this is what the german doc was talking about, instead of using the term carbon they are calling it "glass" potato/potato. According to the carbon specialist it's a crap shoot when administrated. If it hits the bloodstrem it's an almost immediate death, if it gets stuck in the muscle where it gets broken down and processed then the spike protein has a chance to do it's thing.
