So if an employer has a 2-tier system in place for the vaccinated and unvaccinated (mostly revolving around mask requirements), which forces the unvaccinated individual to indirectly disclose HIPAA information by wearing said mask, and blatantly violates the 'coercion to get an experimental medical treatment' section of the Nuremberg code, what is the best legal course of action for this? Or the best legal resource to tap, if any.
