Been tinkering with some more decodes. Not sure if my approach would be approved by QR decoders. Some of my decodes betray my strongly ingrained wish to date the post or pictures when the message may not be to date the pic but rather to connect one post or posts to another post which may shed light on the former, or vice-versa.
This one is turning out to be interesting. Finding different ways to obtain interesting, some well-known Q clues (11.3) and others specific to London drops (2015/2016 related/ compare to 2.16.18).
What think? Am I getting better?
You noticed the possible tie-in of LISA to the other EMB pics to compare with on 2.16 in Q 3645? They could all be same evening still.
Got P-dop in there as well.
And I failed to mention the Qpost #322 - “4th Quarter, Patriots. We fight together. Q” (Another December post).
An anon over on QRB mention some future event expected to occur December 2022 which can also be a possible match in the post. But the date of 22DEC2013 has also figured in a previous EMB decode attempt re the Delta between the 2 WARNING posts. Came up with 12.22.13 on that.

Looks like the govt plans to bypass longterm healthcare facilities upon discharge of tens of thousands of elderly from hospital, ostensibly to ‘protect the NHS’, and instead putting them in makeshift converted hotels. These hotels will have absolutely no ability to provide emergency care. They are planning to staff these ‘facilities’ with imported workers from Spain and Greece becuz UK workers at longterm care facilities have been sacked. Expect these facilities to facilitate the death of the elderly and provide their victims with Midazolam to ease the process along.

Scavino post saying 11 days an 3 hours til Christmas, possible 11.3 marker reference which could occur 17DEC. In Law of War manual, 11.3 refers to chapter on End Of Occupation. (Caps to follow). There was also a double-post by Q in 3716/3717 which refers to the first indictment and arrest to occur. These 2 posts were dated 17DEC2019 and the double-posting may indicate a [2] year delta.
Not mentioned in the vid is a possible confirm of an 11.3 event on 17DEC. The Q posts 3716 and 3717 represent a true double-post, both posts being identical even in their timestamps. So you have essentially one [1] post with the two end numbers 6 and 7 which stand out, and which when combined equal [13]. Then we get 1.1.3 or 11.3.
Excellent digging on the RML bus, Anon. I think there would be nothing this anon could do to assist you in your deep dig. Too late to catch up. Would be stumbling over stuff you have already dug.
As for my own musings, am wondering if the EMB pics might be possibly 3 different dates.
LISA being a gud match for Christmas via MILLBANK pics match. Then the high value pedestrians with the yellow mack guy- call him yellow sentinel. Then the pics with red jacket, red sentinel at the bike hire station.
Was looking at that passing cloud in ROT3 followed by CH2. We know these are sequential due to the high values , yellow sentinel and a car with headlights on behind the bike hire station. We know we are looking due WEST as we look head-on at the pie wedge of the Corinthia Hotel. The cloud moving from right to left indicates a wind direction from out of the NORTH. I looked at the wind directions for the entire month of December and there is only one evening around midnight with winds out of the NORTH. The evening of December 16th. As ROT1 is a part of the high-value pedestrians series, I checked the lunar bearing but it comes out around 10:30pm, before an expected closing of TATTS and HISPANIOLA. Not lacking humility that any preconceptions we might have could contain error, in lunar bearings etc, we might allow ourselves the possibility that the EMB pics could be a different evening than CH3(red sentinel) and, by association with red sentinel, CH1.
IMPORTANT TO OBSERVE: that neither red nor yellow sentinel appear in pics with the other. Therefore, am open to the idea that:
1) LISA 12/25 +/- 1day
2) EMB Could be eve of Dec16/17
3) CH3/CH1 - ???

Anons, can you help on this? I was attempting to prove that CH3 and CH1 (red jacket guy at bike hire) were on the same day, but not the same as the other CH pics, but an apparent bank of wheelie bins in CH3 does not seem to appear in CH1 either.
The camera angle barely catches the semi-permanent public trash bins at the corner but some dark boxy item is not seen next to them as is seen in the other pics. Is that boxy shape another wheelie bin that was left next to the semi-permanent public trash bins?

I don’t see those in any other pic than CH3. Shouldn’t they be just behind that roundish enclosed portico entrance thing?
In addition, the apparent wheelie bin on the corner next to the semi-permanent trash bins in CH2 seem to be absent in CH3. There appears to be nothing to the right of the semi-permanent trash bins in CH3.

Thank you, Fren for your kind and thorough response. You know, to this day, I still have some anxiety that I may not be able to explain what it is I am seeing. Like some dream complex or something. Thanks for seeing what I saw. Well, now we can speculate on the possibilities, try on ideas etc.
As for the rubbish removal schedule, i had started that conversation over the bins seen on Victoria Embankment. We could get no further than a vague schedule and at an ofd time of night. I had hoped to get a set day of the week when rubbish was picked up. We could have used that. Alas, all our discoveries are bittersweet. Never the one that answers and answers more. Just more questions. Maybe someday we can make an Impressionist picture of the London digs composed of all of the added and unanswered questions.
