Random theory re: Alec Baldwin totally not pulling the trigger of that revolver and murdering a woman married to a guy who is a lawyer who was maybe/maybe not working on something that was potentially "big":
Hillaria (Hillary) is involved with NXIVM and at least some of the blackmail material she turned in every month involved Alec.He was maybe presented with a choice to aim and shoot in a Russian Roulette sort of way, just not at his own head OR have his wife's blackmail cache exposed.

The revolver was fired from a remote location, like happened with that Iranian scientist taken out by mossad.
