I always thought MacArthur was one of the greats, but I used to think that about Robert E. Lee too until I learned that he pretty much set it up for Stonewall Jackson to be offed. Stonewall Jackson seems like maybe he was one of the best Generals this nation has ever known.

People in general used to automatically assume that military vet = patriot and thus would make great politicians, but people like Dan Crenshaw have proven beyond the shadow of a doubt that our military ainโ€™t what it used to be and that everyone must be vetted. We canโ€™t depend on a compromised military to defend our national interests anymore. Itโ€™s sad because my dad is a Vietnam vet (Army, 1st Cavalry), Iโ€™m an army vet, and my son is currently a USMC Reservist. My son will likely be discharged soon because he wonโ€™t take the jab. Now disobeying orders is often the right (patriotic) thing to do and we need more military members to start defending the Constitution instead of blindly following orders that are in direct opposition to the Constitution.
