Wisconsin’s Election Integrity Investigator Seeks to Jail Two Democrat Mayors If They Continue to Avoid Official Interview – Threatens to Subpoena Zuckerberg Operative

Former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Hon. Michael Gableman testified Wednesday in front of the Wisconsin Committee on Campaign and Elections.

The former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice has been investigating the 2020 election in the state of Wisconsin.

Gableman told the committee, “It’s very clear that Mark Zuckerberg’s Goal Was to Defeat Donald Trump and Elect Joe Biden.”

Zuckerberg, a committed leftist, went into five Wisconsin cities and spent $8.8 million dollars and gave it to the Democrat Mayors of those cities. Then switched it mid-stream from a COVID safety plan to a get out the vote campaign. Gableman said Zuckerberg’s actions, “Looks an awful lot like David Plouffe’s roadmap to defeating Donald Trump.”

Gableman threatened to subpoena former Facebook employee Michael Spitzer Rubenstein to testify.

Gableman also threatened to jail two Wisconsin Democratic Mayors if they continue to avoid his interview.

An attorney for Assembly Republicans is seeking to jail the mayors of Madison and Green Bay if they don’t sit for depositions soon — even though the two say he never gave them a final date for when they were supposed to meet with him.

A lawyer for Green Bay’s mayor fired back Thursday, saying he planned to pursue legal sanctions against Michael Gableman, the former state Supreme Court justice who is overseeing the Republican review of the election.

Gableman this week sought court orders requiring Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway and Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich to answer his questions or be jailed if they decline to do so.

In his filings, he contended the pair had defied his request that they meet with him in November. The two have disputed they were required to meet with him then.

Jeffrey Mandell, a lawyer for Green Bay, sent a letter to Waukesha County Circuit Judge Ralph Ramirez saying Gableman’s legal work was so shoddy that he would seek legal sanctions against Gableman.

Mandell argued Gableman had filed the wrong kind of lawsuit in the wrong court. The type of case Gableman brought should only be used when private individuals have disputes over money, Mandell contended.

There was a formal complaint filed against the Green Bay Mayor in November after he turned over the 2020 elections to the Zuckerberg operatives.

Blinken says US has ‘evidence’ of Russian plan to invade Ukraine

Russia is preparing to invade Ukraine, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken warned during a press conference in Latvia on Wednesday, and the U.S. has evidence of the plan.

At the end of a North Atlantic Treaty Alliance meeting this week, Blinken said both US and Ukrainian officials are concerned about a possible invasion from Russia.

“We’re deeply concerned by evidence that Russia made plans for significant aggressive moves against Ukraine,” Blinken said. “The plans include efforts to destabilize Ukraine from within, as well as large scale military operations.”

“Now we’ve seen this playbook before. In 2014, when Russia last invaded Ukraine. Then, as now, they significantly increased combat forces near the border,” he continued. “Then, as now, they intensified disinformation to paint Ukraine as the aggressor to justify preplanned military action. We’ve seen that tactic again in just the past 24 hours. In recent weeks, we’ve also observed a massive spike, more than ten fold, in social media activity pushing anti-Ukrainian propaganda approaching levels last seen in the lead up to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2014.”

“We don’t know whether President Putin has made the decision to invade [Ukraine],” Blinken added.

Also on Wednesday, Russia ordered all US Embassy diplomats and staff who have been in the country for more than three years to leave by January 31, just one day before diplomats were scheduled to discuss the two nations’ struggling relationship.

“I would like to emphasize that the choice is not ours,” Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said. “Our American partners have forced us to play that way. We have long and persistently tried to reason with them and still direct them to some kind of constructive solution to the issue, but they made their choice.”

Last month, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said his nation’s intelligence uncovered a Russia-backed plan to stage a coup in Ukraine. Zelenskiy did not accuse the Kremlin of direct involvement, and the Kremlin quickly denied a role in any coup plot.

Zelenskiy said he had obtained “certain audio recordings” related to the allegedly planned coup attempt.

“There is a threat today that there will be war tomorrow,” Zelensky said in November. “We are entirely prepared for an escalation.”

Blinken said the United States and Ukraine “must prepare for all contingencies” despite many uncertainties about “intentions and timing.”

“Should Russia follow the path of confrontation when it comes to Ukraine, we made clear that we will respond resolutely, including with a range of high-impact economic measures,” Blinken said.

Western missiles in Ukraine ‘will force Russia to react’ – top Moscow senator

A senior Russian senator has advised Kiev and the West to consider how Moscow will react following suggestions that strike missile systems could possibly appear in Ukraine, close to the Russian frontier.

Writing on his Telegram channel, Aleksey Pushkov suggested that Russia would have to take action in response.

“The appearance of missile strike systems in Ukraine will force Russia to react,” he wrote. “I believe that Kiev, Brussels, and Washington should take this warning very seriously.”

Pushkov was reacting to a comment made by Russian President Vladimir Putin at Tuesday’s “Russia Calling!” Investment Forum, when he said that the appearance of advanced weaponry near the border is a serious issue.

“What should we do? We would then have to create something like this against those who threaten us in this way. And we can do it now,” Putin said, noting that Russia had now developed “hypersonic weapons.”

“Creating this kind of threat is a red line. But I hope it will not come to that. I hope that a sense of common sense and responsibility for our countries and the world community will prevail," he concluded.

Putin’s remarks come as tensions are on the rise between Russia and Ukraine amid claims that Moscow is planning a military operation. The Kremlin has vehemently denied all accusations.

Other DW editorial staff referred to the Holocaust as “an artificial project” and “a lie #FreedomofSpeech”. Deutsche Welle is the German equivalent of “Voice of America”, a worldwide multi-language program, and is funded straight out of the budget of Chancellor Angela Merkel’s office, with €390 million ($441 million) in 2021. It falls under the administration of Culture Secretary Monika Grütters, a close confidante of Angela Merkel, who in 2016 referred to the Holocaust memorial in Berlin as a “Monument of Shame.”

In August, the flagship ARD news program “Tagesthemen” hired German-Lebanese Aline Abboud as one of its anchors, who traveled to Iran in 2019 and posed before a “Down with USA” mural at the US Embassy in Teheran, which was stormed by Revolutionary Guards in 1979. 52 US hostages were held for 444 days, which Abboud seemed to endorse with her photo.

Abboud’s father is a Lebanese photographer who fled to Communist East Germany in 1982, presumably with the blessings of the Stasi. Abboud was born in 1988 and witnessed the Israeli invasion of Lebanon 2006 on vacation, “which may explain her hatred of the USA and Israel,” YouTuber Henryk Stöckl writes. “Soon thereafter, she decided to become a journalist, to foster a more positive image of Islam.”

Pfizer Lawsuit Details Stunning Accusations of COVID Vax and Monoclonal Antibodies Espionage

Sometimes, it is good to be Pfizer — especially when there is a pandemic they can leverage to their advantage to create a monopolistic market-share of a vaccine that government literally buys from them and markets to patients, or when they can manipulate the government into protecting their data for another half-century. Other times, it isn’t so good to be Pfizer, as was the case with Project Veritas’ story which showed Pfizer employees contradicting the government’s vaccine narrative.

And yet other times, Pfizer runs into a situation so dire, it could destroy their business for a decade to come. In pharmaceuticals, research and data regarding new drug candidates, including their COVID-19 vaccine formula, could potentially be worth billions. Should a competitor get their hands on certain research and data, they would be able to sidestep years of costly lab research allowing for an early and inexpensive release of a competitor drug.

In October of this year, Pfizer became aware of an employee, Chun Xiao Li, who had copied thousands of files from Pfizer’s proprietary systems to both an online file storage system (Google Drive), and her personal computer. These files allegedly contained information regarding the formula of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine as well as other cancer drug formulas on which Pfizer is currently working. To say that these documents could be worth billions is not an exaggeration.

After confronting Li regarding the questionable actions, Li appeared to cooperate, according to the lawsuit filed against Li on November 21st.

From the suit:

“What Pfizer can say for sure is that its soon-to-be former employee Chun Xiao (Sherry) Li uploaded over 12,000 files— including scores of confidential Pfizer documents—from her Pfizer-issued laptop to a personal Google Drive account and onto other personal devices. Upon learning of Ms. Li’s troubling conduct, Pfizer addressed it with her. Although Ms. Li initially gave the appearance of cooperation, it turns out that Ms. Li instead has misled Pfizer about what she took, how she took it, when and why she did it, and where those files (and possibly others) can be found today.”

Pfizer believes that Li was on her way to Xencor, a rival pharmaceutical company, which has been working on cancer drugs and likely would have been interested in Pfizer’s monoclonal cancer treatments, avelumab and elranatamab. Xencor denies any involvement and thus far, has not made any comment regarding the suit or Ms. Li’s potential employment with Xencor. According to Pfizer and their filed suit, Li’s emails suggested she had accepted a position at Xencor and would be starting by the end of November 2021.

However, it is the details of this case that should have everyone alarmed. First, by Pfizer’s own admission, they have no clue as to where the documents went and who has possession of them today. Pfizer only assumes this was an act committed for the benefit of Xencor, even though again, there’s no proof that Xencor or any of its employees has possession of any of those documents or files. Pfizer’s suit alleges that “somebody else” may be in possession of the proprietary information, naming additional “Does” (essentially a legal placeholder for additional to-be-named parties to the suit):

Chicago DROPS vaccine mandate lawsuit against police union after Mayor Lori Lightfoot was humiliated by judge's order suspending her December 31 deadline to get the shots

The City of Chicago has dropped its lawsuit Wednesday against the police union in its fight over a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for city employees.

The city claims the complaint became unnecessary as more officers complied, but it comes a month after a judge embarrassed Mayor Lori Lightfoot by suspending her December 31 deadline.

Chicago had sued the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 7 in October, accusing President John Catanzara of encouraging an 'illegal strike' by encouraging officers to disobey the order.

After dropping the suit, Lightfoot vowed Wednesday that if union leaders revived talk of an 'illegal work stoppage' over the mandate, the city would return to court.

Chicago's mandate for police caused concerns of a cop shortage at a time when the city is dealing with soaring violent crime.

So far this year, the city has seen 739 murders, a 3 percent increase from last year's already elevated figure and a 60 percent jump from 2019. Shootings are up 9 percent and 66 percent from 2020 and 2019 respectively.

Lightfoot's shaky standing with cops was worsened by the murder of Officer Ella French, with many turning their backs on the mayor when she visited French's wounded partner in hospital.

Having previously defunded the police department, Lightfoot has now backed plowing more money into it amid worsening crime in her city.

The city insisted that those who didn't comply with the vaccine mandate would eventually be placed on 'no-pay status.'

In public statements and on social media, Catanzara encouraged police to disobey the order, telling them, 'do not fall for it, hold the line.' The union also sued.

Lightfoot said the mandate was put in place to protect officers and the public, and the Democrat mayor accused the cop union of 'insurrection' for defying her orders.

More than 460 law enforcement officers have died of COVID-19, including four in Chicago, according to the Officer Down Memorial Page.

'From day one when this requirement was announced in August, this entire process has been and will continue to be about protecting the lives and safety of all Chicagoans,' Lightfoot said in a statement.

'The data shows that we are succeeding in that mission, and that police officers recognize that protecting and serving in the times of global pandemic means ensuring that they are vaccinated against COVID-19.'

Police have lagged behind other city departments in complying with steps in the city's vaccine requirements.

Employees must first report their vaccine status and then get vaccinated by year's end with few exceptions.

However, the percentage of the police department employees reporting their status increased from about 65 percent in October to about 87 percent this week, according to the city. Most other city departments are near or at 100 percent compliance.
