First, when the very foundations of the legal system have been compromised, how then can anything be done "by the book", "100% legal"? Laws of men are not immutable like laws of Nature. What force is holding corrupt men to some such standard as can ensure that a return to law and order is even possible, when those who control the corrupt judicial system are protected by corrupt law enforcement?
