can they suspend people if the jab was not mentioned as a prerequisite for playing? You would think these sportsball people could sue the teams or the NFL proper if their pay is contingent on games they play.

while the greater part of this is great for patriots. The base statement that fag judge made is still bullshit. Laws that are made and enforced by scum should not be followed period. Fuck the Law, when it can be created based on opinion and not cold hard facts, or goes against the personal sovereignty of the individual or their constitutional rights. Freedom of Religion for example is exactly that and nothing can be done to counter that which includes forcible vacinatinos. IF a judge does rule against that concept that judge needs to go. The problem is we are in voting cycles and how long could a judge make bad decisions that goes against the populace till the next election cycle there needs to be a better system. Not sure what that is yet as it has yet to be created. But no the government can not force people. End of story at any level.

and if those unvaxxed had a religious exemption they should be able to sue because of a tax imposed based on religious belief which would be persecution. I hate lawfare it's gay but might be what is needed, takes too long though to save actual lives though.
