Court Orders FDA To Comply With FOIA and Release Information On Pfizer Vaccine – First Batch of Documents Shows Over 1,200 Vaccine Deaths WITHIN FIRST 90 DAYS

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) released the first batch of documents related to Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine after a federal judge ordered that they must comply with a massive Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request that was filed by a government accountability group called Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency.

The esteemed group of more than 30 professors and scientists asked the federal government to share any and all data that factored into the agency’s hasty decision to grant Pfizer’s experimental mRNA vaccine an emergency use authorization (EUA) – which amounts to a trove of over 329,000 documents.

In a shameless effort to bury the information, the FDA challenged the FOIA request in court. After the agency was told that it must turn over the documents, Justice Department lawyers representing the FDA asked a federal judge to allow them an unthinkable 55 years to process the request, saying that they would be able to release just 500 pages a month.

In other words, Elon will make it to Mars way before the documents would be fully released – in the year 2076.

A motion that was also filed by the same group of doctors and scientists is currently pending in federal court that would force the FDA to expedite processing and releasing these documents.

Meanwhile, the FDA still has to comply with the original order to begin turning over documents. Lo and behold, the first release is a bombshell.

According to an official Pfizer document that is titled Cumulative Analysis of Post-Authorization Adverse Event Records Reports, in just the first 90 days of the vaccine’s roll out under the FDA’s EUA – from December 1st. 2020 – February 28th, 2021 – there were TENS OF THOUSANDS of reported adverse reactions, including OVER 1200 DEATHS.

The report only included adverse events to the vaccine that researchers considered “serious cases,” there were thousands more submissions that were left out of this data.

Any cases deemed “non-serious” would be processed within 90 days, but this report was released before 90 days of Pfizer’s vaccine being available had even passed.

“Due to the large numbers of spontaneous adverse event reports received for the product, the MAH has prioritised the processing of serious cases, in order to meet expedited regulatory reporting timelines and ensure these reports are available for signal detection and evaluation activity.

Non-serious cases are processed as soon as possible and no later than 90 days from receipt. Pfizer has also taken a multiple actions to help alleviate the large increase of adverse event reports.”

In all, the report states that there were a total of 42,086 case reports of individuals who had an adverse reaction to Pfizer’s vaccine worldwide, with the largest number (13,739) coming from the United States and from the UK (13,404).

According to the documents women (29,914) were over 3x more likely to experience a reaction than men (9182). A total of 1223 individuals had a fatal reaction to the experimental Pfizer vaccine.

Lights go out at diplomatic meetings with Blinken & Lavrov

A meeting between US and Ukrainian diplomats was thrown into darkness as the US secretary of state began to speak. A similar incident took place later as Russian and Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe reps spoke.

A meeting room hosting American and Ukrainian diplomats was suddenly plunged into darkness on Wednesday as US Secretary of State Antony Blinken began his remarks to his Ukrainian counterpart Dmitry Kuleba.

Blinken was in the midst of reassuring Kuleba of Washington’s “unwavering commitment” to Ukrainian sovereignty when the lights went out. Their meeting was set to take place on the sidelines of the OSCE conference in Stockholm.

A similar blackout seized the room later that day as Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke with OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid and other officials. Lavrov suggested the problem was caused by an official brushing up against the light switch with their rear end.

New York police in standoff with armed man at United Nations HQ

Heavily armed New York City police have surrounded the area outside the UN headquarters on East River and are reportedly negotiating with a person carrying a gun.

The NYPD has issued a traffic alert for the intersection of 42nd Street and 1st Avenue – right outside the UN HQ – and said the public should “expect emergency vehicles in the surrounding area.”

“Put down the firearm. There are better ways to get your message across,” police can be heard telling the suspect, who appears to be a grey-haired white man, wearing a red sweater and a brown jacket.

It wasn’t clear from the video if the item in the man's hand is a gun, but Kelly’s video shows him holding on to something that appears to be a weapon. There was also a black bag of some kind on the ground by his feet.

At some point the suspect took off the jacket, and can be seen wearing the bright red sweater, as dozens of officers stand nearby.

Video from the scene showed the man holding what appeared to be a shotgun under his chin and speaking to officers.

UN Security has requested everyone at the headquarters to shelter in place, adding that it was monitoring the situation and that the “host country authorities are presently on the scene.”

Child sex abusers at CIA avoiding prosecution: What we know

A scolding expose based on a trove of internal CIA documents indicates an apparent pattern of failure by the federal government to prosecute CIA employees and contractors suspected of child sex abuse crimes.

The article published by BuzzFeed is based on over 3,500 pages of declassified materials it obtained through Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

How many pedophiles are we talking about?

At least 10 cases of credibly suspected crimes were identified over the course of 14 years, according to BuzzFeed.

The trove of documents details investigations by the CIA’s Office of the Inspector General (OIG). The spy agency watchdog deals internally with all sorts of crimes, including those committed by third parties, like possession of a fake agent badge. The documents were heavily redacted and the release of some pages under FOIA was fully denied.

BuzzFeed focused its investigation on alleged sexual crimes involving minors. Of the 10 identified individuals, one admitted to sexually abusing two girls aged two and six. Most cases involve crimes related to child pornography, like possession, smuggling, and procurement of outlawed content.

Was the self-confessed child abuser prosecuted?

The documents state that the CIA employee in question admitted to the OIG that he had engaged in “inappropriate sexual activity” involving a two-year-old girl and had “inappropriate sexual contact” with a six-year-old girl on two occasions. The first victim was not identified. The second one apparently was. The employee was also “found to have extensively downloaded child pornography” and admitted to searching for abuse images featuring 12 to 14-year-old victims.

In August 2009, an assistant US attorney declined prosecution “based on taint issues” and “the lack of previously identified child pornography victims” in videos found in the man’s possession. In March of the same year, the CIA decided to terminate the employee and revoke his clearances.

Why no federal prosecution for CIA employees?

The US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, which declined prosecution, would not comment on individual cases, but said that “the occupation or employer of the suspect does not factor” in its decision of whether to file charges. The reference to “taint issues” may indicate mishandling of evidence, BuzzFeed suggested.

A CIA insider told the outlet that the agency is concerned that in a criminal trial, classified information may be disclosed. “We can’t have these people testify, they may inadvertently be forced to disclose sources and methods,” the former official was cited as saying.

RT reports that two Premier League matches have been disrupted in recent days due to fans having massive heart attacks in the stands. The match between Watford and Chelsea and the match between Southampton and Leicester both had to be halted due to medical emergencies in the crowd on Wednesday night.

The game at Watford’s Vicarage Road was suspended for more than 30 minutes after a fan suffered a heart attack during the first half. The players left the pitch as medical staff from both teams rushed to treat the suffering fan.

The two teams refused to continue with the match until they had received positive news about the fan's fate. The individual suffering the heart attack was eventually stretchered out of the stadium and taken to the nearby Watford General Hospital for further treatment.

The game resumed just over half an hour later, with Chelsea going on to win 2-1 to maintain their position at the top of the Premier League table. Both teams shared messages of support for the suffering fan.

House Reaches Deal To Avoid Government Shutdown Till February

House Appropriations Committee Chair Rosa DeLaurio (D-CT) announced the deal early Thursday, saying that an agreement had been reached on a continuing resolution (CR) which would maintain funding at the most recent level until a larger bipartisan agreement is eventually reached.

According to DeLaurio, the legislation "includes virtually no changes to existing funding or policy" - which will instead be included in a spending omnibus in the months ahead, according to The Hill. "However, Democrats prevailed in including $7 billion for Afghanistan evacuees. The end date is February 18. While I wish it were earlier, this agreement allows the appropriations process to move forward toward a final funding agreement which addresses the needs of the American people," she added.

Given the Friday night deadline, House Democrats plan to put it to a vote later Thursday, with a Senate vote soon to follow.

Germany Imposes Strict Curbs On Unvaccinated, Limits Gatherings, Will Mandate Covid Shots

Confirming several days of rumors and speculation, moments ago Germany imposed stringent nationwide restrictions on people who aren’t vaccinated against Covid-19 and limited attendance at soccer games and other public events to check the latest surge in infections which naturally should not be happening as most of Germany is vaccinated and wearning masks. According to Bloomberg, in one of her final acts as chancellor, Angela Merkel held talks with her incoming successor, Olaf Scholz, and Germany’s 16 regional premiers on Thursday, where they agreed on new curbs including allowing only people who are vaccinated or recovered into restaurants, theaters and non-essential stores.

“We are seeing something of an easing but at a level that’s far too high,” Merkel said in Berlin. “That’s why we needed to agree these measures today.”

The politicians also backed a plan to make Covid shots compulsory, saying that the lower house of parliament would vote on it soon.

A vaccine mandate is merely the latest flipflop from those in control and marks a major departure after Merkel and other officials insisted shots would be a personal choice. The soft tone may have contributed to Germany’s relatively tepid uptake, with less than 70% of the population fully inoculated. As a reminder, just a few months ago 60% was viewed as the herd immunity threshold. But with government drunks with power and desperate to extend their control, numbers are changing day by day.

American DNA May Land in China As Authorities Continue COVID Testing with CCP-Linked Firms.

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors is continuing to offer COVID-19 testing and vaccinations from Fulgent Genetics despite LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva and the FBI stating that genetic material gathered by Fulgent can be used by the Chinese Communist Party, their military, and other affiliated groups.

A letter composed by Sheriff Villanueva to the Board of Supervisors was posted to social media this week, detailing information from the FBI Weapons of Mass Destruction Coordinator, who explicitly stated Fulgent’s links to BGI, WuXi, Huawei Technology, the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the PRC State Council, all of whom can use genetic material gathered from LA citizens in future studies and other research:

Villanueva has refused Fulgent access to testing and vaccination data from first responders across LA County.

Despite being made aware that they are potentially providing citizen’s genetic material to the Chinese Communist Party via Fulgent’s free testing and vaccination programs, the County of Los Angeles website is still working with the third-party provider.

The website states LA citizens qualify for free testing and vaccinations by Fulgent genetics, so long as they have symptoms of COVID-19 and are either older than 65 or are unable to leave their home.

Disturbing allegations emerge as Josh Duggar’s child porn trial gets underway

Josh Duggar’s trial on child pornography charges kicked off Wednesday after a judge ruled that the jurors can hear evidence the former reality TV star admitted to molesting four girls nearly 20 years ago.

The evidence in question was included in testimony from a Duggar family friend during a pre-trial hearing on Monday.

The woman testified that the former “19 Kids and Counting” star told her in 2003 that he molested four girls.

Duggar’s defense team argued that he was never charged over the allegations and that they are irrelevant to his current case.

US District Judge Timothy Brooks disagreed.

“The child pornography victims in this case are approximately the same ages as the victims of defendant’s hands-on child-molestation offenses,” Brooks wrote in the ruling.

“Accordingly, the prior act evidence is probative of defendant’s sexual interest in underage children and his propensity for exploiting young girls.”

Nancy Mace’s Chief of Staff Resigns amid South Carolina Congresswoman’s Feud with Conservatives

The chief of staff for Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) has resigned amid the congresswoman’s feud with House conservatives, Breitbart News has learned exclusively.

Mara Mellstrom, Mace’s chief of staff in her congressional office, turned in her resignation on Wednesday, a senior congressional aide confirmed to Breitbart News. Mellstrom has not replied to a request for comment on Wednesday evening. Sources familiar, however, told Breitbart News that Mellstrom had been pursuing other opportunities in the 2022 election cycle for a long time before this episode emerged.

This development comes while the congresswoman is mired in drama and infighting with Reps. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).

Mace condemned Boebert for comments she made about Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), a member of the socialist so-called “Squad,” prompting Greene to attack her as “the trash in the GOP conference.”

Boebert’s feud with Omar got particularly nasty this week as videos surfaced of the Colorado conservative making tasteless terrorist jokes about the Muslim congresswoman. Boebert apologized publicly for the comments, and after House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) and House Democrat Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) intervened, Boebert and Omar had a phone call which reportedly quickly went off the rails. In it, Omar reportedly demanded more out of Boebert, which Boebert reportedly responded to with a demand for an apology from Omar for past discretions including antisemitism. Omar hung up on Boebert, and that became the narrative—with even former President Donald Trump jumping in on the fun to bash Omar more with a demand for an apology for a number of outlandish things and the story seemed to be slipping off the front pages before House Democrats could mobilize an effort to vote to strip Boebert of her committee assignments like they had previously done to Greene and Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) earlier this year.

But, then, Mace, in a Monday CNN appearance, ripped Boebert by saying that she has “time after time condemned my colleagues on both sides of the aisle for racist tropes and remarks that I find disgusting and this is no different than any other.”

“We all have a responsibility … to lower the temperature, and this does not do that,” Mace told CNN.

In response, on Tuesday, Greene lashed out at Mace calling her “the trash in the GOP conference” and saying that Mace should “back up off of” Boebert and instead “go hang with your real gal pals, the Jihad Squad.”

Biden Administration’s New HIV/AIDS Strategy: Racism Is ‘Serious Public Health Threat’

President Joe Biden’s administration on Wednesday released its 2022–2025 HIV/AIDS Strategy, which includes the claim racism is “a serious public health threat that directly affects the well-being of millions of Americans.”

Racism is not only the discrimination against one group based on the color of their skin or their race or ethnicity, but also the structural barriers that impact racial and ethnic groups differently to influence where a person lives, where they work, where they play, and where they gather as a community. Across the country, federal, state, and local leaders are declaring racism to be a public health crisis, an important step in the movement toward equity. This recognition comes with the need for a more equitable HIV response that focuses on populations with the greatest need.

Besides addressing racism’s impact on Americans battling the virus or at risk of contracting it, the new strategy also puts greater emphasis on harm reduction and syringe service programs, encourages reform of state laws that criminalize behavior of people with HIV for potentially exposing others and adds focus on the needs of the growing population of people with HIV who are aging.

More than 36 million people worldwide, including 700,000 in the U.S., have died from AIDS-related illnesses since the start of the epidemic more than 40 years ago. Nearly 38 million people are living with HIV, including 1.2 million in the U.S.

The vast majority of individuals who have HIV/AIDS are men who have sex with men.

The Biden administration announced it would host a Global Fund to Fight AIDS conference next year. The United States has already contributed $17 billion to the fund, according to AP.

Two More Years: British Government Places COVID Booster Orders for 2022 and 2023

The British government has placed orders for 114 million more vaccine doses for use in 2022 and 2023, the Health Secretary has said.

Orders for both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, totalling 114 million doses, have been officially placed by Boris Johnson’s government, with the jabs scheduled for use in 2022 and 2023.

British Health Secretary Sajid Javid said that the newly signed contracts involve 60 million doses of Moderna and 54 million doses of Pfizer, and that the purchase of the doses was “accelerated” over fears regarding the new Omicron variant of the Chinese coronavirus.

“These deals will future proof our vaccine programme,” Javid wrote online, with the Health Secretary also telling Sky News that the new doses would allow the United Kingdom to “buy time” with the new variant.

“Vaccines still remain our best line of defence,” Javid said, emphasising that the order included jabs that would be modified to tackle new variants of the virus.

Javid also emphasized the importance of the government’s current plan to offer every adult a booster jab by January.

The purchase comes after the rebellion of some Conservatives MPs in the House of Commons during a vote on new coronavirus legislation.

Concerns were aired by some MPs over the proposed legislation only being scheduled to lapse in March of next year, despite the fact that the measures the laws are related to are set for review in mid-December.

The now-passed laws, which require close contacts of confirmed Omicron cases to self-isolate for ten days, regardless of whether they test positive themselves or not, are set to expire exactly two years and one day after the first lockdown began in the United Kingdom.

While other European countries have also been toying with the idea of mandatory vaccinations on top of lockdown measures, Javid has previously stated that it is not a measure he thinks the United Kingdom would ever consider.

The Health Secretary has also claimed that there were no plans for a lockdown this Christmas, but stopped short of promising one wouldn’t occur.

Meanwhile, the head of Pfizer, Dr Albert Bourla, has told the BBC that he expects “annual revaccinations” to be required with respect to COVID-19 in order to maintain “very robust and very high levels of protection”.

Bourla also defended the fact the company expects to make $35bn this year from vaccine sales, saying that corporation has “saved the global economy trillions of dollars”.

“I think it’s a strong incentive for innovation for the next pandemic,” Dr Bourla said, claiming that it was a good thing that there was a financial reward for the company’s work, but that the company “didn’t do it for that”.

Biden Released 5K Unaccompanied Migrant Children into U.S. in November

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) released more than 5,000 unaccompanied migrant children to sponsors in November 2021. Another 13,644 are still detained and await similar transfers.

In November, HHS released an average of 179 children against another 366 apprehended near border crossing points daily — showing little progress on rolling detention totals.

According to HHS, the numbers do not include children from Mexico. In most cases, those are immediately returned.

Findings documented within a recent Congressional Research Service report identify the discontinuance of removals under the Title 42 COVID-19 emergency order as the likely cause of the surge in unaccompanied migrant children. The report found that migrant family units are voluntarily sending their children into the United States alone. Once the minor is in HHS care, the relative will enter and claim the child to begin the family re-unification process.

About 10,980 unaccompanied migrant children entered the United States illegally and were apprehended by CBP in November, down from 12,647 in October. According to CBP, more than 140,000 unaccompanied migrant children were encountered in Fiscal Year 2021.

Health and Human Services previously opened more than a dozen emergency intake sites to deal with the influx of children. These facilities often make use of vacant oilfield man camps and COVID-shuttered convention centers.

Unlicensed facilities have faced criticism due to insufficient staffing, drinking water issues, and COVID-19 protections. Northern Territory police say they don’t believe three teenagers who absconded from Darwin’s Howard Springs COVID quarantine facility this morning came into contact with members of the community.

At a COVID update press conference, NT Chief Minister Michael Gunner confirmed the teenagers, aged 15, 16 and 17, tested negative for the virus yesterday. He said all three were from the Binjari community near Katherine and had been sent into quarantine as close contacts of positive cases.

NT Police Commissioner Jamie Chalker said officers found the trio on the edge of Palmerston and arrested them after a chase on foot. He said the young people are still being interviewed but “early indications” were they had not had any contact with members of the public.

“The health risk to the community was very low, so that does give cause for comfort,” Mr Gunner said. “But there is absolutely no excuse for the actions of these three this morning.”

The facility is housing people affected by the Katherine region COVID-19 outbreak as well as returned travellers from repatriation flights, including a man who tested positive for the Omicron variant on Monday.

“This the first time we’ve had to use the centre for large numbers of people from an Aboriginal community, but it probably won’t be the last time,” he said.

He said the escape could mean an extension of the time the teenagers were required to stay in quarantine. “Absconding from Howard Springs isn’t just dangerous — it is incredibly stupid.”

“Because we will catch you and there will be consequences.”

The escape comes days after a 27-year-old man escaped the facility by scaling a fence and heading for the Mitchell Street party strip in a waiting vehicle. The man tested negative for the virus but the incident is still under investigation, with police searching for the driver of the vehicle involved.

Commissioner Chalker said CCTV coverage would be increased at the facility, but it was not possible for officers to be stationed at all possible exit points.

He said fines of $5,024 applied to breaches of a Chief Health Officer direction.

“I also want to point to the overwhelming compliance that we’ve had, given several hundred people have been placed into the Centre of National Resilience linked to the clusters from Robinson River, Katherine, Binjari and Rockhole,” he said. “That compliance continues to be a testament to the large majority.”

FBI Document Reveals Spying On iMessage, WhatsApp

As the Federal Bureau of Investigations continues its manhunt on Americans who protested the stolen election at the nation’s Capital in January, the bureau ramped up its assault on the First Amendment by targeting journalists in pre-dawn, knock-the-door-down raids and unconstitutional threats of jail time.

Muckrakers and activists who effectively expose government malfeasance and fail to use secure messaging tools or may find themselves directly in the federal government’s wrath as the Biden Justice Department chills dissent and prosecutes political dissidents.

To protect private data and secure the integrity of private communication, billions around the globe now use services encrypted messaging services like Signal, Telegram and WhatsApp, platforms that are sold to the public under the guise of “securing privacy.”

People feel more confident that what they discuss on these service providers remains secure. Meanwhile, the FBI has the ability to legally access vast amounts of data from the popular “encrypted” messaging accounts of those subject to its probes.

According to the bureau’s internal guide on surveillance titled “Lawful Access,” law enforcement relies more on Facebook’s WhatsApp and Apple’s iMessage to surveil its targets than any other messaging apps in the tech domain.

Despite Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s insistence that his encrypted messaging service was built around a “privacy-focused vision,” WhatsApp provides law enforcement officials with more real-time information about a user and their activities than nearly any other major messaging tool.

With a subpoena, the bureau can only legally access its target’s basic subscriber information on WhatsApp. With a search warrant, however, law enforcement agencies can legally use WhatsApp to access its target’s address book contacts and the contacts of other WhatsApp users associated with the targeted individual.

While law enforcement cannot legally obtain message content from WhatsApp, the metadata allows law enforcement to identify which users communicate with one another, how often they correspond and a list of every user in their address book – a security breach that could devastate a whistleblower or reporter with confidential sources.

A “pen register” surveillance tracks the specific source and destination of each message sent and received from a targeted individual. In response to a pen register, WhatsApp provides the feds exceptional, nearly real-time surveillance of its target, producing and sending metadata to law enforcement agencies every 15 minutes.

“Return data provided by the companies listed below, with the exception of WhatsApp, are actually logs of latent data that are provided to law enforcement in a non-real-time manner and may impact investigations due to delivery delays,” the FBI guidance states.

Following the war, the entire archipelago was made part of the Soviet Union, however Japan disputes the ownership of Iturup, Kunashir, Shikotan and an adjacent group of small uninhabited islands. Moscow states that Russian sovereignty over the islands is enshrined in international agreements and is undeniable.

The Kremlin spokesman fielded a question about how Russia’s recent deployment of military equipment in the Kurils will affect Russian-Japanese relations. Peskov said Russia is free to deploy whatever equipment is required at any place in Russia.

The Russian Pacific Fleet said earlier on Thursday that the Bastion coastal missile defense system was deployed in the Matua Island of the Kurils for the first time, and it will monitor the surrounding waterways. A military garrison has been set up on the island.

Senate Dems Blocking Measure To Prohibit Imports Made With Chinese Slave Labor

Biden admin lobbied against bill, fearing it would torpedo climate negotiations with China

Senate Democrats are blocking legislation that would prohibit imports from China made with Uyghur slave labor, in response to pressure from Biden administration officials who fear the bill would torpedo climate negotiations with the Chinese government, congressional sources told the Washington Free Beacon.

The Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act, a bill sponsored by Sen. Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) that has long been circulating in Congress and is backed by the human rights community and opponents of China's forced labor camps, was included in a package of 25 amendments to the annual defense authorization bill, according to a list distributed by Senate leadership on Wednesday.

But Democrats excluded the amendment from a vote late Wednesday night, after members of the party privately objected to it, sources told the Free Beacon. Earlier in the evening, Democrats tried to use a procedural mechanism that would have allowed a vote on the act but stripped it from the final authorization bill, according to a hotline memo from Senate leadership.

The pushback from Senate Democrats comes amid efforts by senior Biden administration officials to quietly kill the bill over concerns it will hinder the White House's climate agenda and limit solar panel imports from China. Presidential climate envoy John Kerry, among others, has been lobbying House members against the bill, the Free Beacon reported last month. The bill is widely backed by the human rights community and easily attracted Republican support in the narrowly Democrat-controlled Senate. Congressional officials tell the Free Beacon that the new opposition to the measure among Democrats is a product of the Biden administration's lobbying efforts.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer offered conflicting explanations for the holdup on Wednesday, with his office initially suggesting to the Free Beacon that Republicans were blocking a vote on the amendment.

The anti-slavery act has "been on the list of amendments Senate Democrats proposed the Senate to vote on that the Republicans have been objecting to … so you should ask the Senate Republicans why they're blocking the vote," Schumer spokesman Justin Goodman told the Free Beacon.

But in a floor speech later Wednesday night, Schumer claimed that the anti-slavery amendment was a "poison pill" that couldn't be included in the authorization bill because of arcane procedural requirements.

"If [Rubio's] amendment were on the bill, it would automatically kill the bill, because it would be what's called ‘blue-slipped' in the House, which means any bill that produces revenue must start in the House," Schumer said. "The Rubio amendment is a poison pill in the sense that it blows up the bill."

The Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act passed the Senate unanimously in July but has stalled in the House. Rubio reintroduced the bill as an amendment to the upcoming National Defense Authorization Act, in an attempt to force the House to finally vote on it.

Democrats blocking a Senate vote on the anti-slavery act "avoids the House having to touch this issue," a senior aide to Rubio told the Free Beacon.

Some of the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation's biggest corporate donors have stayed silent after the group called on allies to only shop at Black-owned businesses this holiday season.

The foundation, which is the nonprofit at the head of the Black Lives Matter movement, released a statement on Nov. 24 demanding members and allies of the Black community to not shop at White-owned businesses. The campaign, dubbed "Black Xmas," seeks to "shake off the chains of consumerism and step fully into our own collective power, to build new traditions, and run an offense as well as a defense."

Report: Authoritarian Governments Use Huawei Technology To Censor Journalists

Report finds 17 countries use Chinese telecom giant's hardware for censorship

Authoritarian governments use Huawei's technology to censor journalists, according to an internet freedom watchdog.

Researchers at Top10VPN determined that 17 of the 69 countries studied use the Chinese telecom giant's hardware to enforce censorship laws. Cuba uses Huawei's "middlebox" devices to censor stories that criticize the country's communist regime. In Burundi, the government blocks media outlets that have criticized the president. Fifteen other countries use Huawei hardware specifically to censor news, the report found.

Huawei is deeply embedded in internet networks across the world, particularly in countries with close economic ties to China. Huawei's founder is a member of the Chinese Communist Party. Through its Belt and Road Initiative, China has pushed to integrate technology from state-backed companies like Huawei into foreign networks. Huawei's involvement in censorship regimes suggests China is finding common ground with authoritarians across the globe.

In an interview with the Committee to Protect Journalists, report authors Valentin Weber and Vasilis Ververis warn that Huawei's tools could also be used to violate user privacy. The pair said it is unclear where user data are sent after they reach Huawei middleboxes. But Ververis, a cybersecurity researcher at Oxford, said he "would not be surprised if that data was being sold or analyzed."

A comparison of this report with Weber's 2019 report found that 9 of the 17 countries that use Huawei tools to censor news have adopted them since 2019.

Huawei has become a political flashpoint in the United States. Lawmakers worry that allowing the company to operate on American soil could give the Chinese government access to U.S. citizens' data. Both the Trump and Biden administrations placed Huawei on a blacklist.

Financial disclosures show that Huawei has since August paid Democratic consultant Tony Podesta $500,000 to rehabilitate the company's image in Washington.

Mossad recruited Iranian scientists to blow up nuclear facility - report

As many as 10 nuclear scientists agreed to help destroy centrifuges at the Natanz nuclear facility.

The Mossad was behind the destruction of one of Iran's most secure and important nuclear facilities, and they did this by discreetly recruiting a team of Iranian nuclear scientists, according to a new report by the Jewish Chronicle.

According to the report, as many as 10 nuclear scientists agreed to help destroy the centrifuge hall at the Natanz nuclear facility in April. However, it seems they did not know they were doing this on behalf of Israel, but rather for other dissident groups.

Ultimately, the Natanz explosion caused significant destruction at the Natanz nuclear plant.

From the start, Iranian media and officials accused Israel of being behind the incident, something Israel has never commented on, despite originally referring to it as an accident. Others further speculated that the US was somehow involved

However, according to the JC, the destruction of the Natanz centrifuges was conducted by the Mossad alone, and had been in the works for years.

According to the report, explosives were hidden as early as 2019. Further, an armed drone was smuggled into the Islamic Republic piece by piece in order to eventually launch missiles at another site in Karaj.

Overall, the report claims three operations were planned in a period of just 18 months. This included the work of a thousand technicians, spies and on-the-ground operatives.

Former substance abuse counselor at Ft. Bragg arrested in sexual contact without consent case

A former substance abuse counselor was arrested Nov. 22 for an indictment that alleges sexual contact without consent and sexual activity by a custodian at Ft. Bragg Military Reservation.

Harell Jamison, age 47, a former substance abuse counselor for Substance Use Disorder Clinical Care at Womack Army Medical Center, was arrested in Raleigh for the charges pursuant to an indictment by a federal grand jury on Nov. 2, according to a Monday announcement by Michael F. Easley Jr., U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina.

The indictment alleges that Jamison touched an individual in the genitalia, groin and inner thigh without her permission on July 14. This touching occurred on Ft. Bragg Military Reservation and while Jamison was an employee of Womack Army Medical Center, an institution having custody of the individual.

If convicted of the sexual contact without permission count, Jamison faces a maximum imprisonment term of no more than two years, a $250,000 fine, and a term of supervised release following any term of imprisonment. If convicted of the sexual activity by a custodian count, Jamison faces a maximum imprisonment term of no more than 88 months, a $250,000 fine, and a term of supervised release following any term of imprisonment.

U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division is investigating the case.

Russia’s FSB Detained Ukrainian Spies Who Plotted Terrorist Attacks

On December 2, the Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB) reported that several employees of the Ukrainian intelligence services were detained in different Russian regions, including in Crimea. Two of them were collecting information about the Russian strategic objects, and the third was preparing a terrorist attack.

The FSB announced that it had thwarted “intelligence and sabotage activities on the territory of three Russian regions.”

Two of the detainees were identified as Zinoviy Koval and his 22-year-old-son, Igor Koval. They both confessed that after being recruited by a member of Ukraine’s SBU security service, they were asked to gather information about sensitive sites. They were promised a $10,000 reward. Short-barreled and automatic weapons were reportedly found in their car.

The third detainee was claimed to be Shvidenko Sergey, officer of the Ukrainian Military Intelligence “sent to Russia with the task to commit a terrorist act,” namely to detonate two IEDs.

Study finds Covid Vaccines increase the risk of Heart Attack by 127%

Heart attacks are an inflammatory condition, and a new study suggests the mRNA injections produced by both Pfizer and Moderna are raising inflammatory blood markers used to estimate the risk of a person suffering a heart attack.

The new higher markers hint that in the study group of 500 patients, the 5 year risk of a heart attack has doubled, from 11% to 25%.

Dr Aseem Malhotra, a consultant cardiologist, points out that in the UK there have been 10,000 excess non-Covid deaths — many of which were due to heart attack and stroke. If the mRNA vaccines were increasing the risk of heart attacks, even temporarily, this would explain some of the excess deaths. Inflammation might be temporary, but death usually isn’t.

A few days after these ominous results came out, a whistleblower and researcher from a different group contacted Dr Aseem Malhotra to say that in imaging studies they have found inflammation in the coronary arteries after vaccination. But they decided not to publish this yet because they are afraid of losing future grant money from the drug industry. The whistleblower was quite upset about this. Understandably.

Malhotra also mentions that he’s heard from other medical workers that there has been an increase in heart attacks in the UK, and in younger people.

Dr Malhotra mentions results from the “Steven Gundry paper”. Gundry’s group has used a standard test to predict the risk of heart attacks in their patients for the last eight years. But they noticed that some of the blood markers they were looking for in the test were significantly higher after the second mRNA vaccination dose.

We conclude that the mRNA vacs dramatically increase inflammation on the endothelium and T cell infiltration of cardiac muscle and may account for the observations of increased thrombosis, cardiomyopathy, and other vascular events following vaccination.

The blood markers they use in the PLUS Cardiac Test (GD Biosciences) include inflammatory molecules like Interleukin-16 (IL-16), as well as other like soluble Fas, and Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF). People at risk of cardiac arrest would typically get measured every 3 – 6 months.

Gundry’s group followed 566 people both before and after their second vaccination to see how the PULS score changed. Strikingly many of the markers doubled. Frustratingly, the paper is a preprint and unfortunately only available as an abstract for now.

But there are plenty of reasons to conclude that markers like IL-16 are not just a proxy for heart risk, but actively involved in it.

Further evidence available from Scotland also supports the findings of the study.

Figures available from Public Health Scotland show that excess deaths in Scotland have been on the rise since the middle of May 2021, despite a huge decline in Covid-19 deaths, with the under 65’s seeing up to a 40% increase in the number of deaths against the five-year-average.

But further statistics go some way to explaining the increase in deaths among younger adults, because data on cardiovascular related health issues shows that some weeks since May 2021, have seen up to a 118% increase in the number of cardiovascular cases among 15-44-year-olds, and up to a 72% increase in the number of cardiovascular cases among 45-64-year-olds.

The new laws were cemented into place with the help of Transport Matters MP Rod Barton who chose to stand with the government after intense debate both inside and outside parliament.

The bill passed 20 votes to 18, with the support of four crossbenchers: Andy Meddick, of the Animal Justice Party, Greens leader Samantha Ratnam, Reason Party’s Fiona Patten and Barton.

The proposed laws were the focus of intense public debate over the past month, and central to a series of protest rallies in Melbourne’s CBD.

It comes after days of debate, weeks of huge protest, vocal public discontent and a marathon sitting that lasted 21 hours to pass several amendments.

Victoria will be the first state in Australia to have pandemic specific legislation.

Italian Police Arrest 37 Martorano-Stefanutti Mafia Clan Members

talian State Police arrested on Monday 37 suspected members of a clan believed to be part of the ‘Ndragheta, Italy’s biggest Mafia syndicate. The Martorano-Stefanutti clan was allegedly involved in drug trafficking, extortion, protection rackets and infiltrated trade unions.

The arrests were carried out across all of the country's 20 regions; Most of the suspects were subsequently incarcerated while others were confined to house arrest.

Investigators used telephone tapping, physical surveillance, and GPS tracking during the investigation and utilized witness testimony to ascertain the Martorano-Stefanutti clan’s criminal capabilities.

Authorities claim the clan is associated with several other ‘Ndrangheta groups in the country, including the ones across Calabria, Lucania, Sicily and Puglia.

Throughout the territory controlled by the Martorano-Stefanutti clan, its members are said to have utilized force and intimidation to consolidate monopolies over extortion, gambling, and racketeering.

The clan has also been investigated for attaining lucrative contracts and infiltrating several trade unions across the Lucania and Basilicata regions.

The investigation into the Martorano-Stefanutti clan’s activities has reportedly been ongoing for 15 years, according to USB, an Italian online news organization from Basilicata.

Among those arrested is trade unionist Rocco Della Luna della Uil, according to Calabria-based online news publication LaC News24. He is considered to be one of the clan's lead enforcers and a central figure in the clan’s activities in the Province of Potenza, in the south of Italy.

Partner Agencies Assist Border Patrol in Arrest of 30

EDINBURG, Texas –Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol (RGV) agents and local law enforcement partners work together to disrupt human smuggling.

On Dec. 1, at approximately 7:00 p.m., a F-350 utility truck failed to yield to RGV agents and Hidalgo County Sheriffs Office (HCSO) deputies working in San Manuel, Texas. Attempting to evade, the vehicle changed its course and began to travel on the southbound lane. The vehicle veered off road and drove through a fence on the west side of U.S. Highway 281. The truck eventually came to a stop approximately ¾ of a mile into the property where several subjects were seen exiting the vehicle and running into the brush. Agents apprehended 13 migrants from Mexico, Honduras, and El Salvador. The driver was not located.

Meanwhile in La Grulla, Rio Grande City Border Patrol Station agents observed multiple subjects enter a Dodge Ram at the intersection of Mission Street and PVT Lazaro Solis Street. The vehicle fled the scene as law enforcement units approached. The vehicle continued down the dirt road and eventually lost control in the mud, ultimately hitting a tree. With the assistance of La Grulla Police Department officers and Starr County Sheriff’s Office deputies, three subjects were apprehended, including the driver, a local resident. The driver and illegally present Salvadoran nationals refused medical attention.

Later that evening, RGV agents, alongside HCSO deputies, attempted to stop a Chevrolet Silverado on U.S. Highway 281 and FM1017. The vehicle turned onto the southbound lane and drove through three property fences, rampaged through an RV park located on the west side of U.S. Highway 281, and finally came to a stop in a pond of a neighboring property. Several subjects exited and ran from the vehicle. With the assistance of a CBP air asset, 14 subjects were apprehended. The migrants are citizens of Mexico, Honduras, and El Salvador. The driver was not located.

All subjects are being processed accordingly.
