HHS declares manufacturers immune to liabilty pertaining to COVID jabs, but the FDA was shielding Pfizer by hiding the COVID jab clinical trials which ultimately revealed the jab killed over 1200 people.

So if Pfizer is immune to class action lawsuits for damages…then the FDA should be held accountable for the damages, right? The answer is a resounding YES!
