Seattle Recall Ballot of Marxist City Councilmember States: “Vote “NO” on the Rightwing Recall – Part of the Racist Rightwing Backlash”

Committed Marxist and Seattle Councilwoman Kshama Sawant used her key to break into the Seattle City Hall in 2020 and hold an unlawful protest with hundreds of Black Lives Matter protesters.

Sawant called for an insurrection and urged protesters to shut down President Trump’s inauguration in 2016 — and was never charged for her it.

There is currently a recall election for this America-hating radical, Kshama Sawant, scheduled for December 7th in Seattle.

Tonight we heard from local election integrity activist in Seattle on how the Socialists are rigging the election.

I’ve attached a picture of a recall ballot on a Seattle City Councilwoman Kshama Sawant who is a self-declared socialist/Marxist and advocate/supporter of Antifa and BLM. In fact, she declared herself as a leader in the “Peaceful Protests” here in Seattle that destroyed $millions in government property and local businesses.

What is so hideous about this recall ballot is that it states “Vote “NO” on the right-wing recall.” It says she is being attacked for participating in peaceful BLM protests and that it is a racist, right-wing backlash attempting to criminalize protests nationally.

It also states “The recall is bankrolled by the corporate elite and 500+ Republicans including Trump’s biggest Washington donor, George Petrie.” And “Will you vote NO and stand with Kshama Sawant, one of the nation’s most progressive elected representatives, OR will you side with big business and the right-wing?”

Also, so you know, according to our state legislature it is legal. This propaganda is allowed by RCW 29A.56.250 https://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=29A.56.250

FYI this Special Recall Election date is Dec 7th, 2021.

This is absolutely appalling and it is right out of Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto. So much of our government and education systems are not advocating and teaching our fellow citizens how to think, they are advocating and teaching them what to think.

This is the future of “elections” in our country if the Marxist horde is not stopped in its tracks.

How is this not against the law?

UPDATE — King County Government also put up a sample ballo

'It's liberty': Lawyer for Mississippi abortion provider argues Supreme Court must follow precedent and strike down abortion ban

On Wednesday, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments for Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, a case challenging Mississippi's ban on abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.

Jackson Women's Health Organization, the only licensed abortion provider in the state of Mississippi, filed a federal lawsuit against the Mississippi law, arguing that it is unconstitutional based on previous rulings from the high court. Lower courts have ruled the law as unconstitutional.

Mississippi Solicitor General Scott G. Stewart, arguing in defense of the law, asked the court to overturn precedents in Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey that established a constitutional right to abortion. He said that these precedents "haunt our country," and lack basis in the text of the Constitution.

After the justices finished asking Stewart questions (covered here), Julie Rikelman, an attorney with the Center for Reproductive rights, who is representing Jackson Women's Health, gave her opening statement arguing Mississippi's abortion ban is "flatly unconstitutional under decades of precedence." The justices also heard arguments from U.S. Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar, who is representing the Biden administration against the Mississippi law.

"Mississippi asks the court to dismantle this precedent and allow states to force women to remain pregnant and give birth against their will," Rikelman said.

She gave three reasons for the court to strike down the abortion ban, first arguing that court precedent is clear that an "especially high bar" must be met before a previous decision should be overturned. Second, Rikelman argued that the landmark decisions in Roe and Casey were correctly decided, and are necessary to prevent the state from seizing control of a woman's body by forcing her to carry an unwanted child to term. She said denying a woman the right to abortion would be a "fundamental deprivation of her liberty," which she argued was protected under the 14th Amendment of the Constitution.

Third, Rickelman said eliminating or reducing the right to an abortion will "propel women backwards." She argued that Mississippi's law disproportionally impacts poor women who may not be able to afford contraception and younger women who may not immediately recognize signs of pregnancy.

Justice Clarence Thomas, the longest-serving member of the court, began questions by asking Rickelman a hypothetical based on a 1997 case in which the Supreme Court upheld the conviction of a woman who had been charged with child abuse for using cocaine during her pregnancy. The court ruled that a viable fetus was considered a person under the state's criminal code.

Meadows Denies 'Affiliation' With Epstein Brother's Nonprofit Despite It Repeatedly Touting Affiliation As Recent As 2021

Mark Meadows, the former Chief of Staff to President Donald Trump and Republican North Carolina Congressman, was confronted by radio host Stew Peters regarding his affiliation with the Humpty Dumpty Institute, an organization once headed by Mark Epstein that has close ties to the Communist Chinese Party.

Former Trump Chief of Staff Mark Meadows on Tuesday was questioned by radio host Stew Peters about his role in advising the Humpty Dumpty Institute, an organization once headed by the brother of Jeffrey Epstein with ties to the United Nations, US State Department, several members of Congress, global elite, and Chinese Communist Party.

As was previously reported by National File, Mark Meadows was appointed to the HDI Congressional Advisory Board in 2013 during the Republican North Carolina Congressman’s freshman term. Peters, who described National File’s aforementioned report as “very concerning” due to the HDI’s close ties to the CCP-affiliated Taihe Institute, asked Meadows abruptly, “what were you doing with these Chinese Communists exactly?”

Meadows confirmed that he had in fact joined the HDI Congressional Advisory Board that year, but explained that he had not known about the organization being deeply involved with the Communist Chinese. The former Trump White House Chief of Staff denied further involvement or “any affiliation” with the HDI following his freshman term in Congress.

“I joined that actually in trying to work, uh, not knowing any connections with China, back when I was a freshman member of Congress. Uh, it was only as a freshman member of Congress,” Meadows told Peters.

Meadows then claimed that following his freshman term as a Congressman, the organization continued to use his name, prompting him to send a cease and desist letter to the HDI, though he did not describe precisely when the letter was sent. “In fact, they continued to use my name after they were looking at a number of things, and so I had to send them a letter to distance myself from them,” he said.

Meadows went on to explain that during his freshman term and tenure as a HDI Congressional Advisory Board member, he was “on the China Commission, uh, holding China, uh, accountable, uh, during that time.”

“And so as a freshman member of Congress, you, you get a number of people who come and say ‘can you be involved in this or that?’ and I appreciate you giving me the opportunity. I can tell you that if there is anyone who believes that China is our number one threat, uh, it’s, it’s me, and I will continue to uh, to believe that,” Meadows explained to Peters, adding that during his time in the White House, “a number of our more ‘China hawks’ found me to be a Chief of Staff that was willing to give them support and not work against them.”

White House Responds To First US Omicron Strain With 'Vax Up Or Get Boosted' Blitz

Update (1455ET): The White House has released a statement on the first case of the Omicron strain detected in the US, stating that Biden's medical team "continues to believe that existing vaccines will provide some level of protection against severe illness," from the variant - which we already know is a mild strain of the disease - and is urging "all adults to get their booster shots and get themselves and their kids vaccinated" if they haven't done so already.

The first case was identified as a resident of San Francisco, according to the Mayor's office. The city 'does not' anticipate any new lockdowns or other restrictions in response.

Joe Biden on Supply Chains: ‘Only Santa Claus’ Can Promise Gifts on Time

President Joe Biden tried to distance himself from supply chain disruptions this Christmas, telling Americans on Wednesday he was not responsible for any problems.

“I can’t promise that every person will get every gift they want on time,” Biden said. “Only Santa Claus can keep that promise.”

Biden argued that shortages for some goods around Christmas were normal, citing the Cabbage Patch Kids doll shortage in the 1980s and also the shortage of Beanie Babies in past years.

The president downplayed reports of reduced supplies of goods for Americans shopping for the holidays.

“Here’s the deal. For the vast majority of the country, that’s not happening,” Biden said.

He insisted that he and his administration “averted potential crisis” by fixing the supply chain problems before they had a substantial effect on Americans shopping for Christmas.

Biden called his efforts to solve clogged ports in South Beach and Los Angeles as an “incredible success story.”

“We’re heading into the holiday season in very strong shape,” he said. “It’s not because of luck.”

Biden also spoke about inflation, noting that countries worldwide were suffering the higher cost of goods, not just the United States

“This is a worldwide challenge,” he said. “A natural byproduct of the world economy shut down by the pandemic as it comes back to life.”

The president said his $1.75 trillion Build Back Better plan would only help families further and urged Republicans to support his agenda.

“It’s always easier to complain about a problem than try to fix it,” he said.

Toward a Joint US-ROK Cyber Deterrence Strategy

Open-source databases of state-sponsored cyber operations hosted by the Council on Foreign Relations and the Center for Strategic and International Studies show that North Korea remains an active perpetrator of malicious cyber activity. The Republic of Korea’s (ROK’s) National Intelligence Service also reported that the COVID-19 pandemic has not slowed down the North’s cyber operators, with stepped-up operations against the South’s public sector, especially entities related to national security. This makes North Korea’s cyber activity a growing concern for the US-ROK alliance to address, calling for concrete steps to craft and implement a credible and effective cyber deterrence strategy toward the North.

Deterrence Theory

Deterrence is often connected to nuclear weapons and US-Soviet competition during the Cold War, but deterrence theory can be applied beyond that particular situation. Essentially, deterrence can be thought of as influencing the adversary’s decision-making such that the adversary decides not to conduct an action. In practice, the most common conception of how to deter is by threatening unacceptable violence in retaliation for the adversary taking an unwanted action. This is typically known as deterrence by punishment and was the dominant form of deterrence thinking during the Cold War.

The other main conception of how to deter is called deterrence by denial, which was first defined by Glenn Snyder in the 1950s. Jeffrey Knopf wrote, “denial strategies aim to dissuade a potential attacker by convincing them that the effort will not succeed and they will be denied the benefits they hope to obtain.” This shows that deterrence can be thought of as influencing the adversary’s cost-benefit calculus for taking a particular action. Deterrence by punishment dissuades by increasing the costs of acting, and deterrence by denial dissuades by decreasing the benefits of acting. Joseph Nye defined deterrence as “dissuading someone from doing something by making them believe that the costs to them will exceed their expected benefit,” which captures this cost-benefit thinking.

Some scholars, including Snyder, include the provision of rewards for not acting as consistent with deterrence logic. This implies that there are two cost-benefit calculations that can be influenced: One for acting and one for not acting. Thus, the adversary can be deterred by increasing the costs of acting, decreasing the benefits of acting, or increasing the benefits of not acting. It is important to remember that the adversary makes these cost-benefit calculations, so deterrence occurs in the mind of the adversary. Just as crucial as crafting a credible deterrence strategy is effectively signaling the adversary to influence the adversary’s cost-benefit calculation.

Rachelle Miller calls for action against Alan Tudge after affair in bombshell parliament statement

The former lover of Liberal frontbencher Alan Tudge has dropped a bombshell statement about her old boss, who has now firmly denied the new claims.

Liberal frontbencher Alan Tudge’s ex-lover has dropped a bombshell statement to all parliamentarians urging the Prime Minister to act on her former bosses’ “unacceptable behaviour.”

Former press secretary Rachelle Miller, who admits to an extramarital affair with Mr Tudge, claims in the new account that he once kicked her out of a hotel room after she woke up naked in his bed because he wanted to get more sleep while she fielded media calls.

“Today I stand in my former workplace to say, again, that what happened to me in this place was not OK,” her statement to Parliament House reads.

“I call on every woman in this building to stand with me, but I know that many are scared about their jobs, their livelihoods, the careers they’ve worked so hard for.”

Mr Tudge has firmly rebutted Ms Miller’s claims, telling news.com.au: “I completely and utterly reject Ms Miller’s version of events.

“Ms Miller and I had a consensual affair in 2017 as both of us have publicly acknowledged. This is something I deeply regret.”

During one trip to Kalgoorlie with then Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull to announce the Cashless Welfare Card trial, Ms Miller said Mr Tudge encouraged her to stay up late drinking.

She woke up naked in his hotel room.

“My mobile phone started ringing. I woke up in the pitch black dark and reached for my phone,’’ she said.

“It was about 4am and a morning media producer was calling about the front-page story, wanting to line up an interview with the Minister.

“[The Minister] was furious, telling me to ‘get the f*ck out of his bed’. I quickly told the producer I would call her back. I then realised I was completely naked.

“I fell off the side of the bed and ended up on the floor. I searched around in the dark for my clothes. He was yelling at me that ‘my phone had woken him up. He needed to get more sleep’.”

Ms Miller said she then returned to her room and started work.

“I unpacked my laptop, sat at the desk, and started answering and making phone calls and emails to arrange the media for the Minister for the day.”

A taxpayer-funded workplace investigation into Education Minister Alan Tudge’s extramarital affair and treatment of Ms Miller found there was insufficient evidence to substantiate allegations of inappropriate behaviours.

Mr Tudge has admitted to the affair and apologised to his wife, family and Ms Miller but flatly rejected any suggestion of bullying.

Despite her decision not to participate on legal advice, the Department of Finance authorised law firm Spark Helmore conducting the investigation without interviewing Ms Miller. It then found there was insufficient evidence of any wrongdoing.

In a statement to news.com.au on November 9, a spokesman for Mr Tudge said there were “no adverse findings” against him.

“While respecting the confidentiality of the process, I can confirm that the independent assessment by law firm Sparke Helmore and the Department of Finance was completed in early June 2021 and there were no adverse findings against Mr Tudge,” the spokesman said.

“All MPs and senior staff are expected to undertake workplace management training as outlined by Commissioner Kate Jenkins and Mr Tudge has completed this process.”
