ghislaine Maxwell’s accuser questioned about her memory of events at Jeffrey Epstein’s house

Ghislaine Maxwell’s first accuser resumed testimony this morning and the socialite’s defence team didn’t pull any punches.

Ghislaine Maxwell’s first accuser known as ‘Jane’ has resumed her testimony as the socialite’s defence team poured doubt on her version of events.

Lawyer Laura Menninger attempted to undermine the accuser’s memory in Day Three of Ms Maxwell’s sex trafficking trial.

Ms Menninger said that Jane had given different accounts of her first meeting with Jeffrey Epstein and Ms Maxwell at the Interlochen arts Academy in Michigan in 1994.

“You have come up with the memory in the last two years?” Ms Menninger asked Jane on the witness stand, to which Jane responded, “I don’t believe I have come up with memory, no.”

Ms Menninger then told the court that Jane does not recall whether Ms Maxwell ever touched her.

“That’s not true,” Jane said.

Ms Menninger mentioned a conversation between Jane and her younger brother in which Ms Maxwell was not mentioned, and said she also gave a news source with another account.

On “Jane’s” first visit to Epstein’s house Ms Menninger says that she testified she was alone but said she told the government that she was with her mother and brothers at the beginning.

Jane said she does not remember that.

“So the FBI got it wrong?” Ms Menninger replied.

In her testimony on Tuesday, Jane said that she had a difficult family life, but Ms Menniger is pointing to her application as stating that she comes from a “loving family”.

Ghislaine’s older brother, Kevin Maxwell, has joined sibling Isabel Maxwell to support their sister in court.

Jane said yesterday that she was 14 when the late US financier Epstein started sexually abusing her, and that Ms Maxwell was sometimes present and even participated.

Jane is the first of four alleged victims expected to testify in the trial of Maxwell, who is accused of grooming underage girls to be sexually exploited by Epstein, who committed suicide in a New York prison in August 2019 while awaiting trial.

The 59-year-old heiress has pleaded not guilty to six counts of enticing and transporting minors for sex. If convicted, she faces an effective life sentence.

Under questioning by US prosecutors, Jane said she met Epstein and Maxwell at a summer arts camp in Michigan in 1994, when she was 14 years old.

She said Maxwell and a terrier dog approached her while she was eating ice cream with friends.

After a while, her friends left. Epstein joined.

CDC Has Identified First Case Of Omicron Variant In The US

CNN's Chief White House Correspondent Kaitlan Collins has tweeted that the CDC has identified first case of Omicron in the US in California, according to a source.

But, but , but, isn't California all masked up?

The CDC reports that the individual was a traveler returning from South Africa.

The individual was fully vaccinated and had mild symptoms.

The individual is now self-quarantining.

First confirmed case of Omicron variant detected in the United States

The California and San Francisco Departments of Public Health have confirmed that a recent case of COVID-19 among an individual in California was caused by the Omicron variant (B. 1.1.529).

The individual was a traveler who returned from South Africa on November 22, 2021.

The individual, who was fully vaccinated and had mild symptoms that are improving, is self-quarantining and has been since testing positive.

All close contacts have been contacted and have tested negative.

Genomic sequencing was conducted at the University of California, San Francisco and the sequence was confirmed at CDC as being consistent with the Omicron variant. This will be the first confirmed case of COVID-19 caused by the Omicron variant detected in the United States.

On November 26, 2021, the World Health Organization (WHO) classified a new variant, B. 1.1.529, as a Variant of Concern and named it Omicron and on November 30, 2021, the United States also classified it as a Variant of Concern. CDC has been actively monitoring and preparing for this variant, and we will continue to work diligently with other U.S. and global public health and industry partners to learn more.

Despite the detection of Omicron, Delta remains the predominant strain in the United States.

Fauci Announces Nation’s First Case of Omicron Covid Variant — A Fully Vaccinated Traveler from California

The ‘Omicron’ Covid variant has been detected in a fully vaccinated individual in California who just returned from traveling in South Africa, the CDC announced Wednesday.

“The individual is self quarantining and all close contacts have been contacted and all close contacts, thus far, have tested negative,” Fauci announced at a White House press briefing. “We feel good that this patient not only had mild symptoms, but actually the symptoms appear to be improving.”

California Governor Gavin Newsom said there is no reason to panic and urged people to get vaccinated and wear a mask indoors.

Earlier this week Joe Biden used the media-induced panic over the new Omicron variant to push vaccines and booster shots as Big Pharma conveniently has booster shots waiting in the wings.

The Omicron-infected individuals identified in Africa and Australia are also fully vaccinated.

According to numerous reports, patients infected with the Omicron variant are showing very mild symptoms.

On Monday, the Assistant Minister of Health and Wellness testified during a parliament hearing that not one of the Omicron variant cases identified needs oxygen support and hospitalization.

According to Assistant Minister Sethomo Lelatisitswe, Botswana has still 15 ‘Omicron’ variant cases, 3 of the patients showed mild symptoms while the rest did not. Of those 15 cases, 11 were vaccinated, while those 4 unvaccinated did not show symptoms at all, Lelatisitswe said.

How The FBI Raid On Project Veritas Helped Protect The New York Times

The FBI's raids on Project Veritas had the effect of protecting not just the Biden family but also The New York Times. It's yet another episode in a long history of the FBI and New York Times wildly abusing their power.

Several observers have pointed out the terrible optics and even worse legal and cultural implications of the FBI’s raids earlier this month on three undercover journalists’ homes. Since the reporters’ organization, Project Veritas, is a political opponent of the American regime, the raids echo government behavior in unfree countries such as Russia, China, and Turkey.

Yet there’s another, less remarked, aspect to this story. It’s the raids’ effect of protecting a longtime, top-tier deep state information operations partner, The New York Times.

Project Veritas is a threat to The New York Times, not only in some of its undercover reporting about Times employees but also in its lawsuit against the Times for defamation. Curiously, then, The New York Times appeared to be aware of the raids about as soon as they commenced, as well as possibly obtaining private information about Project Veritas from the FBI operation.

Project Veritas founder O’Keefe noted: “Within an hour of one of our reporter’s homes being secretly raided by the FBI, The New York Times we are currently suing for defamation contacted the Project Veritas reporter to ask for comment. We do not know how The New York Times knew about the execution of a search warrant at our reporter’s home, or the subject matter of the search warrant, as the grand jury investigation is secret.”

Four business days after O’Keefe’s apartment was ransacked by the FBI, The New York Times on Nov. 11 published information from internal Project Veritas legal documents. It’s currently not public whether The Times obtained those documents from discovery in Project Veritas’s defamation suit or from an FBI leaker (or leakers). Project Veritas lawyers say they suspect a leaker.

“We have a disturbing situation of the U.S. attorney’s office or the FBI tipping off the New York Times to each of the raids on Project Veritas current and former employees,” O’Keefe lawyer Harmeet Dhillon told Tucker Carlson the evening of Nov. 11.

The FBI currently claims the raids stem from Project Veritas viewing what is alleged to be President Joe Biden’s daughter’s diary. Last week, a judge extended a ban on the Times publishing articles about Project Veritas until at least Dec. 1, reportedly due to its publication of those internal Project Veritas documents.

The FBI’s raids on Project Veritas, then, had the effect of protecting not just the Biden family but also The New York Times. It’s yet another episode in a long and troubled history of both the FBI and New York Times wildly abusing their power.

The FBI Has Been Politicized From Its Origins

From its very beginning, the FBI was racked with abuse of power. The FBI’s own history notes that “In the early twenties, the agency was no model of efficiency. It had a growing reputation for politicized investigations. In 1923, in the midst of the Teapot Dome scandal that rocked the Harding Administration, the nation learned that Department of Justice officials had sent Bureau agents to spy on members of Congress who had opposed its policies.” Spy on members of Congress — who are supposed to control the FBI.
