On Tuesday, jurors were shown footage of Smollett walking near the scene of the alleged attack with brothers Olabinjo and Abimbola Osundairo on January 27, 2019.

The brothers are then seen going to the Crafty Beaver for rope, a beauty supply store for masks and hats, and a bank to deposit the $3,500 check Smollett paid them to commit the act.

The brothers paid their bill at the beauty supply with a $100 bill Smollett gave them, the Chicago Tribune reported.

Camera footage also showed Smollett pick the brothers up in an alley on Jan. 25, four days before the Jan. 29 attack.

The New York Times has identified the latest culprit that’s to blame for the egregious spread of online “misinformation.”

In an article titled ‘Those Cute Cats Online? They Help Spread Misinformation’, reporter Davey Alba claimed “videos and GIFs of cute animals — usually cats” were being used by “people and organizations peddling false information online.”

The New York Dems haven't quite finished with former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, even as his former arch nemesis, AG Letitia James, has already declared her plans to run against Cuomo's successor, Gov. Kathy Hogul.

And now we're learning that the Feds have launched an investigation of their own into the governor's misconduct as the Democrats who are presently in control of the federal government seek to distance themselves from Cuomo. Even news organizations are starting to feel the blowback from their cozy relationship with his office, now that Cuomo's little brother Chris Cuomo has been fired from CNN after reports that he actively aided his brother by helping to dig up dirt on his accusers.

The New York Post reported Thursday that the Feds are investigating the sexual harassment claims that formed the core of AG James' explosive account of the allegations made by nearly a dozen women. The NYPost uncovered proof of the probe by accident in a Freedom of Information Act request.

The Biden administration and Mexico have reached an agreement to restart the Trump-era 'Remain in Mexico' immigration policy starting Monday, according to US officials cited by the Wall Street Journal. The program forces asylum-seekers to wait in Mexico until their hearings before a US immigration court.

The resuscitated policy - which Biden called "dangerous and inhumane" during the 2020 campaign - is in response to an order by a federal court in Texas that ruled the current administration's attempts to wind down the program were unlawful.
