World Health Organization Says "No Evidence" Booster Jabs Would Offer "Greater Protection" To The Healthy

The World Health Organization has questioned the UK government’s decision to roll out hundreds of millions of booster jabs to its population, asserting there is “no evidence” they would offer “greater protection” to the healthy.

UK Health Secretary Sajid Javid’s says the country has secured an additional 114 million vaccine doses for 2022 and 2023 to “buy time” and that everyone over the age of 18 will be offered one by the end of January.

Dr. Mike Ryan, head of the WHO’s emergencies program, questioned the logic behind this decision.

“Right now, there is no evidence that I’m aware of that would suggest that boosting the entire population would necessarily provide any greater protection for otherwise healthy individuals against hospitalization and death,” he said.

Ryan also noted that the UK was in a “luxurious position” of being able to offer booster shots to its entire population given that many poorer countries don’t even have even vaccines to give all their people one dose.

UK medical authorities have also seized upon the Omicron variant to insist that more children receive vaccines.

This is odd given that the variant has become noted for only causing “mild” symptoms in younger populations.

Experts argue that dismissing Omicron as “mild” is dangerous because South Africa has a very young population (average age 27) and we don’t know how it will impact older people.

They then say the solution is to vaccinate more younger people.

Biden claims he was Israel ‘liaison’ when he was really in law school

US President Joe Biden claimed that he met with former Israeli PM Golda Meir during the Six-Day War – a time before she held the office and while he was still in law school.

Speaking at a menorah lighting for Hanukkah on Thursday, Biden claimed he had been a “liaison” between Israel and Egypt at the time. In fact, Biden was still a student at the Syracuse University College of Law during the brief 1967 conflict – and Meir herself would not be elected prime minister for another two years.

“I have known every – every [Israeli] prime minister well since Golda Meir, including Golda Meir,” Biden declared, adding that Meir had invited him to “be the liaison between she and the Egyptians about the Suez.”

It appears Biden was actually referencing a meeting with Meir he had before the 1973 Yom Kippur War, six years later.

Biden’s efforts to tout his Israel credentials left out certain details of what actually did transpire between him and Meir on his 1973 trip there as a young senator, however.

Upon arriving from Cairo, Egypt, Biden apparently told Israel to offer “unilateral withdrawals from areas with no strategic importance” in the West Bank and Gaza, according to an Israeli memo from the time.

Biden cited talks in Cairo in which Egyptian officials had accepted “Israel’s military superiority,” the Times of Israel reported.

His advice apparently did not impress Meir and Syria and Egypt attacked Israel less than six weeks later. The memo described the young Biden as being full of respect for Meir, but having “made comments that signaled his lack of diplomatic experience.”

The memo notes that Biden felt it was “impossible to have a real debate in the Senate about the Middle East as senators were fearful of saying things unpopular with Jewish voters.”

Biden was also reportedly critical of the Nixon administration for being “dragged by Israel.” The president has seemingly left such hesitation in the dust in recent years, describing himself as a “Zionist” in 2007.

It’s not the first time Biden has embellished or mis-remembered his place at historically significant moments, from claiming he was arrested while trying to visit Nelson Mandela during South African apartheid to exaggerating his role in US civil rights marches during the 1960s.

First, a de facto scientific recipe for the laboratory creation of COVID-19 was described in the 2018 research grant application to the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) submitted by scientists who directly collaborated with the “bat woman” Zheng-Li Shi of the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The research proposal explicitly states that bat coronaviruses, collected in southern China by the Wuhan Institute of Virology, would be isolated and genetically sequenced, particularly the spike proteins, which are the binding elements initiating infection.

It was further proposed that spike proteins demonstrating “high risk” for human infection would be artificially combined with other bat coronavirus “backbones,” creating entirely new and potentially dangerous coronaviruses.

The second smoking gun in the DARPA grant application was the artificial insertion of furin polybasic cleavage sites, short sequences of amino acids e.g. proline-arginine-arginine-alanine or PRRA, long-known to increase infectivity and lethality of coronaviruses.

Amy Berman Jackson somehow was assigned to oversee the Paul Manafort case in DC and the Roger Stone case as well. Jackson, an Obama judge, had no problems placing Manafort in solitary confinement during his trial. Manafort was charged with not filling out a government form and making a minor mistake on his taxes. For this, he received time in solitary and prison, something the average American would never face. He was eventually pardoned by President Trump and removed from the overzealous punishment from Judge Jackson.

Next, she was assigned to the Roger Stone case. Jackson did too many things to count in the Stone case to list here, however, there was one action where Jackson showed her true colors. The Stone legal team requested information regarding their case after dirty cop Mueller completed his Russia collusion reports. Some items related to Stone were redacted. They may have been redacted to keep them from Stone. When Stone’s team requested access to the unredacted text from Mueller’s report regarding Stone, Jackson refused to give it to Stone. Instead, she said she would look over the unredacted report and share any pertinent information related to Stone with his legal team. Eventually, she basically told Stone’s team that there was nothing there.

Ironically, the text in the Mueller report related to Stone was FOIA’ed by some unrelated media parties. On the evening of November 3rd, 2020, when the whole world was focused on the 2020 Election, the DOJ released the text from the Mueller report related to Stone. The Floridian reported:

As Americans express their right to vote in the general election, the Department of Justice has released unredacted sections of the Mueller report, which show that the Department of Justice did not pursue a prosecution because there was lack of evidence.

During the investigation, Julian Assange, WikiLeaks and Roger Stone were investigated, but the Special Counsel is reported to have found no evidence for Stone and Assange to be prosecuted after the Democratic National Committee servers were hacked ahead of the 2016 presidential election.

In response to the release, which happened at midnight, Roger Stone released a statement, commenting that “the midnight release by the Department of Justice of the unredacted sections of the Mueller report tonight not only vindicates me and proves what I have been saying since the very beginning of this investigation, that I did not engage in any illegal activity around the emails hacked from the DNC and that I in no way knew the source, content or timing of their release.”

Moreover, Stone expressed that “no matter how hard the illegally constituted Mueller team tried, they could not make the case they tried to pin on me from the start,” adding that “these newly unredacted sections are full of euphemisms for the ultimate conclusion that evidence simply did not exist of my involvement.”

Ultimately, Stone argued that “the timing of the release of these redacted sections of the Mueller Report – midnight on the day of the Presidential election – only underlines the entirely corrupt and political nature of this entire witch hunt.”

Politico recently reported that the Sixteen Thirty Fund, the leading dark money machine of the Left, had pumped $410 million into Dem 2020 efforts to defeat Trump and Republicans.

The Sixteen Thirty Fund had raised a record $390 million that year and half the money came from just 4 donors. While the names of the donors are secret, the article did note the names of three major known STF backers: Pierre Omidyar, Hansjörg Wyss, and George Soros.

These men have issues even with their citizenship status.

Hansjörg Wyss, the richest man in Switzerland, may not even be a United States citizen. The article notes that his $135 million in STF dark money donations were “earmarked for non-electoral purposes”.

George Soros illegally immigrated to the United States in the 1950s. Aside from his history of Nazi collaboration which should have barred his entry and made him deportable, an account states that his visa was based on a false affidavit filed on his behalf.

His Open Society Foundations have invested an estimated $17 million into STF in 2020.

Pierre Omidyar, an Iranian immigrant, currently the richest man in Hawaii, is a Big Tech billionaire born to wealthy foreign students in Paris, who brought him here as a child. His mother, a Berkeley academic, heads a pro-Iran group financed by her son’s fortune.

Omidyar injected an estimated $45 million into an STF fund.

The billionaires handled their own initiatives related to this past election.

Omidyar finances both Black Lives Matter and Never Trumpers. The eBay billionaire is the hidden hand behind the fake “Facebook whistleblower” advocating censoring conservatives. He has a project to “reimagine capitalism” while funding The Intercept which openly touts Marxism.

Soros is equally devious, having secretly funded J Street so that the anti-Israel group could pretend to be moderate opponents without being associated with a noted enemy of the Jewish State. Publicly, he bashes Xi and China, while his Quincy Institute defends the People’s Republic of China and advocates alongside the “Squad” against any anti-China measures.

Wyss has plowed a fortune into American politics without ever even going on the record as to whether he holds American citizenship. Meanwhile Wyss’ Hub Project, operating out of STF, set up fronts like Floridians for a Fair Shake, Keep Iowa Healthy, and North Carolinians for a Fair Economy that went after Republicans. This isn’t politics: it’s a hostile foreign takeover.

Most shocking is the fact that at least two of these men have some horrible activities in their past.

The two old men of the group, Soros and Wyss, have been accused of paving their path to wealth through horrifying crimes, whether it was Soros’ participation in the seizure of Jewish properties in Hungary, or the illegal medical experimentation on patients that sent multiple executives of the company that serves as the source of Wyss’ wealth to prison.

While Republicans rely on small donations under $100 for funding, the Democrats rely on billionaires to fill their pockets.

Maxwell Trial Day Four: The Five Stages Of Grooming, Contractor Remembers 'Underage Girls'

The morning began with testimony from Paul Kane, the director of finance at Professional Children’s School in New York City.

Prosecuting attorney Andrew Rohrbach questioned Kane about student files. Each student at the school has a file that includes financial aid, transcripts, college applications, and recommendations.

The prosecution’s witness from Dec. 2, an alleged victim referred to only as “Jane,” attended this school.

This was quickly objected to by defense attorney, Laura Menninger, as hearsay. It was overruled.

Menninger also argued to the court that there is third-party handwriting on the application and its accuracy is not verified.

The evidence was offered again, and objected to again, leading to a sidebar.

Ultimately, it was admitted under seal.

Written on the application, under “financial responsibility,” was “Mr. Jeffery Epstein.”

Under cross-examination by Menninger, Kane testified he was not sure if Epstein did indeed pay for the tuition.

The prosecution called its first expert witness, Dr. Lisa Rocchio, a clinical and forensic psychologist.

She rattled off her list of qualifications, including treatment and evaluation of children who’ve suffered sexual abuse.

Rocchio disclosed that she’s being paid for her services by the prosecution.

She spoke in great detail about “grooming,” which is a series of deceptive practices to engage children in sexual activities.

Rocchio explained the five stages of grooming.

The first is the selection and identification of a victim, usually from a vulnerable population.

The second is access and isolation, usually a location where children are regularly present.

Lies and deception to gain trust are third. The perpetrator will meet the needs of the potential victim, making him or her “feel unique, or special in some way,” accompanied by money and access to things they don’t have.

Fourthly, the perpetrator will desensitize the victim to touch, “slowly and gradually moving the line” of what’s appropriate. Hugs may escalate.

The perpetrator will also normalize sex, possibly with dirty jokes at first, then risque movies that evolve into pornography, and then actual sexual abuse.

Meta asks users to send nudes

Meta, the new name for Facebook Inc., has co-developed a platform that asks people to submit their intimate photos and videos in order to prevent them from being used as ‘revenge porn’ on Facebook or Instagram.

The tool is for “adults over 18 years old who think an intimate image of them may be shared, or has already been shared, without their consent,” Meta said in a blogpost on Thursday.

The new platform, which Meta developed together with the UK Revenge Porn Helpline and 50 other NGOs, aims to prevent the publication of ‘revenge porn’, rather than just removing the delicate files after they’ve already appeared online.

Concerned users are being asked to submit photos or videos of themselves naked or having sex to a hash-tagging database through the StopNCII.org (Stop Non-Consensual Intimate Images) website.

The special hashtags, or “digital fingerprints,” are then assigned to those materials by the tool, and can be used to instantly detect and curb attempts to upload them online by the perpetrators.

Meta said that the system had been developed “with privacy and security at every step.” Only the hashtags are being shared with StopNCII.org and the tech platforms participating in the project, while the explicit images and clips never leave the user’s device and remain “securely in the possession of the owner,” it assured.

The new tool represents “a sea-change in the way those affected by intimate image abuse can protect themselves,” Revenge Porn Helpline manager Sophie Mortimer insisted.

But the question remains whether people will actually be willing to use it, considering Meta’s bad rap for mishandling user data.

Here’s Why The Government is Not Letting You See the Ghislaine Maxwell Trial

The trial of Ghislaine Maxwell, the socialite who stands accused of procuring young girls for the sex predator Jeffrey Epstein, began last week.

Though the mainstream media has not focused as heavily on this case as other high-profile trials in recent months, the proceedings have certainly not been forgotten by the general public. But much to the chagrin of that public, the trial will not be filmed.

Some have even painted this fact in a conspiratorial light, a tint that has surrounded much of the story around Epstein, his death, and now Maxwell’s trial.

More specifically, many believe high-ranking officials across multiple governments and celebrities were caught up in the sex ring Epstein allegedly ran, and that the powers that be within our government are invested in preventing these details from coming to light.

Conspiracy, Or Regular Government Corruption?

People will be forgiven for having little to no faith in our government or our systems, and this wouldn’t be the first trial with foul play by the system (a fact supporters of our justice system, capital punishment, and qualified immunity would do well to remember when they approach public policies).

But, the vast majority of these reports have been flatly false. Maxwell’s trial will not be filmed for one reason and one reason alone: cameras have been banned in federal courts for decades, which is the level at which she will be tried. Media will still be allowed in the courtroom, as will a certain number of spectators.

According to the United States Courts website:

“Electronic media coverage of criminal proceedings in federal courts has been expressly prohibited under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 53 since the criminal rules were adopted in 1946. Rule 53 states: “[e]xcept as otherwise provided by a statute or these rules, the court must not permit the taking of photographs in the courtroom during judicial proceedings or the broadcasting of judicial proceedings from the courtroom.”

Furthermore:

“In 1972 the Judicial Conference of the United States adopted a prohibition against ‘broadcasting, televising, recording, or taking photographs in the courtroom and areas immediately adjacent thereto.'”

Now, this isn’t to say there’s nothing fishy going on in this case, just that there’s nothing especially fishy going on with this practice in this case. It also does not mean there’s nothing wrong with the protocol, evenly applied though it may be.

Indeed, there is a very good argument to be made for why cameras should be allowed in all trials, but the courts, prosecutors, and judges all continue to argue stringently against it.

Some of their arguments are more valid than others, like the need to protect witnesses and victims. That’s a valid concern in a case like this one. The victims have all already suffered greatly, and the global attention on the case could be enough to scare away even the strongest of individuals from choosing to participate. But, there are better ways of addressing this concern than banning cameras from the courtroom. Witnesses could be allowed to testify remotely, utilizing technology that could obscure their identity, as one example.

As a whole, this is just another way the government avoids accountability and transparency. And knowing what we know about the justice system, there is nowhere that this scrutiny is needed more.

Police: Man of ‘Possible Middle Eastern Origin’ Tried to ‘Buy’ Woman’s Daughter Outside School

A mother in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, was left alarmed and horrified when a man of “possible Middle Eastern origin” approached her as she walked her young daughter to school and attempted to “buy” her.

The incident in the multicultural city took place on the morning of December 1st, with the male — one of a group of three, it is believed — described as looking like he was in his late thirties or early forties and wearing a grey hooded top and dirty navy bottoms, with his face partly obscured by a head warmer.

“At approximately 8.20 a.m. on December 1st, a local resident was walking her daughter to Lower Meadow School along Batemoor Road. A male, of possible Middle Eastern origin, along with two other males, have approached the mother, taken out a large amount of money and offered to buy the daughter,” relayed Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Kenneth Blake on behalf of South Yorkshire Police, in comments reported by the BBC.

“The mother has refused and ran towards the school with her daughter. The mother then heard a screech of car tyres and a black/ blue vehicle has made off towards Dyche Lane, with the three males inside,” Blake continued, lamenting that “Unfortunately no number was got for the vehicle.”

“Any further sightings of the suspected male should be reported to South Yorkshire Police as soon as possible, allowing officers to attend,” he urged.

The shocking incident follows similar events in Doncaster, another urban centre in South Yorkshire, earlier in November, when another woman was followed through a Primark store in the city centre and offered a “good price” for her daughter.

South Yorkshire Police — who initially denied they had received reports of the incident — later announced an investigation, saying that “It was reported that on the 12th of November at around 4 p.m., a woman and young girl were in Primark where they believed they were being followed by a group of men” and that “The men made them feel uncomfortable and allegedly made inappropriate comments towards the young girl.”

While the police offered no descriptions of the suspects beyond referencing their sex, the mother of the girl said in a social media post quoted by local media that they were “Four foreign men”.

“[They] surrounded us in the women’s clothes section so I asked what they was doing and why they kept following us!” she recalled.

“They said she is such a beautiful girl – good price.

“Never have I felt so sick to my stomach !!! PLEASE keep an eye out!!” she warned.

Yorkshire has been exposed a hotbed of so-called grooming gang activity in recent years, with a large number of mostly-South Asian background men raping and pimping mostly white working-class girls and young women in locations including Huddersfield, Rochdale, and Rotherham, with police and social services repeatedly failing to intervene even when they were aware of the abuse.

Ursula Van Der Leyen, the head of the EU commission, told the press on Wednesday that she is in favour of scrapping the long-standing Nuremburg Code and forcing people to get vaccinated against COVID.

"Hey, it's just the Nuremberg code. Only what we learned from the Nazi atrocities, not least those that were medical," sarcastically notes esteemed professor, lecturer and podcaster Dr. Jordan Peterson:

In Austria, people over 12 who are not vaccinated are currently almost completely locked down, only allowed outside for absolutely essential tasks like food or medical appointments.

In an interview she gave to the BBC, the EU chief said that it was "understandable and appropriate" to consider vaccine mandates, especially due to the new Omicron variant of COVID 19, which has been now detected in 12 different member nations of the EU.

"How we can encourage and potentially think about mandatory vaccination within the European Union? This needs discussion. This needs a common approach, but it is a discussion that I think has to be led," commented Van Der Leyen to the BBC.

The WHO, however, has strongly encouraged countries not to enact travel bans because of Omicron, and further iterated that early data points to the fact that most Omicron cases are not severe. Most of the world's governments are not paying attention to the WHO's guidelines on this occasion, however.

Jurors get 'virtual tour' of Josh Duggar's computer to learn how he hid child porn including horrific video of baby being tortured that FBI agent said was one of worst he'd ever seen

Jurors in the Josh Duggar trial were given a 'virtual tour' of the accused child porn pervert’s computer today to demonstrate how he harvested and hid an alleged stash of warped video and images.

James Fottrell, Director of the FBI's High Tech Investigation Unit, told a federal courthouse in Fayetteville, Arkansas that he used visualization software to replicate the exact desktop on Duggar's seized work PC.

Using a series of screengrabs he showed how Duggar, 33, had allegedly created a secret domain where he could access the dark web to hunt for files marked 'Jailbait,' 'Pedo Mom' and 'Daisy's Destruction.'

The latter video featured a girl of three to four months being stripped naked, posed on a bed and toilet before being tortured with hot wax.

‘The infant is crying and screaming,’ the veteran investigator told jurors. ‘It’s one of the most offensive videos that I’m familiar with throughout my career.’

Fottrell told the court that he identified that particular video through something called a torrent file that was present on the HP computer taken from Duggar's used car lot in November 2019.

The torrent file did not contain the actual abuse footage but Fottrell explained it was a set of instructions to locate the real thing on the dark web.

'Like a recipe for a cake,' he told jurors.

'Those instructions tell it how to go out and fetch the file.'

Famous for appearing in TLC's 19 Kids and Counting, Duggar was charged in April with two counts of downloading and possessing child pornography.

He has pleaded guilty but faces up to 20 years in prison and fines of up to $250,000 on each count if convicted.

Fottrell, giving evidence for the prosecution, first outlined how Duggar's computer was running two parallel operating systems, regular Windows plus a second called Ubuntu, a setup classed as a Linux partition.

The alternative Ubuntu workspace was downloaded on May 11, 2019 and could only be accessed by physically restarting the computer and hitting F9 as it rebooted.

'You would have to physically be present to boot the other system,' he explained to jurors.

Fottrell said the Linux side of the computer was protected by the password intel1988 - the same password prosecutors say Duggar used for his internet banking.

Facebook unbans Kyle Rittenhouse… exec who called Rittenhouse mass murderer ‘coincidentally’ leaves company…

Facebook has lifted restrictions on users praising or searching for the name of Kyle Rittenhouse after he was acquitted of all charges for fatally shooting two people and injuring another in Kenosha, Wis., last year amid a wave of protests against police violence.

It shifts a policy implemented days after the Aug. 25, 2020, shootings, when the company said it had removed Rittenhouse’s accounts on both Facebook and Instagram, in addition to “removing praise and support of the shooter” and blocking “searches of his name on our platforms.”

“After the verdict in Kenosha we rolled back the restrictions we had in place that limited search results from returning content related to key terms including Kyle Rittenhouse,” Andy Stone, spokesman for parent company Meta, said in a statement. “While we will still remove content that celebrates the death of the individuals killed in Kenosha, we will no longer remove content containing praise or support of Rittenhouse.”

Rittenhouse will be allowed to rejoin the platforms either through creating new accounts or by asking for his previously removed accounts to be restored, but will be subject to their terms of service, Stone said.

The company’s reversal on the search-blocking policy was first reported by the BBC.

Rittenhouse’s case became a partisan pain point, with conservative leaders accusing Facebook and other social media companies of implementing policies that revealed prejudice in the case, which ignited a polarizing national debate over guns, race and self-defense.

Facebook faced particular blowback after Brian Fishman, the company’s former policy director for counterterrorism and dangerous organizations, publicly said the company designated the shooting as a “mass murder” in August 2020.

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), an outspoken critic of Facebook and other social media giants, said in a statement last month that tech companies “made up their minds on this case months ago, sought to deny Kyle Rittenhouse the presumption of innocence and censored those who disagreed.”

Fishman announced on Oct. 28 that he had “decided to leave Facebook to pursue other opportunities.” Fishman said his last day was Nov. 19, the day the jury rendered a ruling in Rittenhouse’s case.

In a pair of tweets Wednesday, Fishman said he had “relayed a Facebook internal decision using the term of art used by the company” when he called the shooting a “mass murder.” He said the timing of his departure aligning with the verdict was “entirely coincidental.”

Israel stepped up its opposition to the Iran nuclear deal talks on Thursday and demanded that the US and other world powers put an immediate end to the negotiations.

Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett delivered the message in a call with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. “Iran is carrying out nuclear blackmail as a negotiating tactic, and this should be answered by the immediate halt to negotiations and the implementation of tough steps by the world powers,” Bennett said, according to a statement released by his office.

Israel claims that Iran has no intention of reducing its nuclear activity back to JCPOA levels and is only trying to buy time to develop a nuclear bomb. But there’s no evidence to support the claim, and Iran has only taken steps to advance its nuclear program in the face of pressure from the US and Israel, and a JCPOA revival would reverse those steps.

Iran has said Israel is spreading lies about Iran to “poison” the negotiations. When the talks first resumed Monday, Israeli media reported that Israel warned the US Tehran is about to enrich uranium to the 90 percent level needed for weapons-grade. But again, there was no evidence to back up the claim.

With the demands from Israeli officials to halt negotiations come threats. Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz said Thursday that attacking Iran must always be an option for Israel, even if the country has to act alone.

Israel has taken extreme measures to sabotage diplomacy between the US and Iran in the past. In April, when the first rounds of negotiations began, Israel carried out an attack on Iran’s Natanz Nuclear Facility. Tehran responded to the incident by starting to enrich some uranium at 60 percent, which Israel now claims is evidence the Iranians are racing towards a bomb.

NSO spyware said used to hack phones of State Department officials working in Uganda

If recent hack of diplomats phones confirmed, it would represent first time Israeli group’s surveillance software used against American officials; assailant remains unknown

Israeli spyware firm NSO Group’s software was reportedly used by an unknown assailant to hack the cell phones of at least nine United States State Department employees, in what — if confirmed — would be the first time the embattled company’s technology was used to target American officials.

The hack targeted State Department workers in Uganda or those specializing in the East African country, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters on Friday.

All of the American staff targeted were using iPhones. Last week, Apple announced that it was suing the NSO Group for targeting the users of its devices, saying the firm at the center of the Pegasus surveillance scandal needs to be held accountable.

The suit from the Silicon Valley giant adds new trouble for NSO, which was engulfed in controversy over reports that tens of thousands of activists, journalists and politicians were listed as potential targets of its Pegasus spyware.

While the phone numbers of US officials were included on a long list of potential targets revealed in a series of media reports earlier this year, it was never confirmed whether those phones were actually hacked.

NSO Group says its hacking software cannot work on phones that begin with the US +1 country code. However, the allegedly hacked State Department employees were using local phones in Uganda, Reuters said.

Responding to the report, which did not identify who had ordered the alleged hacking, NSO Group said it did not have any indication that its software was used in such a hack, but canceled the relevant accounts and pledged to investigate the matter.

“If our investigation shall show these actions indeed happened with NSO’s tools, such customer will be terminated permanently and legal actions will take place,” said an NSO spokesperson, who added that NSO will also “cooperate with any relevant government authority and present the full information we will have,” the firm said in a statement.

Asked for comment, the State Department only pointed to the recent decision by the Commerce Department to blacklist the Israeli company, making it harder for US firms to do business with it.

Both the Ugandan Embassy and Apple declined Reuters’ request for comment.

Noting “systemic abuse” in multiple countries by the Israeli firm, a senior Biden administration official speaking on condition of anonymity told Reuters that such hacking was the reason that the US decided to crack down on groups like NSO.

The Israeli embassy in Washington said in a statement that the targeting of US officials would be a serious breach of its rules. The Defense Ministry must authorize the sale of spyware firms’ products abroad.

The Florida Department of Education has removed a web page with hyper-links to LGBTQ advocacy groups following inquiries by a state-level newspaper.

Department officials told the Florida Capital Star that the content on the webpage was under review. The newspaper also reports at least one Florida school district was using the resources on the department's webpage as justification for LGBTQ school activities.

When asked by the newspaper to show school policies that support advocacy of LGBTQ issues in middle schools, the Leon County School District provided a link to the state webpage with the external links to the LGBTQ groups.

The webpage in question originated in the state agency’s Safe Schools Department.

The page provided external links to resources for educators, parents and students related to bullying.

However, a number of the links redirected users to a website advocating for LGBTQ issues.

One of the links redirected users to the Gay, Lesbian, and Straight Education Network.

The roughly 31-year-old group encourages teachers to integrate aspects of the LGBTQ lifestyle with their curriculum and provides recommended policies and lesson plans. The group is also part of a billion dollar network that funds LGBTQ organizations, the Capital Star also reports.

Parents of Suspected Michigan School Shooter Each Charged With 4 Counts of Involuntary Manslaughter

The parents of accused Michigan school shooter Ethan Crumbley were charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the incident, Oakland County Prosecutor Karen McDonald said on Friday during a news conference.

“Based on the information and evidence I have received, today I’m announcing charges against the shooter’s parents, Jennifer and James Crumbley,” McDonald said.

James and Jennifer Crumbley are being charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter each due to their role in obtaining and being responsible for safely storing the firearm used in the shooting, McDonald announced.

The 15-year old is being charged as an adult on 24 counts, including terrorism and murder, after killing four and injuring seven others with a semi-automatic handgun he purportedly obtained after his father purchased it for him just several days prior to the shooting. Ethan posted photos of the firearm on social media, in which he referred to the Sig Sauer 9mm handgun as his “new beauty,” McDonald said. Jennifer also made a post to social media calling the pistol his “new Christmas present,” McDonald added.

There were also a number of incidents in the days before the shooting that indicated Ethan was dangerous and disturbed, McDonald said. A teacher reported to school officials that the teen was searching for ammunition on his cell phone during class, which was then reported to his parents. Jennifer then sent a message to Ethan stating “I’m not mad at you, you have to learn not to get caught,” McDonald said.

The morning of the shooting, Ethan’s teacher came upon a note on his desk that contained a drawing of a handgun and phrases such as “the thoughts won’t stop, help me,” and “blood everywhere,” McDonald said. It also contained depictions of people who had been shot, as well as a laughing emoji, she added.

Jennifer and James were then called into the school for a meeting, where they were shown the note, and failed to ask Ethan whether he had his gun with him or to inspect his backpack. Ethan was then returned to school as normal, where he allegedly committed the shooting later that day. When news of the shooting was made public, Jennifer texted Ethan “don’t do it,” McDonald said. James Crumbley also drove straight home after hearing news of the shooting, after which he called 911 to report that a gun was missing from his house and he believed his son may be the shooter, McDonald added. The gun was stored unlocked in a drawer in James and Jennifer’s bedroom,” McDonald noted.

McDonald called Michigan’s state gun laws “woefully inadequate” and expressed her anger over the event. Involuntary manslaughter is the strongest charge that the prosecution believes can be proven in court, she said.

There was no immediate confirmation of the deal from Emirati officials.

Manufacturer Dassault Aviation said the UAE was buying the upgraded F4 version of its multi-role combat aircraft.

That will make the Emirates Air Force the first user of the Rafale F4 outside France, it said.

Dassault Aviation boss Eric Trappier called the sale "a French success story" and "excellent news for France and for its aeronautical industry".

Mr Macron's keen interest in forging personal relationships with leaders like Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, and his counterpart in Saudi Arabia, Mohamed bin Salman Al Saud, makes him a welcome guest in the region.

Justin was called in to America's largest church, Lakewood Church, on November 10 to fix a broken toilet, he said.

'There was a loose toilet in the wall, and we removed the tile,' he explained during the call Thursday morning. 'We went to go remove the toilet, and I moved some insulation away and about 500 envelopes fell out of the wall, and I was like 'Oh wow!''

He said hundreds of envelopes were filled with cash and checks. Houston police confirmed to DailyMail.com that cash and checks were found in the wall, and that they talked to 'everybody associated with the building' they were able to contact.

In 2014, $600,000 worth of donations were stolen from the church. The amount was just a portion of donations made from one weekend of services and it has never been found.

Apple Alerts Biden Admin Officials Their Phones Hacked By Israeli Spyware

There's been a huge revelation in the ongoing saga of the Israel-based NSO Group Pegasus spyware scandal. To recap, NSO Group was recently blacklisted by the United States after months ago a major journalistic investigation exposed that the technology was repeatedly used by abusive governments to infiltrate the devices of journalists, activists, and even foreign government officials - on up to the communication devices of President Emmanuel Macron.

Now, a breaking Reuters story has confirmed that several Biden administration officials were also hacked by Pegasus, in the first such revelation involving the targeting of US government officials.

"Apple Inc iPhones of at least nine U.S. State Department employees were hacked by an unknown assailant using sophisticated spyware developed by the Israel-based NSO Group, according to four people familiar with the matter," Reuters writes.

The report details the hacks occurred within the "last several months" and the officials under surveillance included State Department staff in East Africa, with Uganda specifically named as their host country.

The report says the identity of what entity or which country may have been behind the targeting of American officials remains unknown at this point.

Previously there were indicators that Americans may have been targeted using Pegasus, but Reuters says it now has confirmation the breaches against US officials succeeded:

The intrusions, first reported here, represent the widest known hacks of U.S. officials through NSO technology. Previously, a list of numbers with potential targets including some American officials surfaced in reporting on NSO, but it was not clear whether intrusions were always tried or succeeded.

This is likely to have huge repercussions - possibly even damaging the normally close US-Israel relationship, despite prior attempts by Tel Aviv to distance itself from NSO. The US Commerce blacklisting from early November stated:

Twitter Users Freak After Ghislaine Maxwell Matches Suspect Sketch for Madeleine McCann Disappearance

Internet sleuths are buzzing this week with a new theory regarding the alleged crimes of Ghislaine Maxwell.

Maxwell is currently on trial facing several charges related to her reported complicity in the many sex crimes committed by notorious financier Jeffrey Epstein, who is now dead.

These theories posit that Maxwell may have been involved in the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

According to BBC News, McCann went missing from a holiday apartment in Praia de Luz, Portugal, on May 3, 2007, shortly before her fourth birthday.

Despite her case being one of the most heavily reported on at the time, her whereabouts continue to remain unknown.

The more recent internet theories have linked Maxwell to the disappearance because a sketch of one of the suspects in the case looks eerily similar to Maxwell.

Although at this point the Maxwell-McCann connection is a conspiracy theory at best, given the current crimes levied against her, it would be no surprise to learn she was connected to another missing-persons case involving a little girl.

During Maxwell’s trial on Wednesday, the first of her accusers — identified as “Jane” — gave graphic accounts of the abuse she allegedly suffered at the hands of both Epstein and Maxwell.

Jane was only 14 years old at the time the abuse started.

Also, according to Jane, Maxwell didn’t just groom her for abuse — she also participated in the abuse herself.

“I was abused pretty much every time that I would go over to his house, and it all started to seem the same after a while — whether it was just him or there were other women involved, or me and Jeffrey and Ghislaine, it all started to seem the same,” Jane testified.

“After a while, you just become numb to it.”

This wasn’t the only eerie connection linking Maxwell to an old missing-persons case this week.

A viral photo that reemerged on social media this week depicts someone who looks like Maxwell in a picture with JonBenét Ramsey, a child beauty queen who was found murdered in her Colorado home on Christmas Day 1996.

DeSantis Moves to Reinstate the Long Disbanded Florida State Guard

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said on Dec. 2 that he will be reinstating the Florida State Guard and will be seeking $3.5 million in the budget to do it.

The state guard was formed in 1941 and filled in for the Florida National Guard troops when they were deployed during World War II.

In the late 1940s, the unit was disbanded.

The governor said he wanted “to make sure we have the flexibility—and the ability needed—to respond to events in our state in the most effective way possible.”

He added that will require Florida to have access to, and use of, support in ways that don’t require the federal government.

The state guard would answer to the governor with no federal deployment, or missions, and would receive no federal dollars.

It will operate as a totally volunteer force of about 200 members.

They will assist the National Guard during natural disasters, such as hurricanes, and any other state-specific emergencies.

The state funds will go to training and equipment.

“We want to be able to have a quick response capability and re-establishing the Florida State Guard will allow civilians from all over the state to be trained in the best emergency response techniques, and have the ability to mobilize very, very quickly.”

DeSantis also announced additional funding to support the Florida National Guard.

He said he is recommending more than $100 million for the organization to have the “means to carry out their missions.”

That will include $87.5 million to expand the guard’s Readiness Center in Miramar, build three armories; $8.9 million for armory maintenance; $2.2 million for the guard’s counterdrug program; $5.1 million to support members seeking higher education; and $12.2 million in scholarships for families of deceased, or disabled, veterans.

DeSantis is a Navy veteran and said Florida is a “veteran friendly state.”

“We are proud of our veterans and active-duty military members and proud of what our communities do to support them,” DeSantis said.

Also in the governor’s budget he will be asking for funds for law enforcement, education, Everglades restoration, and water quality projects.
