Q, if you can.. can you tell us where in the NWO glob of shit the orders for the False Flags come from, who (not names unless you want :D ) orders them, how they go about setting up the false flags.. is there a "branch" of the sewer that carries out setting up and executing the ops? Or is it more random, someone new doing it each time in the group?
